Alina's POV
I felt very surprised after I saw the figure of a wolf right beside me. Suddenly it made my mouth scream and all the feeling of weakness that I had felt disappeared. I immediately jumped out of bed and changed my position from lying down to sitting up straight away. Until I forgot that my hand was on an IV drip and connected to an IV tube.
"Ouch." I groaned because when I pulled the tube, I felt the needle moving inside the skin of my hand. Makes blood flow up the tube.
The wolf seemed worried about my condition, especially after seeing me groaning in pain.
"Be careful! Are you okay, Alina?" While wanting to hold my penis to fix my position which was not upright.
A strange thing happened again, I saw a wolf again able to speak like a human using human language.
I started to remember the werewolf who claimed his name was Jerome Valcke. Instantly I began to remember his message to me this afternoon. That if I am in a state of urgency and need his help, then roar so that he can appear immediately in front of me to help me out of my problem. Wait! But I didn't even roar. So why is he present now in front of me and why can he be everywhere? Did he follow my steps to know where I was now? I don't know, this is really confusing and makes me very curious. I immediately asked the wolf who was now beside me. To make sure that he is really Jerome as I thought.
"Are you Jerome?"
"Jerome?" He even asked me back.
It looks like he's not Jerome because if it's true he's Jerome then he'll say yes, I'm Jerome straight to the point. But this is asking me again.
"Who are you?" I asked again.
"How come you don't know me? Seriously, you don't know me? Are you okay, Alina? Have you not recovered your consciousness yet?"
"What do you mean? Why do you know my name?"
"Obviously I know, I know you Alina. It's me Ryan." Explain very firmly and directly.
"Ryan? No way!"
"Why are you talking like that, Alina? It's really me Ryan. Can't you see my face?"
"No! No! Ryan is not a wolf like you, he is human."
"Huh wolf?"
He immediately tried to see himself in whatever way he could. Until finally he could see his reflection from objects that had reflections.
"Huh?" He seemed shocked after seeing his own form.
Then he came closer to me.
"Wait, Alina! I can arrange everything for you. Don't be afraid! I hope you are not afraid of my current form and appearance."
"No! Go you go!" I tried to throw objects that were around me and that I could reach. I threw it at the wolf who claimed to be Ryan so that he would stay away from me and not dare come closer.
"Go! Let's go!"
I screamed at the wolf who claimed to be Ryan.
"Wait Alina! Wait! Don't do this to me! I can explain to you." While trying to cover his face with his hands pointing forward. So that the object I throw doesn't hit his head.
Immediately I was shocked and woke up from my sleep without realizing it, screaming.
"You're gone, you're gone!”
I started to realize that it was just a dream. Even though after I woke up from my sleep and started to close my eyes again, it turned out that I fell asleep again and even had a dream like that. But why Ryan and why does it have to be a wolf figure? Are Ryan and the wolf related? Is it true that Ryan is a werewolf like Jerome? Was Jerome and I's meeting this afternoon just a fantasy and not reality? I'm really confused now.
"Hmm, luckily it was just a dream." While stroking your chest and breathing freely.
Suddenly someone knocked on the door from outside and someone could be heard asking permission to enter this room. Sounds like a man's voice.
"Excuse me, can I come in?"
I was scared but curious about the figure behind the door.
"Yes, open it!" I allowed someone I didn't know yet to enter this room just like that.
I glanced at the wall clock in this room. It turned out to be ten o'clock in the evening.
Suddenly the figure behind the door entered and I was surprised by the figure who came. I just dreamed about it just now. Now he is in front of me for real. This really felt like a long dream. How can Ryan now even be here in the middle of the night? Did he stalk me and follow me all the way here?
"You?"
"Yes Alina, I hope you don't mind me coming into your room."
"What are you doing here? Who told you I was here?"
"This afternoon I saw you being taken by the nurse to this room. When you looked unconscious, I thought it wasn't you Alina. But I made sure to go back to the registration counter and find out the identity of the person who was brought to this room. It turns out it was really you Alina Richards ."
"What are you doing in this hospital?"
"Jake is being treated here too."
"Jake why?"
"Earlier... Yes, there was an accident after training."
"Oh, what happened in the field?"
He seemed to be thinking and didn't answer my question.
"Ah, never mind, don't talk about Jake. Oh yeah, Alina, why are you here alone? Where are your mother and father?" Ryan asked very innocently and flatly.
I could only look down in resignation and was very sad, showing an expression that wasn't okay.
"What happened to you?"
"My father and mother died a long time ago, even when I was little. I only live with my aunt and uncle and their children." I answered matter-of-factly in a voice that seemed very tired.
"Emmm... I'm sorry Alina! I didn't know about that. I didn't know that both of my parents had died a long time ago." He felt very guilty as seen in his expression and in line with the sorry words he said to me.
"Yeah, it's okay Ryan. Come and sit down!"
I don't know why I suddenly accepted Ryan's presence in my life. Even though he is one of the people who has made my life even more chaotic lately. It just added new problems to my life.
He walked towards me and got closer. Then sat beside my bed.
"Thank you for coming for me." I said spontaneously said that.
"Yes Alina, you're welcome. I hope you get well soon and recover."
"Yes Ryan, but I don't want that."
"Why?"
I feel that Ryan's presence is medicine for my aching heart because I feel alone here.
