The feathers meeting room, Langose.
"Give me one reason why you invited me here or I'll work out of here," Alissa said as she walked into the feathers meeting room.
"Sit your ass down Alissa. This concerned us all." Simone replied to her.
"Uh, uh. That's is not a good reason Simone."
"Alissa, we invited you here because something bad happened to Andre," Park told her.
"And how is that supposed to be my problem. Andre is Daniel's dog, not mine." She answered back.
Daniel groaned in his seat. He then stood up and walked to where Alissa was standing. He grabbed her hand and placed it on her chest.
"What the heck is this?" Alissa tries to protest but Daniel shut her up and pointed to her chest.
"Keep quiet and listen to your heartbeat," Daniel instructed her.
"And then what?" Alissa questioned impatiently.?
Daniel sighed and released Alissa's hand. "Your heart is beating just fine but It wouldn't be for long."
"What are you insinuating?" Alissa demanded.
"I am not insinuating anything. All I am saying is that the truth about the fucking air crash that happens a year ago has been revealed." Daniel shouted as he said this.
"What? How did that happen?" Alissa questioned and took a seat beside Simone.
"Looks like somebody found out,"munachi answered her question.
" who? "
"Lara Johnson." They all replied at once.
"How did she find out about the plane crash?" Alissa asked another question.
"Seems Johnson's daughter is smart like her father," Leonard commented.
"Her family were victims of the crash. She might have found a piece of evidence against Andre." Park explained.
"Where is that dumb Andre? I am so going to kick his ass." Alissa said.
"You wouldn't be needing that because Andre is in the hospital licking his wound. He is coma!" Daniel shouted. "I found him bleeding out on the street and the words he said before he went unconscious was, Lara Johnson, plane crash, and his family."
Alissa stood up and paced around the room. She bites her lower lips drawing out blood and licking it. "It's all over. My life is over! If the truth about the plane crash surface then it's over for all of us. What are we going to do?" She questioned.
Simone sighed briefly and stood up from her seat. She walked to where Alissa stood and placed a hand on her shoulders. "It's not over for us yet because we are the feathers and we always aim to win."
"What are we going to do?" She questioned.
"Here is what's going to happen," Daniel cleared his throat and tapped the table with his fingers." We are going to get rid of that Johnson's daughter."
"Get rid of her?? How? We don't even have Andre anymore? What if she has some kind of evidence against us. Killing her won't bring out the evidence against us." Munachi told them. "That's girl is smart. She outsmarted Kayla and escaped from my claws."
"What's the plan?" Daniel questioned them.
"We do not have to get rid of her in the aspect of killing her. We will kidnap her, find any evidence she has, and keep her away until the launch is over. " park suggested. ". Once the skyscraper is completed, no one would listen to anything against us."
"That's a good idea but how do we get rid of her now. We don't have Andre anymore. He is dead." Alissa voiced out.
"Andre is still alive Alissa." Daniel reminded her. "I'll hire some assassins and we kidnap the girl until everything is over. Once our launching is done, we get rid of her as we did to Jeremy Akinsola." Daniel told them and they all nodded in agreement.
"It's one week to our skyscraper launching, I hope everything turns out well," Simone commented.?
"It better do," Alissa added. "What is the case about your children?" She asked Daniel.
"Everything is under control. Whosever that blogger is, I am going to get rid of the fool." Daniel promised and pointed to the air.

Kendra drove out of the hospital with Lara laying on the backseat. Her injured arm was bandaged and it makes her groaned out every few seconds.
"Are you alright back there?" Kendra questioned.
"Hmmmmm," was what Lara could reply with.
"You are starting to sound like
a whiny baby."
"Be in my position and you will act worst than this."
"Fine. Thank goodness you didn't need arm surgery."
"Yup."Lara groaned.
" see you are acting like a baby, I'll just make a turn there and get you, pain killers. There is a medical store down there. "Kendra told her but Lara didn't answer so she went on and told her about the team. " Mary, Lisa, James, and kemisola came to the hospital yesterday but you were sleeping like a log."
Lara burst into laughter. "Log don't sleep. Your jokes suck."
"At least you laughed," Kendra commented. When she got to the medical store, she stopped the car and told Lara to wait for her while she goes get the painkillers. "Wait for me here sweetheart. Let me go get the painkillers." Kendra came out of the car and entered the medical store.
Lara struggled to sit up on the back seat and yelled when her injured arm collided with the seat. "Damn!" She cursed.
The car door opened and Lara thinking it was Kendra said, " look I am....." She didn't get to finish as she was pulled out of the car by a masked man. Lara shouted and called out for Kendra but the masked man covered her mouth with his large hand. "Who are you?" She demanded.
