Chapter 92

Vixen paces around the room from one place to another. She has sent the letter to Davina claire and she was waiting in hopes that Davina received the message and come to her aid. She really hoped this because Hunter had no idea about what she was doing.
She herself did not know where she was going with this but she needed to do something that did not involve staying put and waiting for things to work out. Just like Hunter has made her feel, he made her feel as if the situation wasn't that bad even when she knew it was and because it will continue to spoon feed you with information that was necessary.
She had to go behind this but so she could handle things on her own that he didn't think she could and she's in the receiving room of his mother's house and she moves from one place to another, the servant that works for Beatrice come to tell her that she had a visitor and Vixen already thinks that it is Davina and the moment she sees the person.
She can"t believe it.
She wonders who it is as the Queen dowager steps into the atmosphere and Vixen gasps, she cannot believe it that the Queen dowager. Vixen knew the woman would not let her get away with it already.
Hasn't it's been enough already?
Could they not postpone this measly argument or fight or whatever for another day of at another time. The woman steps into the room and Vixen could tell that she was here to make her life a living hell.
Vixen smiles as the woman steps into the environment.
"Your Majesty." Vixen says.
Do you even respect to me at all? You know, your mother left you at such a very young age. And I was the one that took you in. I showered you with love and affection. I did things that some mothers were not even capable of doing and how do you repay my son.?
She cannot believe that this woman is here once again to fight for David.
"I and David have spoken about this matter." It is between us, your Majesty. I don't think you should come between us.
"No, Vixen." It is not between you and my son. It is between me who almost made you a queen, a girl who is not even fit to be queen to try marry my son. Do you not know that you are not fit for that role? Yet, I gave it to you, without working for it.
"I fed you with title and yet all you do." All you have done is throw it back to my face and make me know that I really made a mistake. I'm sorry if that is what it felt like to you. That is what not my intention. Vixen says.
What has happened once again has already happened. I wonder if you came here to really speak about that. She says as she looks at her bead before she looks at her.
Oh, what is that is what I have come to speak about. Do you not feel as if it is necessary? Am I not supposed to come and address the situation, did you think I will allow you to get away with it.
"I'm not getting away with anything, Your Majesty." Vixen says.
"I assure you I'm paying for my crimes very well."This is not between I and you. If you really saw me as a daughter then you would wish for my happiness. But no, you only think about your son don't you? She says and the Queen"s face changes when she sees that Vixen is right at that point.
"I treated you like a daughter and I gave you all that you wanted material things." The reason why you're here is because I've dealt with a place that is not material in your son's life. A place that wounds him, isn't it?
So if you think coming here to tell me and speak to me and telling me to go back to all the dozens of gowns that you've sent to my house that my father could have afford afforded on his own and I assure you that is not love especially not a mother's love, a mother can die for her children.
"You will die for your son." You cannot compare that to the love you said you have for me. Your Majesty, Vixen says and this time it"s some kind of aggression that queen dowager does not feel to catch?
You're such a venomous viper! Do you not see yourself? I think it's because your mother left here without enough training. Assuming she was alive. She would have been able to teach but she wasn't so many times with you.
"That is why you have this stupidity and I have decided to leave you because I felt that because you grew up without a mother." I should taken it easy on you but I see I should have never let you come to my son.
"I should have never let you stay close to him or put yourself anywhere with him. Look at what it has brought me." Well, good for you. Now I have destroyed our relationship with my own hands.
"I guess you do not have to do the dirty work any longer." Vixen says and the queen is angry that Vixen is finding a way to come in agreement with what she's saying even when she knows there is some kind of evilness behind it.
"Oh, please not agree with me Vixen." You and the illegitimate son, both of you fit each other. Do you not even realize that he left my son is king, the next ruler of Southland and you belittled him by going for his brother?
"No, I did not belittle anyone facing his mother manage his son as having been." Or did you say I belittled him to meet Hunter?
"Oh my goodness, you must be reading the book from the back of the pages." Your Majesty, Hunter fought in the war for twenty five years while your son was being spoon fed right under your laps for every situation. He doesn't know suffering. He doesn't know how to fight. It doesn't know how to. We know war does it? Whereas, Hunter has a reason to still have that title.
"That status sitting on your head and the whole of Southland knows about this." You know about your son"s incompetence, the people who know about it know David would never be king if Hunter did not sacrifice a lot does he has to be with him. She says and Queen immediately raises her hand and hits across the face when she hears all her words.
How dare you ever speak of my son in such a way!? The queen dowager yells.
"And do not ever speak of my husband is such a war, I will not stand for it."
"Yes, you insult me certainly for the fact that I had no mother to raise me." You have continued to blabble all of that but guess what? Your son did not have a father to raise him any longer!
So, maybe that is why it turned out to be such a way at least Hunter had his father in his life for a time but yet, he was able to come into such a place where he was able to protect thousands of life.
Do you not think you owe him that much? The both of you. Your life's joined together would never be able to atone for all Hunter has had to go through.
I said enough! The Queen screams and she's about to hit Vixen again.
Do not strike my daughter in law! Beatrice says as she steps into the room and the queen dowager begins to laugh as she sees Beatrice.
"I suppose you've always wanted a daughter in law in order to ensure someone's to bear a heir for your son, you finally you have it." She says and Beatrice looks at her.
"I don't remember inviting you into my home and yet you've come into my place and threatened my daughter in law of mine. I do not appreciate that nonsense and I will not appreciate you speaking to my son in such manner." Beatrice says.
Your son, for goodness sake, please open your eyes! Your son may have gone through all of those but it is my son who sits on the throne.
Exactly! And because you know that he should at least try to hide your face but yet you come here with such accusations, such illegitimate accusations. How long do you and your son think you can actually hold on to that drone? I have nothing to say to you in a way that you've come into my place disrespected me and I ensure you the next time we'll see each other.
I will not be cordial to think twice! Beatrice says and Vixen looks at her.
Again, I will not appreciate your coming into my house under my roof, threatening us with such allegation. What happened is solely between Vixen, David and Hunter, you should not step in between them. You know what's what's happened years ago to happen between us once again.
Please, you are just a mistress for goodness sake. The queen dowager says.

So whether you continue to lie to yourself and hide the truth from the world, you
yourself know what the truth is. And my son, the illegitimate son is the one who brought glory on this land that you stand on.
