Ryan's POV
I don't know how long I have to avoid Mark like this. It's stupid why I have to ask about things that don't concern me. Why do I have to ask Mark something related to Alina? So now Mark seems to be starting to feel suspicious of me. It's nothing and not without reason, I'm just afraid of inviting conflict between me and Mark in the future. Because what I read is that there is something different between Mark and Alina.
After I said goodbye to Mark, I immediately left without further ado. I went back to our house first to tidy up and clean myself first and prepare the assignment that I had to submit to the lecturer today. I ran fast using my abilities as a werewolf. So that I can get home quickly.

When I arrived at the campus gate, I immediately ran to class to leave my assignment for the first subject of the day. I was in a hurry but there was no bus that passed my campus. So I had to walk some distance to wait at the bus stop near Oakwood High School. Huh, Alina's school? Yes, right. I actually started to feel uneasy after remembering this. Worried about running into Alina there. But how could it be, it was already past seven o'clock, almost eight in the morning. Besides, Alina is a high school student and high school students come in at fifteen minutes past seven. Of course I couldn't possibly run into or meet her. Maybe now Alina has entered class and is studying in her class.
I was half running to quickly get to my destination. Because I'm worried about Jake's situation happening like yesterday when I was the only one facing him in that condition. We fell down on each other on the sidewalk which was not far from the bus stop near Oakwood High School.
I immediately stood back up and straightened myself. Then try to help the person who just collided with me just now. I tried to reach out my hand in front of her. When she lifted her head up I saw that her face was familiar. Suddenly I started pounding and my heart was shocked. It turns out that what is in front of me now is someone who has been in my head for the past few days, even just now, residing and haunting my days until I find it difficult to sleep at all.
"Alina?"
She looked at me with what seemed like hatred and anger. I felt bad and tried to greet her again.
"Are you okay?"
Didn't answer and paused. Suddenly Alina started to open her mouth to speak to me.
"Huh, okay, you say?"
I frowned feeling that there was nothing wrong with my question just now which was concerned about his condition. I was worried that Alina would get injured or suffer scratches and the like when she fell down because she collided with me.
"Yeah, are you okay?" I tried to rephrase my question by changing the diction. Maybe now Alina won't be angry with me anymore and I hope she won't be so harsh again after I repeat my question by changing the sentence of the question.
"Seriously! Don't you see my condition? Are you still asking me if I'm okay or am I okay? What do you think?"
She grumbled more and more without pause as if she was very annoyed with me.
"Eee... Sorry Alina, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to because I was in a rush just now. Here, let me help you up."
"I don't want to! I can do it myself. Now you'd better just go. I don't like seeing you here and don't want to see you linger in front of me. I don't know right now!"
