Chapter 56

Sagar's POV



I was so happy to hear her say that she loved me. It was like as if I was on clouds. She was so sweet and beautiful not just on the outside but she was a much more beautiful person inside.

We spent the evening together. I felt guilty that she didn't eat anything for almost two days. So I made her eat with my own hands.

Then after a very long talk, I played some old classics on my phone. She was leaning against my chest and I was playing with her soft, silky and fragrant hair. It was driving me crazy... But I controlled my strong urge to make her mine. I kept treading my fingers in her hair and she slept in my arms. It was such a good feeling.

I kept sitting like that looking at my angle. Then I picked her up and laid her on the bed. I also sat down near her on the bed. I knew that I should have gone but I was tempted to stay there with her. I tried going to my room but couldn't stop thinking about her. Finally, I gave up and stayed in her room. I kept looking at her till sleep overpowered my will power to keep awake.



Damini's POV



The chirping of birds made me stir a bit. I was feeling very sleepy and somehow. I felt very cosy in my quilt. The soft and cold morning breeze was caressing my face while I felt a hot breeze caressing my nape. I was confused, opened my eyes just a bit and tried to turn in my bed but I couldn't. But why?

I turned my neck to see Sagar was sleeping in my bed holding me. My back was touching his chest.

Oh god !!! Oh shit !!!. He slept here. He is an idiot.

I wanted to kill him for this. I pushed his arm with all the strength in me. And took a deep breath when I succeeded.

I turned to look at him to give him a tough time, but when I looked at his face, my anger jumped out of the window. He was sleeping just like a child. There was a beautiful smile on his lips. It seemed that he also slept very peacefully just like me.

I had to wake him up... What would Sahil think?? Sagar did not go to his room last night.

Oh god!!! How would I face him and Samar, they will tease us endlessly. We are never going to hear the end of it.

I was thinking, when there was a knock on the door. Oh god!!! Why are you doing this to me? He was sleeping like an angel. And I was tensed like hell.

I thought of ignoring it. But whoever was on the door was very persistent to make me open the door.

I shook Sagar but he didn't even stir. " Sagar, Get up. " I whispered yelled.

I shook him again but he was sleeping like a log.

There was a knock again on the door and it was louder. I was going to be dead.

I tried to wake him again but all in vain. The person outside the door kept knocking.

I would have to open the door. But how can I open the door while Sagar is sleeping in my bed? Oh god, help me, please.

I went near the door and opened it just a bit. Sahil was standing there. He looked a bit worried.

Shit !! Shit !! Shit!!

" Hey Sahil, what is your problem?? Go away, I am sleeping. " I said boldly though I was tensed.

" Where is Sagar?? " He asked me.

" W_what?? What do you m.mean by where is Sagar?? How do I know?"

" He came to talk to you last night?"

" Yeah, So? "

" He even had dinner with you? " Shit he knew that.

" How do you know? So what ?? "

" So what?? He was not in our room when I came back. "

" But... Why are y..you asking me? "

" First of all, let me come in. "

" No. "

" Why?? I can't talk to a door practically. "

" But I don't have anything to talk about. Just go. "

" Damini open the door. "

" No... You can't come in my room. "

" Why?? "

" Well... I am a girl. I have not dressed appropriately. "

" Oh please. I have seen you in your nightdress. Doesn't matter. Wear the bathrobe and open the damn door. I am worried about Sagar. "

" No. you go to your room. maybe he has gone for a walk."

" I came back at 3 in the morning. nobody goes to walk at that time. I am worried since then. But I didn't disturb you at that time. Even his phone is in the room. Did you both fought?? Open the door, or I will break it. I am really worried about him. "

" Sahil, listen please go. Sagar is not here. I don't know where he is, but he will come back soon. Please go. "

I went to Sagar and pushed him very hard. All of a sudden he caught my hand and pulled me. I lost my balance and I fell on him.

" Good morning beautiful.. this is the most beautiful morning of my life till now. Promise me that you will wake me up like this for the rest of our lives." He gave me his slow sexy smile.

" Sagar, please get up and go to your room. Sahil is worried for you. "

" No, I don't want to get up. "

" Are you insane?? Sahil has been asking me about you. He wants to come inside my room."

" So what?? Tell him I am sleeping. " He tightened his arms around me.

" Are you out of your mind already?? What would he think about me... us??"

I was struggling to get up and move away from him but he didn't let me do that.

" But he already knows about us. relax ." He said as if it was not a big deal.

" Yes. Relax, both of you. While I am going mad looking for you. Very good Bhai, great Damini, you were lying to me." I heard Sahil saying and looked in the direction from where the voice came.

Oh God!!! he was standing leaning on the door frame of the door which opens in the balcony.

Oh my god !!!! I was as red as the red colour itself. I couldn't even look into his eyes. I could not utter a word.

" It's not like what you think it is... " I tried speaking in a low voice.

" So it seems that you are officially together. Right? " Sahil asked again.

I just glared at Sagar who was not bothered at all. " Leave me Sagar, you idiot!! "

" No. I don't want to leave you. Sahil you have seen that I am fine. now go back to your room. "

" Oh !!! My room?? So that is my room now? Are you planning to shift here ?"

" No.." I said too quickly.

" Not a bad idea actually,+ thanks Sahil. Good idea in fact." Sagar grinned like a fool. I was so embarrassed.

" Sagar, enough is enough, leave me." I was furious now.

" Ok, Sahil go. I am coming. " He said to Sahil and he winked at me and left.

" Give me a kiss first " Sagar grinned.

" What?? " I was shocked.

" A kiss.. a good morning kiss. Never heard about it? "

" I will kill you instead, please yaar don't tease me. I am already very embarrassed. He will keep teasing now. "

" I was not teasing, I want to kiss you. " He said and I glared at him.

" Ok fine, but say that you love me.. "

" I told you, that I do. "

" No. Say I love you or I will kiss you and will keep you like this for the whole day. "

" I hate you. You are so irritating. "

" Damini, I have not even started to irritate. "

" Ok fine ! I love you, Sagar. Now, please leave me. "

" Ok, for now, but keep saying that almost every hour. " He kissed my cheeks and loosened his arms. I pushed him and got up.
