Since that occurrence, Vixen stays puts at where she is, she doesn't look at him. She doesn't give him anything to speak about. He has been talking a long time before now, but she did not pay him any response. She's just watching the clouds from the window where she stands and hoping that perhaps someone will come to her rescue. Her father was strong enough to do that. Hopefully, no one changes his mind and he comes to a correct mind of what he's supposed to do to save her for him.As Vixen takes a deep breath, she finds herself walking from one place to another, anywhere but close to him."Please, speak to me." He says as she rolls her eyes as she tries to walk away from where he surrounding her but he puts his hand on and stops her from moving."I love you." Please, don't do this to me. He says to her, she removes his hand from her and chooses to walk away from him once more."If you love me, then let me go." She says and David looks at her in shock."Please, Vixen, do not ask me to release you." He says to her and he literally begs for her to reconsider what is going on."Vixen, the last thing I want to do is force you into this alliance but you make it hard for me." I do not want to force you her but the circumstances has made it so."I do not want to but I cannot imagine my life without you." Vixen, please look at me. I would die for you. He says and vixens heart becomes warm.This is because she thought of the moments and times when he was a friend and how they spoke to each other about everything until the burdens of King began to rest in his shoulders and till today made them to move apart from each other. She says to him and he looks at her thinking he has crossed the threshold and would finally hear something better."So let me understand this, you love me. She says and David looks deep into her eyes.He places his hand on her cheek and he brings his lip closer to her and he begins to kiss, Vixen lets him do it. This will be a depart kiss. She thinks to herself as he slowly places his hand around her and he rises above her, she closes her eyes as she kisses him too.And then she pushes him away.That's enough! This is goodbye."No, vixen." No. He says as he grabs a hold of her and she closes her eyes in resentment and he does so."Don't leave me, Vixen." Do you not know that I want you to rule by my side my queen and as my wife, don't do this to me. He says to her she's not ready to listen."David, if you will not let me go." I will let myself go and you will never see me again. She says and he looks at her fear strikes in his eyes when he understands the meaning of that threat is.Understand? She says to him and he realizes what he has to do. He has not forgotten the last occurrence of what she has tried to do when she was m in younger and he would never see that she would be put into such a predicament once again. His hands trembles as he hears the silent threat in her voice and he lets go of her slowly.No. He says to her as he looks at her and wants to understand that she is not really threatening him with that."I will let you go." David understands what the meaning behind that threat is and he knows once before that she has done that before. And so he doesn't try to be bigger anymore because he knows very well that that threat is something she could do.Vixen has said it will only once before it wouldn't take anything from her to learn thinking do it and because he understands this very much. He will try his best to not bring her back into such a place where he would have to blame himself from putting him towards that place."I will let you go." He says to her and she sighs in relief when the threat that she hoped she should have never used on him, the situation has taken place at the end of the day. He stands from the bed and there is regret in his eyes as he opens it and she watches him as he finally gives up on her.Perhaps, he does love her. He loves her so much to let her do as she pleases as long as it didn't do against what he feels for her. And that love which restricts her is not wanted.She stands up as she begins to head out of the room and Vixen does not look back at him until she heads out."You have been good to me, David." Thank you. She says as she turns back to say one more goodbye as she places a kiss on his cheeks and gives them a moment that should define all the times that they have spent together.And just like that as she begins to step out of the castle, she finds her father coming into the castle along with none other than Hunter. When she sees them, Hunter catches the relief on his face.And then she looks at Hunter. Vixen spots him as she gets closer to her father and he wraps his hands around her and hugs her. Hunter is right behind her as she hugs her father and she locks eyes with him and they share in a short moment with each other before she releases him and she has to remember that she has not give her father the news."The king has already released me." I have met the king and I've spoken about our differences already father."We are good to go." The marriage has ended. Finally…Vixen says and her father looks at her.Vixen. Are you sure you want to take the step?Yes, she says to him and Hunter moves toward to her. And as she looks at him , he begins to smile as he walks closer to him.Thank you. Vixen says she means it.For what? At the end of the day, I really do not have to do anything with your release. Richard says."Where is the king. I'd like to speak to him. Hunter says and before he can leave, she places a hand on his hand."I don't think he should do. I and the king just spoke about our differences. And it would be better if we left the king alone. I'm not sure he doesn't want to speak to anybody or anything at this moment. He is quite bulldoze by everything that has happened."I would like for him to be left alone, please." She says to him and Hunter understands it."Yes, I will speak to him later if you deem it so." Hunter replies to her."No problem, Hunter says and Vixen along with her father exit the castle together. After the alliance has been ended."Vixen has never felt so free in her life as this moment before she entered the marriage, she finally took the step that she thought she would never be able to have the ability to do so. It feels good. All to this feels like everything she has always wanted.And she cannot wait to embrace what is on the other side of the world because now that she has broken this restriction that literally made her stop doing everything that she always wanted to do. She has a lot of new things to experience and a lot of new things to explore."Like a newfound feeling with the new man that has graced the soil of Southland."
