“Don't come close to me and don't even think of using the mate word close to me.“ I yelled at him then the principal walked in saying, “Miss Naomi what is going on here?“


“Nothing sir,“ I faked my smile to reply.

“Don't lie to me, I heard you shouting at the new teacher.“ I was shocked by the principal response.

“New teacher? I am kind of confused sir.“ I said looking at the annoying guy again.

“I am sorry for the misunderstanding, my name is Ethan and the new historian teacher, I was told to meet with you to assist you as well.“ He smiled.
What the fuck? He is the new teacher? I can't believe this, I must be dreaming right now.

“You heard him, Miss Naomi, be of good conduct to him otherwise you are fired, Mr. Ethan welcome once more, let me know if she gives you more problems.“

“Thank you very much, I truly appreciate and I know working with Miss Naomi won't be a problem at all, right Miss Naomi?“ He smiled looking at me waiting for a response from me.

If I don't agree with him then I will be in trouble with the principal and lose my job at once, I will just pretend.

“Yes sir, I will make sure I work with him without a problem.“

“It's good to hear that from you, I will be at the office now .“ He said before leaving and I continued smiling as the principal was out of sight.

“So, can we be friends now?“ He asked with a smile. I laughed out my ribs and said to him with a deadly gaze, “You think coming to work at this school will give you access to talk to me? Dream on, my talk with you is work and after work, don't you dare come close to me.“

“Why do you hate me so much? I am trying to be nice and make friends with you.“ He explained.

“Well sorry to make you feel sad, I am not ready to be your friend.“ I yelled at him and still, he didn't give up on trying to get my attention.

“Tell me where I wronged you, you can't decline my friendship for no reason.“

“I don't know why I am wasting my time talking to you.“ I hissed, walking out on him and he followed me. I felt the same energy and turned around shouting at him, “I want you to stop following me and remain here till I ask you to come, it's my rest time.“ I said walking out not even caring to look back and see his reaction.

I dropped the textbook I was holding on my table in the office and sat on the table using my fingers to play sounds with the edge of the table. How is it possible? it took me time to get a job here and he just came in today, what is his secret? He looks rich to me and doesn't look like someone who needs a job like mine to survive.

Is he stalking me? He is such a fool, does he think that because I entered his car the other day to work he is permitted to be my friend?

Even if I didn't pay for my ride, I will never accept becoming friends with him. I think he made the wrong move and I will not let him get it from me.

I took a stroll to the library nearby and notice it's about to rain. I took some books about werewolves to my office as usual and wore them to listen to some cool music while I read.

I suddenly thought about Aiden and I smiled, I miss him already, what could he be up to? I wondered.
I closed the book I was reading and brought out my phone looking at the picture I took of him without his consent. He is so cute.

No, I shouldn't be doing that, he should message me first, I don't want him to know I miss him like hell and feel superior about it.

“Hey, what are you doing?“ I typed but it didn't look nice to send this kind of a message to him so I wiped it off and typed another, “Hope you have eaten?Will be home soon.“ I sent the message and kept my phone aside waiting for a response from him and in the next minutes I got a beep on my phone, Aiden finally replied to me, “Yes I have eaten, what about you? How is work going?“

Wow, he is so fast at learning things like this.

“Stressful as usual but I am done for the day..“

A video call came from him and I quickly applied my pink lipstick on my lips and arranged my hair, before answering the phone call.

“Hi."

“You can see me?“ He asked but I was blinded looking at his hot exposed chest. I can't believe I have a fully grown-up handsome man under my rough and we are just friends.

“Yes I can see you.“ I replied with a smile. Heavy rain started and the whole place became cold.

"Awesome, I can't believe such a device like this exists to see someone far from you.“

“Yes it does, so did you go to the restaurant to eat? Or you will wait for me to get home so we can eat together at the restaurant?“

“No, one of the ladies in the neighborhood promised me dinner."

My mood suddenly changed and I got angry, “You mean you brought a girl into our home when I was absent?“

“When you get home, she will be here waiting for you, she looks so cute I must say and you will like her.“

I hate him, I am going to kill him for trying to hurt me knowing I like him, all guys are the same.

“I won't like her and I am going to kill you when I return home.“ I ended the call by getting angry.

Fred came in trying to talk to me but I shouted at him.

“I didn't mean to offend you but how can you be so cruel?“

“Are you here to insult me?“ I asked.

“No, you asked the new teacher to remain in one spot, the rain has soaked him and he won't leave because he said only you can free him since you gave him the punishment, it's a few minutes to closing time,you kept him standing all day without food and students mocking him.“

“What? How is that possible? I was just...“ The principal came in shouting at me.

“I didn't know sir, I will meet him now.“

“If he falls sick, you are going to take care of him.“

I rushed out with an umbrella to meet him and truly he was still at the spot, what kind of an idiot is he to obey me faithfully? Can't he leave the rain as well, he is just trouble.
