Chapter THIRTY SEVEN

I'm a little disoriented when I wake up,I remove the tube in my nose and the one in my mouth as well.
How could he ? He chose her I've me ,he rushed to her side instead of mine ,his mate and the one he was having a child with.
He agreed to have me killed after I had his child. I'm not sure of what I heard but it's better to be safe than sorry .I felt the same way I did when I watched my mother leave and never come back, when I woke up and realized my brother had left me as well.
I shift and feel a little discomfort in my abdomen , I look down and see a bandaged area right below my navel . .
He was going to kill me after I gave birth, despite being his mate he was going to kill me,the harsh truth crushed my chest.
I tried getting off the bed but fell to the ground. I had to get out of here before they got a chance to do anything to me ,they had already taken the baby out so I was no use to them at this point.
My eyes land on the now bloodied cadigan I wore earlier and I reach inside its pocket taking the chankra out and placing it on the bed,with this he will be able to become an elder on the council without needing the help of Tatiana.
I clutched my injured shoulder and walked out of the room,I had no idea where my child was but I had to get out of here because it wasn't safe for me but it was for my baby even if I took him where I would take him in this state.
I've been here a lot of times that I knew all the exists,the pain I felt in my heart was more than that of my wounds,I felt something shattering deep within my soul as hatred for him consumed me.
He told me he loved me he even marked me but when he saw her hurt he rushed to her side. He was even going to kill me after I gave birth.
I walked through the woods to the least protected border with nothing but my hospital gown. I knew how they patrolled and at this time this place had already been patrolled. twigs pierced my feet as I finally found my way to the main road.
I heard the sound of an engine and the dark road was illuminated by the headlights of the car.I stuck my thumb out hoping the driver would stop.
"Oh my gosh! what happened to you?!", He exclaimed after looking at me and seeing the state I was in. " What should I do? Call the police? An ambulance?", He panicked.
" Phone ", I hoarsely said "please hand me your phone",I said and groaned as I leaned into the seat.
He gave me his phone and I dialed the familiar number even though I didn't want to memorize it.
The phone rang for sometime and the person finally picked "Ty it's me Eden can you come and get me".
