Sagar's POV



I could not see her yesterday...I was dying to meet her but Sahil said that I must avoid her for the day.

I was going crazy... It was killing me to even imagine her with Samar. I would have killed Samar before she got married to him. But I was relieved to hear Samar say that he liked someone else.

Now I was really happy to know that Damini had feelings for me and she didn't want to marry him.

Both Maurvi and Sahil said that she loves me. I always felt that but I was happy that both of them felt so too. All I wanted to do was to take my Damini away from everyone and kiss her senseless.

I have been waiting for this day and that stupid brother of mine wanted me to avoid her.

It was evening and we came back to the guest house and I wanted to see her but Sahil was keeping an eye on me. I went to the balcony to peep into her room but the door in her balcony was locked. I could not see inside, it was making me restless. But Sahil glared at me and dragged me back.

As Maurvi had said she came to meet me and brought a lot of food for both of us. I wanted to invite Damini too... But Sahil the Devil glared at me. I swear I had never wanted to punch him as hard as I wanted at that moment.

She served food to both of us. The food was awesome. We loved everything...but at the back of my mind, I was wondering if Damini had food or not. She had skipped her lunch too.

I was engrossed in my thoughts when Sahil asked, " Awesome food... Right, Sagar?? "

" Hmm most definitely.. but you should not have bothered you see.. "

" Don't say that... It was my pleasure."

" Awww... Sagar has given me strict instructions that I must not flirt with you.. or I may get killed. " Sahil said.

" He is right.. you must not even try.." she smiled beautifully.

" That is so bad... I should have found you first..." Sahil said and winked. She just shook her head and smiled.

" Ok enjoy the food... I need to go now. It is getting late... I get up quite early"

" Sure. Thanks for the awesome food. Do you want me to drop you home? " I asked.

" Oh .. no dad did not want me to come alone so he sent his driver. "

She stood up and I went out to drop her where her car was.

" You look a bit distracted Sagar Ji..."

" Yeah... You are an awesome face reader. " I told her everything. She smiled and nodded.

" Yes...right thanks for everything. If you want I can introduce you to her right now. "

" No Sagar Ji... Just let it be till tomorrow. I have to go home and have dinner with my family. I am following a strict routine. I have to get up early in the morning and go to the lake for the jogging. "

" Ok.. so come to Lake at 6 AM sharp." She smiled.

Just then her phone started ringing. She looked at the screen ... It was Gautam. She blushed a bit and picked up the phone.

" Hi... I am with Sagar Ji..... Yes, they are living in a guest house so I brought food for him and his brother."

She said and then she looked surprised and gave the phone to me.

" Hi, Gautam... "

" Hi... Listen, Sagar... I trust you... I know you love Damini, and Maurvi is helping you, but keep that idiot brother of yours miles away from my Maurvi. You know how he is... Right?? "

" Don't worry... Just rest assured... "

" Ok... So what is the progress? " He asked.

" Things are getting better, I guess. " I said.

" All the best bro... Will call you later.. and keep yourself free. I want you beside me till my wedding, when I come to Chandigarh. "

" Only till your wedding ?? " I teased him.

" Of course.. only till I get married... Don't show your face to me after that for at least a month... That time of mine is reserved for my Maurvi. " he said and I burst out laughing.

I said bye to her and she left. I came back and waited in front of her room. I wanted to knock but didn't do it. I came back to my room and waited for the next day... But something was wrong with the Earth... It was rotating very slowly on its axis today.

I went to Lake to meet Maurvi. I called her and saw her coming my way. We greeted each other and jogged for some time and then we sat on a bench to talk.

" So what should I do now? "

" For that, I need to meet her face to face. You told me almost everything about her and I think she is stopping her self from falling in love. Something is pulling her back. It seems that she loves you and yet she doesn't want to be with you. "

" Yes, I feel so too... I feel that she loves me. She was hurt, when she thought that it was me flirting with another girl. That misunderstanding is clear and Sahil told her everything. She accepted that she had feelings for me. She doesn't want to marry Samar too. But one day, I ...umm... Kissed her and she kissed me back. She has feelings for me... I know that. I want them to come out... I want her to accept that she loves me back. "

" If she thinks that you might be loosing interest in her, she would react... And if she reacts, she is in love with you. Then try to find out what is stopping her from accepting that she loves you. "

" How do I get a reaction out of her?"

I asked. She suggested me something. I didn't want to do it. But I wanted her reaction so I agreed.

I came back to the guest house and looked for her but she had already gone to the office. I got ready and went to the office.

She was in her office looking beautiful in a red coloured suit. She was not even looking at me. Was she so angry at me? For the first time, I wanted her to be angry with me.

I went to her cabin to say hello to her. She just gave me a faint smile.

" How are you? " I asked.

" Oh. I am good. You?? " she asked casually.

" I am good too. "

" Yeah, I can see that. " I smiled at the hint of sarcasm in her voice.

" I was thinking, if you could come to have lunch... "

I was saying when my phone buzzed. It was from Maurvi. I smiled and picked up the phone.

" Hi, Maurvi. "

" Hi, are you in your office? " She asked.

" Yes, I am in the office."

" Can I ask a favour from you?"

" Of course, Tell me?? "

" Are you free? "

" No, I have some work, but I can finish in an hour."

" Great!! I was wondering if you could come with me for some time?"

" Where?? "

" Shopping... To help me in doing some shopping for Gautam? "

" Shopping??? Well ok, I don't mind. Anything for you..."

" Thanks a lot. Be ready, I will be there in two hours. "

" Yes, I will be ready. Have lunch with us, you can meet everyone here."

" Perfect, I can meet her too " she said.

" Ok, done. " I smiled and disconnected the phone.

" You were saying something ?? " Damini asked me.

" Y.yeah... but I need to go with a friend of mine... So... so will you have dinner with me ? " I asked.

" No, I am busy at that time. " She retorted.

" Busy at dinner time?? " I asked.

" Yes... Can't I be?? " She said too quickly. She was reacting.

" Can I ask you, what are you doing? "

" Do I ask you, what you do? "

She was getting annoyed. Yes!!

" What is wrong with you?? I just asked you a simple question. "

" And I gave you a very simple answer that I am busy."

" Damini... "

" Go finish your work. Your friend might be coming to pick you up. Anyways I have some work too. " She said and started doing her work. She was jealous.

Maurvi is amazing, her plan worked. Damini was getting angry.

She was looking even hotter in her angry and jealous mood.
