Present
The feathers meeting room, langose.
Alissa Adedeji walked into the meeting room of the feathers and took her seat that was right beside munachi. She looked at all the faces of the feathers and smiled at them.
"Sorry I am late. I was busy." She said and then turned to face Daniel. "Before we start this impromptu meeting, we need to address something."
"You just came in Alissa. We've been here for hours." Simone told her.
"As if I don't know that Simone. What I wanted to say is important because if we don't address it, it would be bad even worst." Alissa retorted.
"What do you have to say, Alissa?" Daniel asked.
Alissa stood up and walked to the front of the room.
"I thought the scandal with your children has ended but it hasn't since a picture of your children was posted online today. We are talking about a few days to our launching!" Alissa shouted and placed her hands on her hip. "How could you allow such a thing to happen?"
"Calm your nerves down Alissa. We've seen the post and we are still wondering who posted it." Munachi said.
Alissa pointed at him and then she burst into laughter." You all are a bunch of idiots." She said. "You think because you got rid of Jeremy Akinsola that you got rid of everything. Hell no!" She shouted.
"What are you driving at?" Park interrupted.
"Jeremy Akinsola isn't a one-man alone. He has an army and they are looking for a way to bring us down and I think they found one." Alissa pointed out. "We are nearing the end."
"I am not surprised if people try to bring us down. We are the feathers and it's not a new thing." Daniel replied and then he smiled. "All my focus is on the project and once everything is set, the feathers will rule the world."
"We cannot rule the world unless you get rid of the scandal. Who is even the fool who posted it?" Simone questioned angrily.
"I think the person Is unknown to everyone. My advice is to get rid of? the girl in the picture." Munachi advised.
"Get rid of what girl? The girl your children harassed?" Alissa questioned.
"Who else are we getting rid of?" Simone questioned back.
"That's is going to turn back on us. I object to this!" Alissa shook her head.
"If we don't do something then everything we've worked for will go down in drains," Daniel told her but Alissa refused to believe that getting rid of the girl was the only option.
"You don't know who is monitoring us. You don't know who is after us." Alissa said.
Daniel slammed his hand on the table and shouted. "If you think this is too much for you then back off Alissa Adedeji!"
"You are so going to regret this Daniel, " she said and walked back to her chair. Alissa grabbed her bag from the table and then walked to the door but before she stepped out of the meeting room, she turned back and looked at their faces then she said, " I'll see you all at the launch." Alissa smiled and then walked out of the room.?
Once Alissa left the room, Simon stood up from her seat and yelled. "What the heck is wrong with that woman?"
"You are starting to act like her," Munachi replied.
"Oh hell no. Alissa and I are nowhere near each other. She is too full of herself." Simone said.
"I would be proud too if I was her. I mean Alissa Adedeji is an influential woman. " park commented.
"Can we stop talking about her? She has objected to this but we are going on with our plan. We are getting rid of the girl. That's is the only way to save our project." Daniel told them.
"Very well, I agree with this but, keep your children in check. Any more damage and I am also out." Leonard pointed out.
"Very well then. What about the rest of you?" Daniel asked.
Munachi and park nodded in agreement while Simone walked to where Daniel was and touched him on the shoulders. "I agree with this too but if your children try to drag me down with their scandals then I'll kill them and make you watch." Simone threatens and then walked back to her seat.
Daniel smiled at her joke but what goes through his mind was not what the feathers were expecting.
He wanted it all.

It's been two days since Lara found the truth about the plane crash. Ever since then, she had been on Andre's tail. She wanted to know the truth about the plane crash. She wanted to know if Abigail Kennedy was telling the truth so she followed him around secretly.
That afternoon, Lara was supposed to be at work but she wanted to catch Andre so badly that's she waited in the bushes opposite his house. She dressed up in an all-black outfit including a face cap and sunglasses.
"You are so dead today," Lara said as she watched Andre hugging his family through the binoculars in her hand. "You bastard!" Lara cursed angrily. "You have a family but you destroy lives!" She hissed.
Andre came out of the house and entered into the black Venza parked outside his house. He drove out of the house. As soon as Lara saw him, she came out of the bushes and walked to where she parked her car. It was a distance from Andre's house so she ran towards her car and quickly get in. She started the car and drove behind Andre.
Whenever Andre make a turn, she did the same but didn't make it obvious that she was following him. After driving for over an hour, Andre makes the final turn and stopped at the front of a two-story building that was in the alley. He came out of the car and looked behind him.
Lara saw him looking towards her and she quickly bows her head. She raised her head to see if Andre was still looking at him but she didn't see him. The only thing she saw was his car parked in front of the building.
"Shits, shit!" Lara cursed and came out of her car. She walked down the alley and look behind as she walked. "Where did he go?" She questioned. When she got to the front of the two-story building, she looked inside his car through the window but saw nothing. As she turned to face the other side, a punch landed on her face. Lara groaned and fell to the ground. She touched her bleeding lips and then looked up at her assailant.
It was Andre.
"Surprised to see me," Andre said and then burst into laughter. "I have been noticing you for a while now. I saw you yesterday. You were stupid enough to believe that I didn't notice you. And today, I saw you through my CCTV. I thought you were somebody else until I saw your outfit. It was the same as yesterday so I grew suspicious of you and decided to lure you here." Andre paused for a while and then kick Lara in the stomach. "Who are you? Why are you after me?"
Lara spat out the blood in her mouth. "You killed my family!" She shouted.
"I am sorry but I have no idea who you are. I have killed countless people like Josh kyle, Carl East. Abraham Akinsola."
"You killed Abraham Akinsola?" Lara interrupted and earned a slap from Andre.
"Shut up. I am not done!" He shouted at her. "I killed Felicia Watson." He confessed.
Lara gasped and remembered the issue about Felicia Watson. So her death which was a mystery to her was now unraveled.
"I was also responsible for a lot more like freeman Johnson's death." Andre boasted.
Lara yelled and stood up from the ground. She rushed to him and punch him in the face. "It was you all along. You killed my Father!" Lara punched him again in the face. "It was you all along. You took my family away from me." She yelled and raised her hand to strike Andre again but he grabbed her hand and twisted it behind her back.
Lara cried out in pain as she felt her bone cracking.
"Listen up little girl, I have killed countless people and you are not an exception."
"You are happy with you killing all those people on the parkgo airlines. You killed all those people!" Lara yelled.
Andre twisted her hand again. Lara scream out and struggled against Andre.
"I don't care how you found out about that but the main victim of that crash was?Kenneth Kennedy."
"So you killed 157 people because of one man."
"There are some sacrifices that require others getting in the way so we get rid of them."
"You are a beast," Lara yelled and spat on his face.
Andre let go of her hand and touched his face. He cleaned the spit off his face and raised his hand to strike Lara but she got him first and kicked him on his nuts.
Andre fell to the ground and cried out in pain. Lara took a stick she saw lying on the ground and hit Andre with it.
"You killed my family!" She hit him with the stick. "You killed all those innocent people because of one man" she yelled and hit him on the arm. "The feathers are behind this right?" She questioned but Andre didn't answer she hit him on the arm again. "Tell the feathers I am coming for them but first I am going to make sure you get justice for all those innocent souls," Lara promised and hit him on the stomach. She dropped the stick and walked up the alley to where her car was parked while Andre remains on the floor bleeding from the parts of his body where Lara has hit him.
