A day to the feathers launching.
"Jeremy?" Kemisola screeched. "You were alive!"
The room grew silent as all heads turned towards Jeremy's direction. No one spoke a word for few minutes until James decided to break the silence. "Can somebody explain what's going on?"
"This is the truth?" Lara asked Kendra and she gave a nod. "How are they here? How?"
"I can explain," Yomi told them. "If you can calm down and let me explain everything in detail."
"Explain what? What the hell?" Mary shouted. "We thought you died but how are you alive?"
"That's what I'm trying to explain here," Yomi replied.
"I can't believe this. I can't believe I believed you died." Lara said and rushed out of the Mansion.
"Lara, wait," Kendra shouted and turned to follow her but Jeremy stopped her. "She is upset. Let me go."
"I got this," he said to her and walked out of the Mansion.
When he got outside, he couldn't see anything. It was pitch black because there was no moon. Jeremy stood at the entrance and called Lara's name.? "Lara, I know you are here somewhere. Please come inside." He begged.
"Go away," Lara shouted back but didn't come to meet him. "You lied to everyone. When I heard about your death, I thought I had lost everything. You were the only family I had but you lied to us!" She shouted.
"I didn't lie to you Lara. I swear I didn't. Some things happened that no one can understand. " he tried to explain but his voice broke and he paused for a while. "All I can say is that I am sorry. I'm sorry." He apologized.
Lara didn't reply and all that could be heard were her sobs.
"Please come inside. It's late." He begged. He waited for her to come to meet him at the entrance and when she didn't, Jeremy opened the Mansion to enter but Lara shouted his name.
"Jeremy!" She shouted. Her footsteps sounded as she walked to the entrance and collided with Jeremy's arm. "Sorry." She apologized. "I can't see shits." She said.
"It's fine," Jeremy said, and let's go of the doorknob.
Lara tried to traced his face with her hand but instead, her hand met with his chest. "Oops, sorry." She withdrew her hand but Jeremy grabbed it and placed it back on his chest. "What are you doing?"
"I missed you." He confessed.
Lara chuckled but didn't say anything. Even in the darkness, they stared at each other and were lost in the moment until the door opened.
Kendra cleared her throat and pointed inside. "If you are done with your love moments. We need you inside the house." She said.
"Alright," Lara withdrew her hand from Jeremy's chest and walk past him into the house.
When she got in, everyone stared at her and it got worse when Jeremy walked into the living room and stood behind her.
"Are you all going to keep staring like zombies? Chop chop." Kendra clapped her hands. "Enough staring for one night." She told them.
"Jeremy!" Kemisola rushed to Jeremy and hugged him. "I'm so happy you are alive." She confessed.
"It's nice to see you again Kemi," Jeremy replied.
"So what's your story?" James questioned. He looked from Jeremy to Yomi and angrily tapped his foot. "I demand an answer now!" He shouted.
"Calm down James," Mary said to him but he didn't answer her instead he continued shouting.
"I am not calming down. These people lied to us. They made us believed they died but they didn't."
"And you don't know the reason why they had to lie. Don't be too quick to judge them." Kendra said to him.
"Guys! Guys!" Paul shouted. "I think we are all exhausted. Why don't we all go to be and continue this later." He suggested.
"Good idea babe." Celina agreed.
Paul looked at everybody's faces and it seems they all agreed with them. Kendra informed them about the sleeping arrangement and they all walked into their different rooms well except James, Yomi, and Jeremy who stood in the living room while looking at each other's faces.
"Are we going to do this all night?" Yomi yawned.
"I know you deserved an answer from us, James."
"Oh sure I did," James interrupted.
"I'll give you the answer you wanted," Jeremy told him.
"Don't leave the truth out of it," James added.

8:00 am
Kendra yawned, stretched, and Lazily walked into the living room. "Good morning," she greeted everyone and took a seat beside yomi. She rubbed her eyes and looked at the faces of everyone. "So what's up?" She asked.
"We are discussing our death and resurrection." Yomi jokingly said and got hit on the back by Kendra. "Ouch."
