The Morning After

This bitch is so fake. After breakfast the next morning he took me home, but then decided to hang out with me and dad. Dad was all smiles when he saw my ring, he congratulated us and then beat both of us in chess. They were getting along really well and were even discussing business ventures. Kyle told dad about his future career goals and what he will be doing when he starts working with his father. While they were bonding, I was texting back and forth with Lisa. I sent her a picture of my ring and she sent me a voice message screaming. She was more excited than I was when he proposed. I don’t want to be anywhere near her when she gets proposed to, because her scream might burst our eardrums.
Over the week that we spent in the Hamptons, I had gotten close to Karen and now she is a part of our friend group. I really liked her. I texted her a picture of my ring and she was just as ecstatic as Lisa. We did a group chat and planned to meet up on Wednesday for shopping and lunch. After lunch dad left to go play golf at the country club. Kyle and I didn’t want to spend the whole day inside, so we decided to go to the park and the botanical garden. We were walking and holding hands in the garden enjoying the beautiful flowers. “When would you like to get married?” he suddenly asked out of nowhere. A wedding date never crossed my mind, plus I was still enjoying being engaged. “ Well, I hadn’t thought about it. Do you have a time frame in mind? We both still have some issues in our lives that need to be addressed, before we can get married” I stopped walking and looked at him. “ I know, but those issues will be resolved soon and there is no way in hell I am letting them interfere with our happiness. I was thinking that after we graduate, would be the perfect time to do it. What do you think?”
We started walking again and talking about our wedding timeline. I thought his idea to get married after graduation makes sense. The wedding would be after I graduate, since he graduates a year ahead of me. We were lost in my own thoughts when we heard a voice from behind us say “ Kyle is that you? Let me introduce you to my boyfriend, Peter.” Lord have mercy, this bitch is fucking crazy. There is no way in hell she is not following us around. It is not possible to keep running into her so often in a city with over ten million people. I felt Kyle's body tensed up and I squeezed his hand and we kept on walking. “ You’re going to have to get a restraining order against her. I think she’s following us around.” he let out a sigh, “ I really don’t understand why she just won’t go away.
I have never shown any interest in her crazy ass and yet she keeps showing up, where she is not wanted. Dad has a meeting set up with her father on Friday, let's see if her behavior changes after the meeting.” we kept walking and would you believe that the silly bitch kept following us? I stopped walking and turned around to face them, “ Heather, what a surprise to see you here. I didn’t know you were into nature or anything pure. Who is this you have with you?” I had this evil smirk on my face. I made sure I kept waving my hand around so she could see my new ring. When she finally noticed it the blood drained from her face. “ Are you okay, Heather? You don’t look so good.” I asked with a fake concerned look on my face.
The guy standing next to her, held out his hand and said “ Hi I am Peter, Heather’s boyfriend and you’re?” I took his hand. “ Hi, my name is Kadian. This is my fiance Kyle, it is very nice to meet you Peter” I said while shaking his hand. “ I am really happy that Heather found someone of her own, who could love her for who she really is. This way people won't think she is deliberately going around trying to destroy their relationships. Right baby? There’s this nasty rumor going around that she was stalking my fiance, because was in love with him since middle school. But I can see now that the rumors are not true.” I said with a smile while looking at her face. “ Ugh, who would dare say that about me? I would never do something so evil to someone. I have a great relationship with my boyfriend and I am only interested in him” she had this innocent look on her face, as if she was somehow wronged. She held onto Peter’s arm, acting weak and gent poor Peter, he has no idea what he is in for with this crazy ass girl. Kyle just stood there not looking at her or saying a word to them.