The masked man didn't reply instead he pressed her injured arm. Lara screamed out and her screams got to Kendra who was inside the medical store.
The masked man hits her on the neck with the back of his hand and this causes Lara to blackout. The man dragged her into a black jeep that drove into the scene. Just as the car drove away, Kendra ran out of the medical store and headed straight to the car. When she got to the car, she dropped the drugs in her hand and shouted.
"Lara!" She shouted.
Kendra saw the black car zooming off and quickly entered her car and went after the car. "I shouldn't have left the car. This is all my fault." Kendra blamed herself for what happened to Lara.
Kendra chased after the black jeep and broke all traffic rules to get to the jeep. When she neared the jeep, she hit the back of the jeep and tries to overtake it but the driver hit her and zoomed off. Kendra didn't relent and still went after the jeep.
The two-vehicle were chasing after one another on the bridge of Langose in broad daylight. They were both having a car race in a violent way. When Kendra neared the jeep again, a white Venza came between them and hit Kendra's car. Kendra drove beside the car and rolled down her glass.
"Get off my way fucker!" Kendra cursed at the drive and also hit the left side of the Venza.
The driver laughed like a maniac and pointed a gun at Kendra.
"Fuck!" Kendra drove backward and hit the car behind her. "Damn!" She cursed again and tries to move forward but her car didn't move. Kendra hit the steering wheel and watched as the black Jeep Drive away. "I am not letting you go!" Kendra came out of the car and ran after the jeep was miles away from her. "Stop that car. My friend is inside!" She yelled as she faced vehicles and caused huge traffic. "Stop the car!" Kendra stopped running and struggled to breathe.
"Stay right where you are woman." A cop's vehicle pulled up before her and demanded that she stay put.
"Thank goodness you are here. My friend....." Kendra gasped as she spoke. "You need to help my friend, " she begged but the cop didn't listen to her and before Kendra knew it, she was cuffed and dragged into the police vehicle.
"You are making a huge mistake officer. My friend has been kidnapped and I need to save her." She begged.
"Please remain silent ma'am." The cop said to her but Kendra shouted at her.
"You are going to be the cause of a citizen's death," Kendra said. "You are going to be the cause of her death." She yelled again.
The cops didn't answer her and drove her straight to the Traffic control station. Kendra was headed over to one of the officers and taken into the interrogation room.
"What is your name ma'am?" The officer questioned Kendra.
"You don't need to know my name officer. You need to save my friend, she is in danger!" Kendra told the officer.
"I am going to ask you again ma'am. What is your name?" The officer questioned again.
Kendra slammed her fist on the table and stood up from her seat. " you are a crazy officer. I just told you something important and you choose to ignore it! My friend is in danger but you don't care. All you care about is the fucking rule I just broke. What is wrong with this country?"
A few hours later, Kendra was out of the station and getting scolded by James and Liza.
"Why did you choose to ignore them? If you had told them your name then you wouldn't have stayed that long in the station?" James scolded.
"Don't scold me like a little child James," Kendra told him.
"Then stop acting like one," Liza shouted at her. "James is right. You should have told them your name instead of playing tough against them."
"Stop acting like my fucking mother Lisa," Kendra said and Lisa gasped. "Lara was kidnapped by a crazy psycho and all those stupid officers think about is their stupid law. I am going to get Lara back. The feathers are behind this and I am going to get them and make them pay."
"With what?? Your stupid ass brain. Are you crazy Kendra or fucking stupid? Jeremy wouldn't let you act like this if he was here." James told her.
Kendra pushed James in the chest and point a warning finger at him. "Don't talk about Jeremy like that. You helped me from the station, thank you but now I don't need your help," Kendra told him and turned to walk away from him but Lisa grabbed her by the hand and slapped her.
" Lisa!" James gasped.
"I am not going to allow you to go crazy," Lisa said as a mother would say to her daughter. "Lara is our family but I won't watch you act like fools and get yourself killed."
"First of all, you ain't my mother and secondly, never you raised your hand at me again and thirdly, watch me as I try to save Lara without your help. I won't let Lara end up like Jeremy and Yomi." She told her and then faced James, "Take my car to a mechanic and I'll get it myself." She looked at Lisa for the last time and walked away from them.
"Kendra!" Lisa called her name but she didn't turn back and when she tries to follow her, James grabbed her arm and pulled her for an embrace.
"She is going to come around," James told her.
Lisa nodded but deep down, she knew she had messed up and needed to do something before Kendra make a drastic decision.
