Chapter 56: They Meet (ii)



Alpha Ethan POV

I woke up the next morning after having a weird dream again.

I called on Derek and he rushed to my room.


“Good morning Alpha Ethan.“ He said.


“Derek,I have a question for you.“ I sat properly.


“What could that be my Alpha? Is anything troubling your heart?“ He asked with concern as usual.


“Yes,do you think there is a snitch among all the packs that claims to be loyal to me as their Alpha of all Alphas?“


“They will never be,you are the reason the earth is balanced,you have done so much for us and even sacrifice your memory to help us a thousand years ago even if you don't recall anything now,we have the history written,so with all these mentioned,no one will dare try to start a war,I will end them personally if I notice any of evil trait.“ He said with boldness and I know I can always count on him.


“Thank you Derek,I have been having weird dreams for a long time now and I still don't know who wishes to reap out my heart once he wakes up from his deep sleep.“

“Maybe it's just a dream Alpha Ethan,don't worry yourself over dreams,no one will dare harm you,beside you are powerful beyond our wild imagination.“ He added.


“Gather the pack members,tell them there is a run in the woods today.“

“What about the wolf hunter?“ He questioned.

“They are trying to reinforce to fight us so for now the woods are free with no threat and I know the packs miss running in the woods too,while we are there,tell me if you notice anything off from anyone.“

“Yes, Alpha Ethan.“ He replied and took his leave.

I entered the bathroom to freshen up as usual but I could not stop thinking about the dream. What if the person is an old enemy that I can't remember? What if the person has been around me all these while?

I shouldn't have traded my memory in the past and there is no one alive from a thousand years ago that can grant me answers except for the witches when they get a vision anytime.

“Gray what do you think? Do you think there is someone out there to harm us?“


“I doubt that no one will ever try to harm a Graham wolf,we are immortal and we cannot die.“

“What if the rumors are true? Maybe there is another Graham wolf like me,maybe he might be my nemesis.“


“Then we have to kill him at all costs to make sure we are the only Alpha alive.“ Gray replied and I was deeply relieved.

I have found my solution already,if he tries to take my pack from me,I will end up killing him and I will get my respect again,that is a perfect idea.

I finished having my bath and thought about Naomi,what could she be doing now? I haven't heard from her since the weekend.
Well I will wait till Monday so it won't look like I am disturbing her ,I just want things to flow.


I wore my outfit and got ready to leave the house for a little work when I saw the pack members talking and I acted like I was not listening,I wanted to watch my back so I paid attention to what they were saying but I discovered they were not even concerned about attacking me,they were happy about the run in the woods and I had a deep breath.

immediately they saw me,they greeted me with respect and I just smiled at them.

I drove out to the grocery shop to get something's needed when I saw a lady looking so beautiful,she might be 18 the way I am looking at her.

We both collided with each other and she apologized and took her leave immediately.

She is strange I must say.I normally go out shopping when I get disturbed over a certain thing that gives me fear.

“I will reap your heart.“ The word played in my head over and over again and I felt a loud spin in my head,a terrible headache visited me,I had to stay at a spot to get myself in order but it just got worse.

I took what I came for and left immediately to the mansion and sent for the pack nurses who rushed in immediately to meet up with me and I asked for a high dosage to get some rest before the run tonight.

About giving the dosage,Derek quickly interrupted us and he said,“I got news about the whereabouts of the Vampire clans.“

“Leave us.“ I commanded the nurses and they left immediately.

“Are you sure about what you just said?“ I asked to be sure.

“Yes I am,I got tips from a source I trust,what should we do next Alpha Ethan.“

“We prepare to attack them tonight and return to continue run in the woods which will be more fun.“ I added.

“I will get some of the packs ready immediately,“ he said, taking his leave.

I took some pills to stop the headache and wore my black and black outfit.I normally love dressing this way once I am going for a sweet attack like this.

I am going to kill them all for trying to harm my mate Naomi,I won't let anyone go Scot free,I feel so happy about accomplishing this goal, bloody demons,get ready for the rage of Alpha Ethan.

Everyone was ready for the attack of the vampires and we left with the cars and followed the direction of Derek,my beta.

We finally got to a place,I can still smell human blood that the vampires must have fed on but something is not right here.


We came down from the car and I gave a signal to the others to search the place properly while Derek and I covered another route.

“Someone came here before us.“ I saw the claws of a Werewolf scratch on the wall and other clues as well.

“I didn't know another werewolf has an enmity with the Vampires to have come here before us .“ He said.

“Who is this person? I wish to know why he did this? He just stole the spotlight from me,I need to kill him.“ I roared loud and everyone went on their knees scared that I might harm anyone of them.

“Alpha Ethan,give us a little time and I will get the wolf who did this,don't be angry.“

“I need the person this week,I want to kill him myself,he is posing a threat to my existence already.“ I roared again and left the place.

At the mansion,I could not get myself in order,even when the pack members did their running both in my woods and the one close to them,I didn't join them,I am disturbed,I need to know who is doing this as soon as possible.

Derek came to me saying the same people who saw the wolf claiming to be a Graham are here to see me.

I came out with a deadly aura and my eyes all red, immediately they saw this,they went on their knees.

“Greetings Alpha Ethan.“

“Why are you here to see me?“ I yelled.

“We are sorry we came unannounced,it's about the attack of the vampires,we know the person that launched the attack.“ They said,

“Tell me who the person is this minute or I will kill every one of you.“ I warned them.

“He is the same Graham wolf,he is too strong and powerful,there is no way we can get close to him to capture him,he can kill us in seconds.“ They said Ina trembling voice and I got more provoked and reaped out the heart of one of them.

“I don't care if you die trying, bring me the Graham wolf..“

“Yes Alpha.“ They said rushing out from my place in fear. I can't wait to kill the so-called Graham wolf and make sure I never get a threat again.

The next morning,I woke up with the same dream,it's becoming frequent. I got ready for work as usual,I can't wait to see my mate and I know she will be looking so stunning today.

I drove to the school and it seems she might be late today. Thinking about this,I caught a weird smell and my mate's smell as well. I came out and saw Naomi happy with a guy that has the same brown eyes as me.

I kept looking him in the eyes,I developed sudden hatred for him,what is a wolf like him doing with my mate?

“Good morning Ethan,good to see you.“ She said to me,


“Same here.“ I replied.


“Aiden meet my friend Ethan and Ethan meet my boyfriend Aiden.“ She said feeling happy but I feel like killing the guy this minute,I am meeting him for the first time but it is like we have been enemies for a very long time.
