Ryan's POV
We have arrived at our favorite cafe where we usually hang out. But this time there is something different. Namely, there is no Dylan but we are with Rei Wanatabe. I haven't dared to open the conversation further regarding the question that Rei is a demon like us and is part werewolf or is he from another type? I read the situation and started to enter Rei further. So that Rei can be honest and open with us, especially me, who wants to know the truth about himself and his identity. I'm just waiting for the right time to reveal everything.
After we ordered our respective coffee menus, we now just had to wait for the coffee order to arrive in front of us and be served by the barista.
"Oh yes Rei, are you a college student like us?" Mark started to dare to open up a conversation.
"Yes, of course."
"But we especially I don't think have ever seen you around campus and in fact it's only recently that we've seen you a few times and more often." I added.
Jake and Tom even had fun joking together.
"Um... I'm new here. I've only been in this city for two months and have been on campus for the past month."
"Where are you from?" Mark wanted to be clearer, it seemed. We were both impressed by interrogating Rei. But Rei wasn't aware and seemed like it didn't matter, we kept asking questions.
"I moved from California. I followed my brother here."
"Oh, it turns out you're not originally from here. No wonder we just saw you in this area." I said.
"But at that time we saw you..." Suddenly interrupted by the sound of a commotion outside the cafe. It seems that Mark was just about to start discussing Rei Wanatabe, who at that time was in an unusual condition or did not reflect that he was human.
"What sound is that?" Tom began to realize and was shocked after he had been joking with Jake all this time.
"Yes, there seems to be a commotion, what is this?" Jake also joined Tom in curiosity.
We stood up at the same time, worried that there was a big problem outside that threatened security because there were many people screaming outside asking for help and it was very noisy.

"What is it?" I asked a barista who was starting to panic.
"There was a commotion outside, someone with a strange appearance was causing trouble outside."
"Strange? What do you mean by strange?"
"He looks like a monster with the head of a half wolf and lots of thick fur on his body but he also resembles a human." The barista seemed even more panicked and trembling when he told him about something he had seen and witnessed outside.
"Huh?" I said I don't believe it.
"Could it be..." said Mark.
"It could be Jordan Henderson," said Tom, adding further clarity.
"Yes, that red wolf is evil and likes to cause trouble." Jake explained more.
I saw Rei's face also look panicked. Suddenly he ran quickly in no direction. I didn't really pay attention because the situation in the room was starting to get chaotic.
"Heyyy Reiiii... Where are you going?" I shouted.
"Who's going to pay the coffee bill?" Jake half shouted
"It's true what Dylan said, Rei is really hard to believe." Tom added, breaking down the stigma.
"Then what? I don't have any money with me." Jake said.
"I'll pay later." I said.
"Yes, so do I." Mark added.
Thump thump thump thump.
The noise outside became louder and seemed to be coming into the room. I saw the correct figure, Jordan Henderson. Woe! We would die silly if we met him. He'll know that we're a pack of werewolves too. He is really blind and wants to rule the land of wolves and humans to become the best and greatest. Wants to be recognized as The Chief of Werewolf. The danger is that we could be forced to submit to him by being challenged to fight one on one. We're not ready right now to do that. Because we have no intention of fighting today. Because we came here just to enjoy a cup of warm coffee which has a distinctive aroma and is very fragrant, of course. But somehow he was able to come incarnate here and make such a commotion that it caused the sea of people to become more directionless and messy running back and forth in various directions. Not to mention that he is now trying to damage the facilities at this cafe.
There was silence and lost in sight. Likewise, my friends also seemed shocked by this sudden situation. I immediately gasped and alerted my friends after I also began to realize that Jordan's presence in this place was really very dangerous for our safety now. Because he won't let us get away with it. He is always blind to anyone, especially someone who he considers to be the most dangerous figure for his survival in carrying out his mission to become the number one wolf who is often glorified and always wants to be worshiped.
"Wow." I whispered to my friends who were half daydreaming.
They were shocked from their reverie and began to realize that we were now in a critical condition and situation.
"Let's hide!" Take me.
"Come on, quickly." Jake added.
"Where?" Tom asked.
"There." Mark's idea.
We immediately went to the barista's table and started hiding here. I think the place is safe enough to hide in. Because it was impossible for Jordan's tall, muscular body to fit between the tables. Moreover, we hid under the barista's table. I think the possibility of Jordan finding out is minimal and very small.
Luckily we quickly hid otherwise we would have been caught red-handed by Jordan the red wolf. Moreover, he is now starting to enter the cafe and starting to mess around here. Everyone panicked and ran away, many even screamed hysterically.
His voice was a bit heavy and shaking. He started making sounds. It seems that he is hunting and looking for someone's whereabouts in this place.
"Where is Rei Wanatabe? Rei, come on, get out!!! Don't be a coward!"
Hearing him speak like that, we were suddenly shocked and looked at each other, of course accompanied by questions that had not yet come out of each of our heads.
"Hey, come on, Rei, get out! Otherwise it will turn this place into a mess. I know you came in here and hid around this place."
He increasingly challenged Rei Wanatabe to come out.
We are increasingly suspicious that Rei came here to escape Jordan's criticism. This is really very odd.
