David walks into his room as he locks the door behind him. If there is anything written on his face it is complete devastation, hurt and betrayal that he has suffered from both Hunter and Vixen, he cannot believe it.Vixen has something for this man. There is something going on between them and he has the proof of all it. Whereas, there is something definitely happening behind closed doors between the two.The king wanted to meet and apologize for not letting go of her easily for making it hard for her to explain to him her true feelings for what he did not help her understand.He did not consider that letting her go will mean being reunited in the arms of her lover. It hurts him from the soul part of his heart and he cannot even begin to express his pain anymore.David tightens his hand and it balls into a fist and there is need for him something to break it something to depart the frustration that he feels. After all these years he has kept his passion for Vixen in a box and just when they're when they are few moments away from marrying each other.She breaks him and leaves him with so much to suffer. He doesn't know how to accept it. He doesn't know how to turn his eyes away from her and then what is he supposed to do, watch her be with his brother? IThis man just came to Southland and he has taken the only thing that actually matter to him. It feels as if his world is literally crumbling apart and everything he has hoped to have in his lifetime.David can to turn his eyes away from that act and he will not turn his eye away from the betrayal:. David cannot help but he goes back to the memory of how we caught them in the hands of each other.He could see the passion that lingered all of which that he and Vixen are supposed to invest in each other and yet she decided to give it all to her brother.David wants to hurt him, there is the need to hurt him from the claws of his soul that he cannot put that feeling to rest just immediately, it is a way if releasing his anger and he knows he has to resume back to his kingly duties and there is far a lot of things to be done especially when you all know f Southland has heard the news of him renouncing his marriage to his longtime lover.This is suffering for him and in fact, he never saw a day like this coming but he has chosen to accept it especially when there is a lot to reconsider.Now, Vixen did not reckon with him or let his his undying feelings move her. He has to suck this in especially when there is one more visitor to attend to and he steps into the room.David he finds Lord Nathan, one of the Arab lords blows who has come to seek him out and has been waiting for him."Your Majesty, Lord Nathan says and uses his hand to tell the man to stand on his feet as he heads over to throne and takes his seat."It is a pleasure to meet you. We should begin to talk matters of trade.""As of now I'm going through something that I never thought I would ever go through." Lord Nathan says and David hears those words.The word 'canceled' about his marriage takes him back to the moment where he found Vixen in the arms of Hunter. The king says and a part of him wants to go ahead and try to play with what the king feelings but he knows he shouldn't play with the king's heart. The matter was still too delicate for him to speak too much about it and so, he paved a little way for doubt."Your Majesty, I have come here as a link between you and the leaders of our clan." I've come to tell you that we received your gift I'm very much appreciated your Majesty.Lord Nathan bows once again but the king is already out of focus when the king doesn't respond to his curtsying. Nathan exits himself out of the room, there is a smile on his face as he believes that he has done good damage already.What he wants is closer to him and he will not let it slip away from him so easily. He has seen the bead with his very own eyes and he will do everything, threaten anyone who stands in his way to assume it."Word got out that the bead has set foot in Southland and he made sure that he joined the team of Arab lords that journeyed there, he had a different mission other than what the rest of the Arab lords came for."Lord Nathan stands outside the King's throne room knowing all too well that Hunter and Vixen are celebrating the fact that they have won the first fight but this girl he will go harder.
