Chapter 15

"What are you talking about?! I don't have a romantic relationship with him!" I splutter as I struggle to free myself from his clutches. With a furrowed brow, Lorenzo stares at me suspiciously. "Are you sure you're not?" "No!" Just as Gabriel responds with a "Yes," I shout. I raise my eyes to him and stare, attempting to appear aggressive. He returns my look, and I swear I'd smash him if I could. He's holding both of my hands down, so I kicked his thigh just to gape at him until he doesn't quiver or suffer, his face impassive.
"It's a lovers' spat, isn't it?" Lorenzo laughs, which draws my attention. "I'll see you around Monday, Amanda,". I stand helplessly watching as he goes away, joining the rest of the squad in their locker room and leaves me with the grouch. With a sigh, I turn and smack him in his arm before pushing away and eventually breaking free from his grip. I crossed my arms and glare up at him, perplexed and annoyed by his actions. "Wait, what was that?" He shrugs casually and pulls me close with both arms on my waist. "What?" "Why would you say that if we're not dating?" I sigh and press against his chest, but it's in vain.
His grip tightens even further, and I'm now completely engulfed in his embrace, my body nearly molded against him. I quiver from the heat, the tingles popping wherever he touches me, filling me with a sense of joy. It's incredible how much power he wields over me. When he grabs my chin and leans down so that our lips are practically touching, I snapped out of it. If they meet, I'm sure I'll pass out. I forget about the kids swarming surrounding us, how anyone of them may see my vulnerable predicament and spread a story so quickly that it would make TMZ proud.
"Mi rosa, you are mine. Not that boy's, and certainly not Jorge's. It's all mine." He growls quietly, and the possessive tone makes my eyes widen. He refers to Austin as the "boy," which explains why he was so enraged at the time. (My Rose.) "I'm not y-yours," she says. I stutter, condemning myself for picking this moment to transform into a fumbling idiot. "No?" He whispers, moving my hair to the other shoulder before bending down and kissing the curve of my neck with a scorching, open-mouthed kiss.
What the f*ck! I exhale and clutch his cloth in my palm, my eyelids shutting naturally as I enjoy the sensation. He keeps going, leaving a trail of heat down my neck to my jaw, tickling the edge of my lips again, making me gasp out loud. "Stop, G-Gabriel. People are staring at one other." I stifle a sigh, attempting to distance myself. He doesn't have any. As he pecks at my jaw and licks running the side of my neck, I can sense his grin on my skin. I choke back a groan as my fingers claw into his shoulders, attempting to get free just before rest of the gang comes seeking for me. As a warning, he draws me back and growls gently in my ear."
Please, Gabriel –"
"Say you're mine," she says. He commands, his teeth dragging on my earlobe before releasing it. I struggle in his grip, shaking my head wildly. He leans down and takes a look me in the eyes as he gently pulls me over against a closeby wall, trapping my hands over my head. "Say it or I'm not going to stop." When I see the squad came out from the dressing room, Chris as well as the rest of the group following them, I bite my lower lip in fear. I return Gabriel's imploring gaze, to which he simply responds with a devilish sneer.
"Amanda –"
"I'm not anyone's. Leave me alone Get off me." I attempt pushing him back, but he sighs in irritation and pulls me back into his chest. "Gabriel, get me go immediately..." I warn, drifting off before continuously smacking his arm if he doesn't comply. "Get out of here!"
"I'm not going to have to say anything about it. This is really unneeded!" With a grimace on my face, I dispute. When he nibbles the edge of my lips before nestling his nose into the curve of my neck, tugging my shirt away, and putting open-mouthed kiss on my shoulder, an involuntary low groan escapes my lips. When he breathes warm air into the moist patch, my hands faintly shove at his chest, shivering in reaction. In his hands, I can feel myself dissolving into nothing but mush, and the arrogant bastard is well aware of it. Why could I be so helpless at the arms of a man I've never met?
It's as if his touches melts me and causes me want to do anything he asks. "You have to work for it." When he lets go of my hands, I declare, pushing him away. He takes a step back, his face puzzled, which I find endearing. He looks at me with wrinkled brows and a scowl on his lip, as if in disbelief. "What?" "You have to work for it." I shrug, and now it's my time to smugly grin. "Explain why I'd would like to be yours." He leans down and looks in my eyes, chuckling with a sense of threat. "I wouldn't have to do anything, Amanda; you'll be the one who eagerly accepts my invitation." "We'll see".
When we hear Linda's familiar laughing, his eyes tighten at my negative tone, and his head tilts slightly. I watched as he walks towards the gym's exit, but just when I believe he's about to go to join Ryan and Theo, he unexpectedly turns around and grabs my elbow. I start to object, but he cuts me off with a quick kiss on the forehead and the word "mine" just before walking over to Indigo and Theo, who were waiting by the vehicle.
Ryan just grins wickedly before transferring me a cheeky wink and trying to make me blush in awkwardness over how they had witnessed it all. I just stood with an unhinged jaw, reflecting Theo's expression, while Ryan just grins mischievous before sending me a cheeky smile and causing me to blush in awkwardness over how they had observed everything. I quickly turned away from them in embarrassment, groaning quietly. They'd watched me voluntarily hand over control to Gabriel. When Chris shouts my name, I hardly had time to breathe before turning to look at them with a trembling grin, attempting to calm my jittery nerves. When we're ready, we say our goodbyes to the crew and congratulate them once again before returning to the automobiles we arrived in.
I stroll behind you, my thoughts on the happenings of the day. I can't believe he's thinking about me. But I'm aware that I must exercise caution because my all with him is happening at such a quick pace, and I wouldn't want to be heartbroken. With a sigh, I opened the door and climb inside, fastening my seat belt. My imagination wanders over the chances of what may be for the remainder of the voyage as we makes our way back to the city for supper. Is my life about to become more exciting, or will it be my old boring self?