"Jeremy had told us everything and I feel sorry for them," Mary said. "The president is a cruel and wicked man just like the feathers. He deserved to be imprisoned."
"It not that's easy. He planned that plane crash with the feathers. " Paul said. "It was covered up as nothing happened and they also killed my mother." He added.
"We need to bring them down. We need to avenge all those who had been wronged by them." Lara voiced out.
"Seeing you all like this makes me remember last year when we were together," James said and smiled.
"It was a happy moment. I miss Lisa." Jeremy admitted. "When I saw the news, I was angry because Lisa is like a mother to me." He said sadly.
"Don't worry, everything is going to be fine. Lisa is a fighter." Lara added.
"I still can't believe those people are wicked enough to cause that plane crash because they were trying to get rid of Kenneth Kennedy," Kemisola said.
"The feathers ain't just anyone. They are powerful." Celina said.
"That's why we are going to fight them and bring them down," Jeremy told them.
Yomi stood up from the couch and left the living room. He returned later with a laptop and a black bag.
"What is this?" Mary asked him.
"It's the bag they found on me when I was attacked on the street. It has Lara's video of Andre confessing to the plane crash and the flash drives Jeremy came to us before everything." Kendra explained.
"So what the plan? How are we going to get the feathers?" James asked. "Our initial plan was to reveal their secrets at their launch party," James said.
"It's a nice plan but it's risky," Yomi told him. "Daniel Hamilton is a witty man. He would ensure tight security with the protests and everything that's had happened to him."
"So what the plan?" Kemisola asked.
"We will go with your plan but this time it's Becca's plan," Jeremy informed them.
"Becca? You want to bring a girl to the plan?" James questioned.
"No," Jeremy shook his head. " This is a plan Celina and I came up with it." He explained.
"Okay." James nodded. "What is the plan all about and who is Becca?" He asked.
Jeremy cleared his throat and began to explain what Becca's plan was about. He went into details on how they could get the feathers without endearing their lives.
"I think plan Becca is great." James nodded and smiled at Jeremy.
"Since we have all the evidence we need. It is time to bring down the president and the feathers. We need to bring justice to those who truly deserved it." Jeremy said.
Kendra yawned as if everything they said didn't concern her. She stood up and stretched her hands. "I'm so tired. I'm going back to sleep." She announced.
"No," Yomi pulled her back to the couch. "We all have a job assigned to every one of us today," he told her.
"But I am tired," she whined like a little child.
"Stop being a British brat and listen up." Yomi chuckled and pinched her cheeks.
Lara cleared her throat and faced Jeremy. "So what's is the job assigned to us." She asked.
"Here is how it will go. If and yomi will go visit Lisa in the hospital." Jeremy announced.
"No way. Someone might see you and if they do, it's game over for all of us."Kendra objected to their idea.
"Trust me, no one is going to see us because we will be going in disguise." Yomi winked at her.
"Kendra and Paul will visit the feathers Skyscraper."
"Are you insane Jeremy? No one is allowed there and they've seen my face." Kendra interrupted.
"You are going to watch from afar. I need you and Paul to monitor everything that's going on throughout today. We need to know what they are planning."
"Jeremy is right. There is more to the launching." Lara added.
"What do you mean?" Kendra questioned.
"When I was kidnapped, Daniel revealed something to me," Lara explained everything she thinks the feathers might be planning.
" that's terrible," Celina commented.
"We will play them into their games. Paul and Kendra would watch the skyscraper from afar. Celina, Mary, and kemisola would go shopping for some outfits for the party while James and Lara visit the circle community and bring them here. Once you and I are done with Lisa, we would be coming back here to draw the layout of plan Becca." Jeremy said and they all nodded at him.
"Why do you have to give Paul and me the hardest job?" Kendra whined.
"Because I know you are good at what you do. So let's get into action. We have less than 24hrs to bring down the feathers. If these plans slipped out of our hands, the feathers would never get the justice they deserved. We need to make this plan work." Jeremy told them all. "Let's bring them down!" He shouted.
"Bring them down!" They all chorused.

