He loves me

Chapter sixty-five
Jayde
My heart skips a beat and I step back. Well, it's not something new. I know without anyone telling me that I've fallen in love with this guy.
But there's nothing I can do. I must sign the divorce papers no matter what.
But that doesn't matter as well. Issuing a divorce doesn't mean I can't relate well with him.
It's the last time we will be together like this. I'm going to make it worth it.
I don't care. Today will be my day.
I will let it be memorable for me. I won't be opportune to have a day like this again anyways.
I pull back and smile, "Then this means I won't be sharing my breakfast with you."
Henry turns around immediately. He has finished his. So, he quickly picks a pancake, lace it with chocolate sauce and maple syrup. He stretches it out.
I giggle and collect it from him. He knows how to do this better.
I've always tried and one will end up being excess. I would then end up not eating it.
"So, I'm sure you haven't forgotten about the party," he picks the last pancake.
I nod briefly then realize he's not looking at me, "Yes, though I haven't gotten my dress ready."
He looks up and smiles at me, " Don't you worry. I have it covered. I've ordered nice wear for both of us. She will arrive soon."
" Wow," I exclaimed softly, " That's amazing!"
I trace my look from his eyes down to his lips. Somehow, I feel like kissing him again.
I can never seriously get enough of him. If wishes were horses, he would have been mine.
A soft knock jerk me out of my thought.
I look away and remove the tray. Regina walks nearer quickly, places the tray on her hand on the bed before me, and collects the tray from me.
I smile gratitude at her.
She steps aside, "A lady named Nicky is downstairs seeking for you, sir."
"Oh," Henry looks back at me, " Let's go. We need to pick our clothes."
He gets up and picks the tray.
I walk to him quickly, "What are you doing?"
He raises a skeptical brow, "what? I'm still eating. Do you think I'm done?"
I hold the tray, " It's mine."
" What! You shared mine as well."
" I'm going to decide this after I get a nice dress. If the dress isn't nice, I won't share this," I joke.
" Really?" He slowly let go of the tray.
He relax, a satisfied look on his face, " Let's do this then. If you get a nice dress, we will share this and we will sleep together too," he didn't wait for my reply and instead walk out of the room.
What! I was just joking with him. I didn't mean I'm not going to give him my pancake.
He seriously doesn't mean that right?
I place the tray on the bed and hurry after him.
I walk out to him talking with a lady. I guess that is Nicky.
Suddenly, She looks past Henry, at me, "Hi Hattie!"
I smile and take the stairs down, "Hi, you must be Nicky."
"Yes," she reciprocates my smile, " I've brought you a lot of nice dresses."
Henry moves to sit, "Those dresses must be exceptional. My life depends on it!"
I whip my face at him, laughter bursting up in me.
He really say that out loud? He's really something. And he's funny.
"Sure, I brought exceptional dresses. These," she turns around and pulls out a bag from behind the chair, "Are top-notch."
"Here, come," Henry beckons me over.
I look at him for a while before I forcefully walk to him.
He pulls me down quickly. His arms wrap around me, pulling me closer to himself.
I manage a smile and look up at Nicky.
Nicky brings out different dresses.
I watch her for a while until she was done emptying the bag.
She picks up and stretches it out, "Will you try it?"
"You should try it!" Henry suggests quickly.
I get up and walk to her. I collect the dress and walk inside the room nearby.
I slip out of my dress and put on the new one. It looks good but I don't really like the design.
I walk out nevertheless. Fishie was already close by and holding a big mirror.
"Do you like this?" Nicky asks.
I turn to look at myself in the mirror Fishie is holding. I don't look good.
I shake my head negatively, "I will try something else."
I pick a dress on the chair and walk inside the room again.
I put it on and look at myself in the mirror, amazed at the pattern in which the dress was placed.
It's fitted to my body like second clothes. It's short and the sleeve is a blue fur while the color of the dress is red.
All the same, it looks beautiful. I think this is the perfect one to wear.
I walk out again.
"OMG!" Henry exclaims softly and blew me a kiss.
I laugh, "How do I look?"
"This fits you much better," Nicky compliments.
" I think I love this so much. But I will still like it if you can choose more."
I smile again. This is why I love him so very much.
I pick another dress and walk inside again. I stare at myself in the mirror again, amazed at how my arse is pulled out. And the fact that my figure is showing.
It makes me look sexy.
I slip out of it quickly. I don't want to keep Nicky waiting.
I wear the new dress and realize it has a zip. I should have told Fishie to follow me the other time.
I didn't even check the dress properly before walking inside.
Someone grab me by my shoulders suddenly, the perfume mounts to my head.
"Stay still pretty," he says. I can always recognize that voice anywhere. It definitely belongs to Henry.
I smile and comply.
He moves his hands and touches the zip. Then, he helps me zip it up.
He didn't leave me which seems strange to me.
The next thing I can feel is his soft lips on my neck.
I stiff, my heartbeat increases.
Heat arises in me for no reason. Why will Henry do that to me?
"I love you," he murmur dryly as if he was somnabulating.
I freeze the more, my body shudders uncontrollably.
