Lara drove around the street with one arm. After her encounter with Andre, she called Kendra whose house was nearer and drove straight to her place with one arm. Throughout the drive to Kendra's place, Lara was losing her focus and struggled to swerve past few cars until she got to her destination.
When Lara got to Kendra's apartment, she called her line and when she picked up, Lara didn't let her talk and told her she was at the front of her apartment.
"I am at the front of your apartment," Lara said and blew her car horn.
Kendra opened the door of her apartment and rushed to Lara's car. "What's up, I got your call. Are you alright?" She asked and opened her car door but screams as she saw the condition Lara was in.
"Oh my God!" She screamed. "Lara, what's happened to you?"
"It's pretty bad huh?" Lara remarked.
"What happened to you? Where are you coming from? Who did this to you?" Kendra threw a series of questions at her but Lara replied to none and pointed to her arm.
"Help me out will you?" Lara begged.
Kendra unbuckled her seat belt and helped her out into her apartment. She laid Lara on the brown couch in her living room and then sat beside her. "Start talking Lara. What happened to you? Who did this to you?"
Lara looked at Kendra and then she burst into tears.
"What the hell? I am going to kill who did this to you. Tell me who it is?" She demanded.
Lara bought out a body cam from her pocket with her free arm and gave it to Kendra.
Kendra left her side and rushed to her room where she grabbed her laptop from. She walked back to the living room and placed the laptop on the table. She connected the device to her laptop. "Password?" Kendra requested.
"Chloe," Lara replied.
Kendra entered the password and then looked at Lara's face.
"Check today's date," Lara told her.
Kendra did as she was told and a video popped out. The video showed the face of Andre confessing to the crime he did and harassing Lara. "Oh my God! You are insane!"?Kendra commented.
" He killed my family. What was I supposed to do? Watch him leave on as if nothing happened."
"I thought you were smarter than that Lara. Why didn't you tell any of us? Why did you do it alone?"
"Because I wanted to do something for once in my life. I wanted to get revenge for my family. They didn't deserve to die like that." Lara said.
Kendra scoffed and said, " getting your arm twisted is your revenge."
"At least I got something. I got proof that the plane crash was not an accident. It was an attack."
"I know you wanted revenge but you should have told us instead of going alone and getting beaten up. Look at your face and arm." Kendra pointed out.?
Lara heaved a sigh and rubbed her face with her free hand. "If you were in my shoes, you would have done worst than that. That psycho killed my family and now that I have proof against him, I am going to expose the feathers to the world."
"And then what get yourself killed. Listen to me Lara, now isn't the time to do that. We have solid proofs against the feathers and we will stick to the plan." Kendra told her.
"I hope people will believe us when the truth comes out."
"With all the proof against them, they have no place."
Lara nodded and pointed to her laptop.
"Copy that into a flash drive. You never know what might happen. "
"I'll do that right away and after that, I am taking you to go see a doctor. Your arm looks bad." Kendra informed her.

"Paul!" A masculine voice boomed at the front of a mansion that was in a secluded area.
"Will you stop yelling like a little child Yomi?" The man named Paul said as she came out of the mansion.
"Oh, so I am yelling like a kid? I have been knocking for over twenty minutes now. Why didn't you open up?" Yomi demanded.
"Calm your nerves down. I was sorting some stuff out with Jeremy."
"So the two of you were in when I was knocking like a maniac."
"You said so yourself," Paul replied and raised his hands. Yomi glared at him and then walked past him into the mansion.
"Jeremy... How could you...." Yomi didn't finish his question as he screamed at what he saw. "Who the heck is she?" Yomi pointed to the girl on the sofa.
The girl on the sofa was a black girl with long braided hair. Her face was round and her lips were plump and small but yomi didn't fail to notice how masculine her hands look.
"So who is she?" Yomi questioned again pretending as if he doesn't know who the girl was.
"Meet Becca, she is the one that's is going to help us out." Paul introduced the girl.
"Well, hello there Becca. I must say you look so much like a stupid friend of mine." Yomi commented.
Becca glared at yomi and removed the wig off her head. It turns out Becca wasn't a she instead she was a he and he was no other person than Jeremy.
"How did you figured me out?" Jeremy questioned.
"I have known you all my life. You think I wouldn't know?" Yomi questioned Jeremy but he only rolls his eyes. "Who did the makeover."
"I did," a white female walked down the stairs and took a seat beside Jeremy on the sofa.
"Well, who is she?" Yomi questioned.
"Meet my girlfriend Celina ." Paul introduced the girl.
"Hi, I am Celina and I am a makeup artist." She offered her hand but yomi didn't take it instead he looked at Jeremy and said, "can we talk for a few minutes?"
Jeremy nodded and stood up from the sofa. "See you in a bit, Celina." He said and walked towards a room. When they entered the room, yomi closed the door behind them.
"What was that yomi?" Jeremy questioned and paused for a while. When you didn't reply, Jeremy pointed to the door. "Why did you snub Celina like that?"??
"Why I snubbed her was because I am angry and mad at you," Yomi told him.
"Why?"
"You were starting to feel comfortable around people. You didn't even care about how Lisa, Kendra, and the others were doing. You have completely forgotten about them and moved on."
"I didn't forget any of them. I just felt it wasn't the right time to show ourselves to them. I wanted to get rid of the feathers before letting them that I am alive."
"When is that?" Yomi shouted. "You are going insane and don't understand what those people are going through. When we came back to Mecianda, we promised to look for them and revealed ourselves but your freaking plan changed." Yomi accused.
"Don't judge me Yomi. My goal is to see that the feathers get the justice they deserved and I am not going to rest until I do."
"You are insane. This hungry goal of yours won't work out without our team. I am going to reveal myself to them. You can stay here and play Becca with Paul and his? girlfriend."
"You wouldn't do that. Can't?
you see what I am trying to do here."??
"I will do that and you ain't going to stop me," Yomi said and headed to the door but Jeremy pulled him back and pushed him to the ground.? Jeremy pinned yomi to the ground and they both struggled against one another.
"Listen to me, I need you to trust me on this one yomi."
"Trust you? I trust you Jeremy but I won't let you make the same mistake over and over again. " Yomi said and pushed him off his body.
"Can't you see that I am trying to make things right? I missed every one of them but now isn't the time. Trust me!"
"The last time you try to make things right, you almost got yourself killed. If I didn't come there then you would have died."
"And I am grateful for everything. I am grateful that you stood by me all through those years. I am grateful!" Jeremy said with gratitude. "Yomi, I need you to believe me just this one thing. I am going to make things right." He promised with a hand on his chest.
Yomi groaned out in frustration and kicked the door. "Just know that I am not going to save your sorry ass if anything happens again."
"So it's a yes."
"Stop! You sound like a gay asking for my hand in marriage." Yomi joked.
Jeremy pat his shoulder and smiled at him. "Thank you, brother."
Yomi nodded and unlocked the door. When they came out of the room, Paul rushed and observed them.?
"Is everything alright?" He inquired.
"Yes," Jeremy replied to him.
Yomi walked to where Celina stood and offered his hand for a handshake.? "I am sorry about how I acted earlier." He apologized.
"It's okay," Celina replied with a smile.
"So friends?"
"Friends." Celina shook hands with him.
"So what the plan about Becca?" Yomi questioned.
"Here is the plan," Paul cleared his throat and began to tell them about the plan to bring down the feathers.
