Alpha Aiden POV


I slept close to Naomi all night holding her hands while Doctor Lucas tried all means to revive her. None was working.

She is not going to die, that I am certain that,my mate cannot die.

I am going to pay the vampires a visit at night and wipe out their entire clans for what they did to my lover,I will not let this slide.

I left the house with my eyes all red and I smelt a familiar wolf, Mary.

“Remember me?“ She said.

“Yes I do,good to see you are running already,but be careful of traps set by the wolf hunters.“

“Sure I will,your Alpha's eyes are out,is there a war?“

I laughed,“There is no war okay,you can get going now,I have something urgent to attend to.“ I added and she stopped me saying,“I have something to say.“

“Okay go on,I am all ears but please make it quick,I have something really urgent to do.“ I added.

“I want to join your pack Alpha Aiden.“ She said looking down.

She must be dreaming,why will someone want to leave their pack and join mine when I don't really have one.

“I appreciate it,but I have no pack but don't worry,you're my friend now okay? I need to leave now.“ I said using speed and she came with me with the same speed,I had to stop,I can't get angry at her because she looks like someone that is 18.

“Why are you following me? Do you have other things to say?“ I questioned her.

“Let me come with you,I want to help,you said where you are going is very urgent,I have a feeling you are going for a fight.“ She said,


“You are really smart for your age,yes you are right,I am going for war but I am sorry,you can't join me in this,I made a vow to my woman that I will bring them all down by myself,I don't need assistance from anyone,I like to keep my word.“ I explained things to her.

“I understand you so well, I am jealous of your mate, you know,you are risking yourself out there to make your woman happy,it's sweet.“ She said looking sad.

“I am not risky myself,I am an immortal and I can never die.I hope we talk better next time.I need to leave now and don't you follow me.I am not always cool headed but thanks to my woman,I am this new version.“ I said to take my leave and she didn't follow me.

She is so desperate to be with me,she is even ready to throw herself at me as well. If not for my mate,I would have placed her where she belongs and probably she would have taken me as her enemy.

The first thing I need to do tonight,is to track the leader of the vampire clan and wipe them out,I am close,I can smell fresh blood and human heart beating so fast,they are around here feeding on humans,I will unleash my anger on them and for life they will never hurt anyone that is close and dear to my heart.

“Hey you,let the human go this instant.“ I was warned.

He let go from the human and the human ran dearly with her life.“

“Who are you? How dare you interrupt my dinner.“ His dark eyes were out.

“How old are you, vampire?“

“200 years old,I have no time to show anyone mercy, you ruined my meal,then I will feed on you wolf.“

He didn't know when I attacked him and removed his fangs,he cried out loud, I felt I have done this before.

“You are just a kid,I am a thousand year old Graham wolf,show some respect.“ I yelled and he said something like he had heard of me,“You are the demon wolf who killed our elders.“

“I am not here for you to start questioning me,now listen,you will take me to your leader this instant.“

“I can't do that,you can't meet him.“

“No problem at all,I will just take out all your fangs then your claws. How about that?“

About doing it,he begged and took me to their camp,and I pardoned him to leave the country immediately because I can change my mind at any time.

I did what I felt I used to do and I destroyed the entire clan and the leader was in my hand that bit my mate.

“You can still save her.“

“How?“

“The wolf bite of a Graham can save anyone,she still has luck,but I wonder if the Graham wolf will lend you his bite.“ I laughed and killed him on the spot.

“I am a Graham wolf,you fool.“ He slowly fades to ashes.

I left immediately to Louis' home to meet my mate to save her,“Was it successful? Are you harmed in any way?“ Louis asked and I had an evil smirk saying,“You underestimate me a lot Louis, I wiped the entire clan and just permitted one of them to leave.“

“What?“ He was shocked.

“Goodnews,my bite can cure her.“

“Really? Then what are we waiting for? Let's do it to save her,she is looking terrible.“

I entered the room and said close to her,I caressed her hair saying,“I am sorry I failed to protect you but right now,I will cure you and protect you for life,I don't mind if I end up dying or giving up my mentality,all I care about is for you stay alive.“

She opened her eyes slowly and I can tell she is still fighting for her life,she might not be seeing me.

“Red,take control.“ I said.

My sharp teeth came out and I placed my teeth close to her neck and bit her.

“Please,wake up now.“

Slowly,she became normal and when she opened her eyes again,she said in a faint voice,“Aiden.“

“I am here with you,you need to rest now okay? Get enough rest.“

“I always knew you were a werewolf.“ She smiled and closed her eyes again.

Does she know? Naomi has always known I am a werewolf and yet still stayed with me,does she mean she accepts me for who I am?

Will I get safe at last?

“I should have said this to you Naomi,apart from being my mate, I am madly in love with you.“

I kissed her forehead and informed Louis that I will be taking her home so when she finally wakes up,she will eat a good meal made by me.
