Chapter 34 Stephanie Pope Finding Troubles with Monica!
Staphanie was stunned too, looking at Monica like an idiot, 'hey, what is going on? Austin called that country girl boss?
'I... I don't know too." Monica... even didn't lie?
How could it be true?
But Waterman Family was the most prestigious family in Imperial Capital, and Austin had been aggressive at school for years. Even though he was sort of afraid of the Moore's brothers, he never really gave in. But now how could he be so submissive to a country girl?
Anne had doubts about what Monica really was!
While everyone was stunned, Monica was expressionless. She glanced at Austin carelessly but her eyes were still focusing on the long queuing line at the window.
When she looked at him, Austin smiled like a flower, 'Boss, are you hungry? I'll have someone buy food for you!"
Monica looked at him and said carelessly, 'Not necessary."
Austin already told one of his compliances to get the most delicious pork rib today. At the same time, he went happily to the queue to get the soup for Monica. Since he was so eager to please her, she didn't reject, but found herself a place to sit down. She really didn't like to queue in.
As soon as she sat down, the people around her carried their plates to run as if they met some ghost.
Holy shit! Austin called her boss. What was her real status then?
They dared not to find troubles with her.
Since Austin was queuing in as a normal student without bullying anyone, the way she was looking at him was not as cold as before.
When did he ever queue in for food as a school bully?
But for the sake of Monica, he was sweating in the crowd.
He turned to Monica to see the way she looked at him was much gentler. It made him extremely happy. He was waiting of his turn patiently to get the soup. Afterwards, he immediately carried it to Monica despite that he was soaked in the sweat.
It was like the story in Arabian Nights to others. They looked at him being busy with pleasing Monica, totally in awe.
Coincidentally, Max and Annette came to the canteen for lunch.
When they entered in, they were also amazed to see how Austin was pleasing Monica.
Annette thought Austin would be angry to be rejected last time and would take revenge. But to her surprise, he didn't care about her, the real school beauty, but made such a fuss to please Monica, and even insisted to be her follower. How shameful!
The unwillingness and envy disappeared quickly after flashing on her face for a second, and then she sneered, 'Is Monica in your class? She becomes so arrogant in just a few days at school. Who knows how she will be in future!"
If she knew Monica even rejected to be protected by Max, she would have exploded.
No response for a while. Annette turned to look in doubts to see Max was not far away from Monica, and his long narrow eyes were filled with interests.
Max realized his life was getting more and more interesting since Monica was transferred to Oxford.
At the beginning he thought she was just a country girl who had no idea of the immensity of the world, but later he realized that she was totally different from how he thought about her.
She was good at martial arts, and she could even make Austin submissive and even her identity was mysterious as nothing about her could be found on the Internet.
Except his academic achievements which was neglected by him, Max was actually a computer genius, well-known in the field. But even he failed to find out more about Monica this time.
He had a feeling that Monica was actually not as simple as she looked like.
At the same time, Annette saw how Max was staring at Monica. There was definite desire of possession in his eyes, which made her unsettled.
After her great effort to gain Max for so long time, Max was actually quite aloof to her. It was her first time to see Max ignited desire for someone in his eyes.
Did it mean that Max liked Monica?
No, impossible. She tried so hard to get closer to Max, she wouldn't let it happen that someone else would take her position!
Monica finished lunch quickly. Austin followed her to stand up. Monica frowned slighted and said coldly, 'Enough."
Austin knew he overacted and then left while saying goodbye to her.
To see Monica was splendid in the limelight, Stephanie was full of grudge written in her eyes. 'How could a country girl be so arrogant. What does she think us, good girls from prestigious families?"
To see Stephanie was angry, Anne couldn't help saying, 'Yes, she is a girl, how could she be the boss of a school bully? What a profligacy!"

A scream sounded and people saw Stephanie, the daughter of Pope family, was lying on the ground!
Being unsatisfied with Monica in the spotlight, Stephanie carried the leftovers with the intention to bump into her to make a fool of Monica in public.
But she didn't expect Monica could dodge her so quickly and it turned out that she was the one lying on the ground!
Her palms were on the leftovers. How humiliating!