8:00 am
Feathers meeting room
"I am so surprised that we are having a meeting this early morning," Alissa announced her presence as she walked into the feathers meeting room. She took a seat beside Munachi who yawned and placed his head on the table.
"So who are we waiting for?" Alissa asked.
"Me," Daniel's voice sounded at the entrance of the room. He walked in with Andre behind him. Daniel sat down on his usual spot which was at end of the table while Andre stood behind him. He had a bandage around his head due to the beating he took from the angry mobs. His left cheek was also plastered. He didn't look too happy as he wore a frown on his face.
"Why is he here?" Simone asked and pointed to Andre.
"Because everything we will be saying today concerns him," Daniel replied to her.
"How is your head?" Leonard asked.
"Good," was all Daniel could reply with.
Alissa cleared her throat to gain attention and when she did, she stood up to address them. "We need to cancel tomorrow's? party." She announced.
The feathers reacted by murmuring amongst themselves. They were surprised that Alissa could come up with such a suggestion.
Daniel slammed his hand on the table and the room grew silent. "We are not canceling the party, Alissa. Your suggestion is stupid." He retorted.
"For once Daniel, think about the outcome of the party. Just yesterday, you were attacked by some angry mobs and this morning, I received a call from the president's office. They request that you postpone the party."
"Well, they can all die for requesting such," Daniel said and stood up from his seat. He walked to where Alissa stood and grabbed her hand. "If you think you can cope with the people's critics, I'll suggest you back down. This party is happening and I would do everything to make sure it's successful." He confidently said.
"That's would be your greatest mistake, Daniel. Look at you, the people are against us and everyone is opposing us. Postponing this party would do us good."
Daniel drew Alissa closer to himself. They both stared angrily at each other for a while before Daniel decided to speak. "I have worked for many years to see this coming to pass. I'm not going to let anyone stop me this time. This party is happening whether you like it or not. I am going to make sure all of my enemies face my wrath once this party is over."
Alissa chuckled and freed her hand from Daniel's grip. "Those two you kept as hostages have escaped. They have evidence against us and you are thinking of going..."
Daniel shut her up with his hand raised. "That's enough Alissa. Seat down and listen to my plan or you walk out like you always do."
Alissa looked at the faces of the feathers. She cursed angrily and took her seat.
Daniel went back to his seat. He cleared his throat and pointed to Andre. "Tomorrow security is going to be a tough one." He told them.
"Tough one? What do you mean by that?" Simone questioned.
"I contacted some Ex-military men and they have offered to provide security throughout the launching. These men are highly trained and I permitted them to shoot on sight if they see anyone that doesn't deserve to be at the party."
"You want to turn the party into bloody ground?" Alissa asked him. She never expected him to go this far. Alissa wasn't the one to be merciful but she didn't like violence either.
"That's exactly what I am planning. I am going to make sure those Jeremy Akinsola's followers don't get too close to the party."
"So? What's the plan?"
"I will have snipers on every roof and some men surrounding the skyscraper. The only way into the party is the entrance. I will make sure the security system is tight." He assured them.
"So that's the plan?" Park asked him. "What about the shipment of BT monoxide?"
"The auction will take place that same day. It should arrive later this afternoon." Daniel replied.
"I hope the party goes well and Andre," munachi pointed a warning finger at him. "Don't make any mistake this time." He said.
Andre nodded and replied," I will try my best. "
"The people are demanding for the president's impeachment. Ever since that girl released that video, the people are standing up to protests." Alissa announced.
"That's the least of our concern now. We should make sure this party ended well. Olusola deserved to be impeached. He is incompetent." Daniel said.
"What about your children? The people are against them." Simone reminded him.
"They will be out of the country before the party even started. Once everything works out, I will return them to the country." He informed them.
"Very well then. I hope this party is successful. We are feathers and we soar to fly higher." Leonard shouted joyfully.
Daniel smiled because everything he had planned was starting to work out and soon, he was going to conquer the world and become the world's most powerful man. It was going to happen soon and Daniel Hamilton didn't have to wait too long. An orphan boy was soon going to be the world's most powerful.
