Chapter 65 Laurence Hall to Invest in Oxford!

While she was annoyed, Max was sitting in the lecture theater waiting for her.
It was almost the class time but Monica still hadn't showed up.

When he thought that she didn't answer a word when he questioned her, he started to doubt if he said anything inappropriate.
'She is too spoiled. It was just a few words; she even didn't come to the class."
He started to listen to the teacher after he murmured to himself.
Annette was acutely sensitive to catch what he murmured, so that she turned back. As expected, Monica didn't show up.
Considering what he said just now, she could be sure that he was waiting for Monica.
Annette had a mixed feeling of jealousy and unwillingness immediately.

He even didn't take effort to be more diplomatic with her. Think of what he said before the class, Annette knew he meant he had something to do with Monica.
She felt furious to see him to leave without even turning back. Then she took the phone and sent a message. Afterwards, she put on a ruthless smile on her face.

Soon Anne's mobile phone rang. She read the message from Annette and couldn't help laughing.
