Purple house, Carbuja.
A large crowd stood at the front of the purple house chanting the word "Justice". Some people were laying on the floor while some stood up with a banner and words written on them.
" if the president gat balls, let him talk to us all."? A woman from the crowd shouted through a megaphone.
"The feathers have to go!" Another person shouted.
"Justice, " they all chanted.
"Our president is weak! Jeremy Akinsola is a hero!" A man shouted into a megaphone.
Yes, Jeremy is a hero. The feathers have to go." They all chanted.
Meanwhile, inside the purple house.? president Olusola and the ministers held a meeting together on how to stop the feathers project and how they could gain the trust of the people.
"The masses are angry and soon, this might turn to war. We have to do something about the feathers and this boy Akinsola or whatever his name is." Minister Gideon suggested.
"I suggest we get that Akinsola boy on our side and defeat the feathers, " minister Edmund said.
"How can we get that kind of boy on our side? He is an enemy that needs to be eliminated fast." Another minister suggested.
All through their suggestions, the president remains silent and he didn't say anything instead his gaze was fixed on the phone in his hand.
"Mr. President, you ain't saying anything." Minister Gideon said.
The president raised his head from the phone and faced the ministers. "I have nothing to say now. I need to have a meeting with all state councils and the other ministers. This meeting is inconclusive, " the president announced.
"But Mr. President, " minister Gideon tried to argue but when he saw the president's glaring eyes, he quickly shut his mouth.
"Have your way out. Minister Edmund, please stay behind." The president requested.
The other ministers left while minister Edmund waits behind.
"What's the issue olusola? You've been on your phone all through the meeting. Is anything the problem?" Edmund asked in a concerned tone.
President olusola didn't say anything instead he gave the phone in his hand to minister Edmund.
When minister Edmund glance through the phone, he gasped.
"He is Abraham Akinsola's son?" Edmund questioned.
The president sighed and stood up from his seat. "My sins are catching up with me. I thought it ended twenty years ago but now, my sins are back." He said sadly.
"How did you get this?" Edmund asked.
"Daniel Hamilton sent it to me. He said if the feathers fall then I will fall with them."
"So what is the plan?" Edmund asked.
Olusola sighed and went back to his seat. "The only solution is to invite that Akinsola boy to carbuja and eliminate him."
"You want to eliminate someone who has a lot of supporters and followers?" Edmund questioned and olusola nodded. "How do you intend to kill him?"
"The job is to invite him here while I'll leave the feathers to do the rest."
Edmund sighed and stared at the picture of Abraham and Jeremy Akinsola on the screen of the phone in his hand. "I hope this plan works out, " he said with confidence but at the same time, there was uncertainty in his tone.

The feathers meeting room, Langose.
"So what's the agenda of this meeting?" Alissa Adedeji dressed in a tight black v dress announced her presence as she walked into the meeting room of the feathers and took a seat beside munachi. "This meeting better be worth it because I had to cancel my date."
"I'm surprised that you still have time to date with what's going on with us," Simone said with a frown.
"I'm not going to kill myself because everyone is talking about us." Alissa retorted.
"Do you even care about the feathers?" Simone questioned.
"Don't insinuate and tell me what you have in your mind!" Alissa yelled and scoffed at Simone.
"Silence!" Park shouted. " please, " he begged.?
"I called this meeting because I have finally found a solution on how to destroy that Akinsola boy," Daniel informed them and the feathers all turned to face him. "Before I tell you the solution, here have a look." Daniel passed a photo of Abraham and Jeremy to the feathers. "This was sent to me by that little boy who isn't up to my finger."
"Oh my God! So he is Abraham's son?" Alissa exclaimed as she saw the pictures.
"Like father like son," Simone commented when the picture got to her.
"Does he knows about his family's death?" Leonard directed the question to Daniel.
"He knows everything that's why he is bent on destroying the feathers and most especially me."Daniel explained and stood up from his seat." This is my plan, " he began and paused for a while before he continued. "The masses are quick to believe whatever they heard on the news or social media so I'm going to use that against him. I have contacted olusola already and we have both set a bait for Jeremy Akinsola."
"What is the bait?" Park asked.
"The bait is very simple...." Daniel began to explain what the bait was for the feathers. "He will feel honored that the president wants to meet him but, that's would be his last day on earth.
The feathers except for Alissa all clapped as soon as they heard Daniel's plan.
Alissa remains glued to her seat as she continues to stare at the pictures of Abraham and Jeremy Akinsola. A lot of thoughts ran through her mind as she stared at the pictures. " you think this won't backfire at us?" She questioned.
"What made you say that Alissa?" Leonard questioned her back.
"I just have these mixed feelings that's something is going to go wrong," Alissa confessed.
"Take all bad thoughts from your mind, Alissa. I've got this." Daniel replied to her and grinned wickedly.
"Okay, it's fine." Alissa threw her hand up in defeat but her mind still had the thoughts about the plan. Alissa was a cunning woman but sometimes, she always speaks the truth.

The next day, a man delivered a package to Jeremy's mansion. Lisa got the package and gave it to Jeremy. It was a brown box wrapped elegantly. When Jeremy unwrapped it, he was surprised to see a letter and the president seal inside the package. He read through the letters and quickly set up a meeting with his alliances.
Dear Attorney Jeremy Akinsola,
This is the president writing to you. I saw your post and I must say that I have gain trust in you. I want us to work together to eradicate the bad people of this country. Inside the box is my seal and I hope you bring it to me as soon as you get this letter. Come to the purple house in carbuja. Come alone, please. This is not an order but a request from a concerned president.

"He wants you to come alone? This is a trap Jeremy and you will be stupid to fall for it." Lara rejected the offer of the president as soon as she saw the letter. She tried to convince Jeremy not to go. "This is a plan work, Jeremy. "
"I will be fine," Jeremy assured her.
"I think Lara is right. What president writes a letter to a normal citizen? He is planning something." James added to what Lara had said.
"Let's not think of the worst. Jeremy is also far from been normal. He is a renowned lawyer who won a case LAN the terrorist. I believe the president doesn't have any ill feelings towards him."Kendra commented.
"I'm not letting you leave alone. I'll come with you," Yomi offered.
"No yomi. This is what I have to do alone. I need to do this on my own without you or anybody." Jeremy refused the offer.
"But I'm supposed to be with you and also support you," Yomi argued.
" I know yomi but this is my cross to bear. I cannot disrespect a whole president of the country." Jeremy said.
The room grew silent as no one spoke. Everyone knew that nothing was going to change Jeremy's mind as he was eager to leave.
"Since you are so bent on going alone, when are you leaving?" Lisa asked.
"I'll leave this evening. I'm also flying commercial." Jeremy informed them and they all nodded.
"Alright. I hope everything went well Jeremy. Just be careful." Mary said to him.
"Sure thing," Jeremy replied with a smile.
That's evening when yomi drove Jeremy to the airport. He tried to convince him not to go alone but Jeremy rejected his offer again. When Jeremy came out of the car, he waved at yomi who stared at him with a sad look on his face.
Yomi drove out of the airport and thought about what to do. When he was only a few miles from Jeremy's mansion, he turned the car around and went back to the airport. When he got to the airport, he ran to see if he could catch up with Jeremy but their plane has departed for Carbuja.
"Fuck, " he cursed angrily. He placed his hand on his head and yelled.

When Jeremy arrived at Carbuja, a limousine took him to the purple house where the president resides.
