Chapter 66

Next morning comes, and Vixen feels better. She's getting used to the way the water has made the best noise and how she can hear it sailing from literally every angle. Every moment when she sleeps, she finds herself waking up to remember that she's not in her room.
She misses her bed and she finds it awkward. But then she finds sort of freedom, knowing that she's away from anything that could disturb her peace of mind. It is the first time that she's away from home, and yet missing it.
She has always wanted to leave the house of her father and see what the world was like outside of it. And now that she's leaving, she finds herself trying to reconcile with a new routine of when she used to be in Southland.
A part of her even misses the queen Dowager who used to behave like a motherly figure to her when she could not even be a mother to her.
Next, it was her step mother...she didn't expect their relationship to grow in such a manner. But, yet it did and she is the last person that she wants to get along with. Everything seems to fall in some kind of particular order then needs reset.
The next is David, she doesn't know how to even begin to make amendments.
First off, she knows that she's guilty. About how all things ended between the both of them, even after she made him know that she wasn't in love with him.
The last thing she needed to do was make him was cheated on him with his brother. And that really was the limits for anything, and still trying to stay rooted to the memories of her family. She's trying to guess what her father thinks of her versus what she's doing.
And she feels and hopes that he doesn't blame her too much for running away a part of her freedom search , she hopes that he understands that she couldn't handle the freedom given to her at hand.
The punishment that David thought he could give to the king without hesitation. And yes, even Hunter knew that he had done something wrong at the end of the day, which is why he chose to inhabit this punishment as she needed to do the same to. She needed him to see that she was sorry.
And if he wasn't going to punish her; she will find a punishment that best suits her. And perhaps the punishment she took is not the one that best her considering that she would be in close contact with Hunter for a very long time.
But still, she's tearing myself away from my family, leaving her father, she hopes he can see that that is something that she always would not do. She's finding it hard to close her eyes to sleep once again.
The morning is still bright and although it is a lovely time to wake up early in the morning. She's not ready to begin to understand what she's to do.
This is a new place and Tamara has invited that come over to the marketplaces to be more acquainted with what happens her and as much as she wants to do that she feels as if she doesn't belong here.
No one knows her and she has to make a first impression. And this is something she always wanted to prove? that she was more without the status.
Only if she could put it behind her, but now she is having cold feet. She thought about it now that she has nothing to identify her superior place in society.
Everyone will be true to her; the way they speak to her. They will not put false respects beyond her and whatever words they say in that is what she was afraid of.
She takes a deep breath and then closes his eyes trying to sleep for at least a few hours so that she can regain some kind of confidence that she doesn't even have. It's hard. She doesn't know if she can do it, and the more she thinks about it, shame on her if it is ever going to get better.
She can hear the water of the beach from the bedroom, she realizes that every other attempt to close her eyes is definitely not working out. She grabs a hold of her blankets because of the chilly breeze, coming from the fact that they are living right close to the beach as she begins to head out of the room.
The room the house is lit with little bits of candles and it brings out a dim shadow in the environment as she begins to walk down the stairs, looking for something and then she gets into the kitchen where she finds a jug of water and begins to pour the water into a cup.
After jogging down the water down her throat. She takes a deep breath and close his eyes and there she is a little noise coming from outside. And then she freaks out immediately considering the fact that it was a large beach and it could literally be anybody.
But then she finds that it the horse whose Reina are tied on the pole outsider. She places her hand on her chest and tries to bring her breathing back to normalcy.
As she pauses to drop the glass of water, she walks towards the door.
Why are you awake? She hears from behind and before she can even look at the face of the person, the glass cup falls from and she places her hand on her chest as she steps back in fear and finds that there's no other than Hunter.
For goodness sake. It's just me. He says to her has he sees the fear in her eyes and he walks closer to her.
"Oh, my goodness, you can't you just ask me a question from behind." He eyes and she wonders what he should have said instead.
I'm sorry, why you're awake? And I'm sure I had no intent of scaring you in the first place. My voice...was it so agitated? He says as he moves closer to her, and she bends to pick the broken pieces on the floor.
Vixen places her hand upon the ground as she begins to pick them and he is about to tell her to stop that it may hurt her.
But before he can even say that, she pricks her flesh upon one of the glass. And she shrieks as he heads closer to her and takes a hold of a hand.
Blood comes from her pricked fingernail and before it can even lead to anything else, immediately he places it in between his lips and she looks at him as he does so.
There is a warmth she has never felt before. Every single time it's like he draws closer and closer to particular pattern where she finds another part of him that she didn't know was kept up in in before.
They are both quiet in the middle of the night. As in, finds his own way to stop the bleeding. And she stares at him as he lets go of our fingers, both of them staring in each other's eyes as if they have never seen each other before.
After he releases her, she can't even feel, she wonders if she should just give answers to him.
"Vixen, I'll take care of it, move away from you." He says to her and if she didn't know he was still close to her she would have been said be lost in the the way he speaks to her.
He releases her and and steps away from her as she watches and begins to pick up the glasses. And she realizes that the sleeve is wearing is quite transparent given her access to what his dimensions look like; she remembers how she denies herself it or when they had each other.
And the feeling of not having a better taste of him but she would not have him because she wants him to hunger for her, to know what it means to have her with him. And because she doesn't have the patience, she turns her back away from him, biting their lips and hoping that she can control herself.
That is a good way to lie to herself considering how he may not even be thinking about her at this moment. She looks at her pricked? and wishes it never stopped bleeding so his tongue would not stop caressing it.
He is concentrated in the glasses in the ground that he is not hearing what her thoughts her about, he cannot see how tears almost cloud her eyes as she is overwhelmed about everything that has been happening m her life.
Love.
It was never supposed to happen with her, she wanted to know about it but now she wonders how f she is even worth it.
