Ryan's POV
When I returned to the inpatient room occupied by Alina. Immediately I was shocked, even though I had not arrived in this room for long. I was startled by the sound of Mark's voice getting closer. I think he will come into this room and check Alina's condition here. I became increasingly suspicious of Mark's behavior which showed that he really cared about Alina.
"Is that Mark's voice?" Alina asked as if she was surprised that Mark would come here.
"Yes, right." I immediately looked for ideas to hide and I got the inspiration to hide behind the curtains. I don't know why I did it spontaneously because I was worried that Mark would find me here. If Mark sees me here then my history is over.
Knock knock knock.
I finished hiding and there was a knock on the door. Alina invited someone behind the door to enter this room.
"Come in!"
The door opened and sure enough it was Mark who came. Luckily I was quick enough to hide, otherwise Mark would have caught me standing next to Alina.
I peeked from behind the curtains and overheard their conversation. After talking for some time I got clear facts regarding the two of them.
I heard clearly that Mark said he and Alina were officially dating. It wasn't even unexpected that Mark bravely hugged and kissed Alina. For some reason, I suddenly felt hot all over my body. Especially my face and chest felt very tight. My skin turned red because I felt the heat was unbearable. I don't know why I suddenly wanted to clench my fists. Then there was a desire to finish off Mark right now. When my eyes clearly saw him hugging Alina full of worry. I saw that Alina looked confused and stiff. She seemed to keep a load of thoughts in her head so she remained silent when Mark hugged her and kissed her forehead. Is it possible that Alina is guarding my feelings? Hah... Emm... Then I missed a lot of things that could have happened between Mark and Alina. "Ryan, Ryan?" Alina called my name, half screaming.

I came out of my hiding place and started walking towards Alina.
"Are you sleeping?" Alina asked me.
"Hehe..." I scratched the back of my head.
"Hmm... that's basic. I thought you were eavesdropping on my conversation with Mark and peeking at us from behind the curtains."
I don't want to discuss it at all. Because discussing this will only make me feel bad and will even show that my jealousy in front of Alina is uncontrollable. I pretended not to hear and witness everything that happened between Mark and Alina earlier. I started to change the conversation so that Alina would be distracted and not discuss this matter.
"Oh yeah, is Mark out yet?" I asked innocently.
"Yes of course, that's why I called you to come out too. Mark has already left with Tom."
"Em... Tom was here earlier?"
"Yes, he came very quickly to call Mark back to Jake's hospital room."
"Huh, is there a problem with Jake?"
"It sounds like that, but it's clear that Tom called Mark because Jordan was there."
"Huh Jordan is here again." Suddenly I was shocked when I heard Jordan's name mentioned. Danger! Woe! This is very serious. That means Jake and the other friends are in big trouble now.
"Who is Jordan? I just heard his name mentioned. Is he your college friend?" Alina asked flatly and seemed curious about Jordan.
I don't have time to answer Alina's question. Because it takes a long time to explain Jordan. I immediately said goodbye to Alina to immediately return to Jake's room. Don't let me be late and everything has been thrown into chaos. Maybe my friends will get even more angry with me. Moreover, I disappeared to go here without saying goodbye and asking them permission. It's even possible and certain that they now don't know where I am and are wondering where I am.
"Sorry Alina, I have to go now."
