Chapter 68
"I think she is awake" a male voice whispered beside me
"Get the water,hurry!" a female voice said harshly.
I let my eyes flatter open as my heart began to race,I had been kidnapped at the restaurant.I groaned as the sudden light invaded my eyes blinding me little. "Relax she wolf,we are not going to hurt you" the lady from the restaurant said with a sigh.She looked older that thirty with green eyes and red curly hair.
My hands quickly felt my stomach,I sighed as I felt the big baby bump "What did you give to me!" I said with a growl
"It was just a small amount of RAA just to weaken you and get you to sleep in an instant.Nothing harmful for you or the baby" she explained
I growled at her, "So why did you kidnap me? What do you want from me? The Alpha will kill you when he finds out and he will find out"
"I am sorry about this but it had to be done for your own good.I am a witch as well from the Hidden Coven,remember the coven that you are forgetting so easily because you suddenly have all this. Your life is in danger here Priscilla, we have been following you for months now. Protecting the HIDDEN witch,when you came out for your little exploring we followed you as well. There were men doing the same thing but without good intentions at all,we knew you wouldn't come with us willingly or listen to us so we had to do things the hard way." she explained starring at me waiting for my reaction.
Tim walked in with a glass of water that I eyed suspiciously as he handed it to me. "I promise it is just water" he said with a smile I was beginning to hate.
"I am not thirsty," I said with a frown "I would have seriously preferred it if you had talked to me first about this. This whole plan of kidnapping me was a bad idea ,when my mate finds out he wont take this lightly"
"He doesn't have to find out,you are safer here with us and you know this. We were trained to protect you and we cannot do that when you are surrounded by so many threats. They will kill you and that baby.Is that what you want?" she hardened her eyes as she spoke
"Calm down Selena I am sure the girl understands the situation now that you have told her the whole story"a blond headed male said softly as he walked in,he had the same green eyes as Selena.
I looked at the three of them warily, they were also my people and they hadn't killed me but it was just so hard to trust anyone these days. "So you want me to hide out here forever with you. That is impossible,where are we anyways?" I asked looking at the wooden walls surrounding us. The bedroom I was in was quite neat and small.
"We are somewhere safe,that is all you need to know for now"the male said sternly.
I shook my head "I need to go back to my mate and maybe I will not tell him about what you just did."I said standing up.
Selena moved in front of me blocking me from moving any further, "We can't let you do that."
"Get out of my way right now!" I growled.
"Shawn please tell her to sit down or I will be forced to put her back to sleep again."Selena said folding her arms.
The blond now known as Shawn sighed rubbing his forehead with two fingers "Priscilla, There are wolves looking for you out there to kill you. They have been following you all day long. Did you know that because I am sure you didn't. These wolves came out with you straight from the pack house were you are so eager to go back."
I wanted to argue with them but I could feel the truth in every single word he was saying. I could feel my magic humming to everything he had just said...it's as if I could read their minds in search of the truth.
"I believe you but the fact is my mate is my protector and I need him here. I need him to know that I am okay. It would be selfish for me to let him worry so much about me and our baby." I said sitting on the bed,Selena took a step back as she stood close to the walls.
Tim suddenly cleared his throat reminding us of his presence in the room "She is right,he is her mate after all and besides we don't need a crazy hybrid Alpha male on our backs for taking his mate forcefully without her permission," he scratched the back of his head "we already have more important things to worry about like the real threat."
Shawn nodded his head "We will have to do a communication spell to get in touch with only him and nobody else."
"A spell for communication? Why don't you just let me call him to let him know I am fine and here-wherever this is..."I said raising an eyebrow.
"We have to do the spell Priscilla. If we call him using a cellphone we risk having the enemies tracing us and finding out where we are. We might be strong because of our magic but we definitely cannot fight off a whole bunch of werewolves." Selena said with frown on her face in a duh tone.
I chewed on my lip lightly "Oh that's a good idea,so how do we do this communication spell?"
"You have never done a spell before?"Tim asked in shock
"Told you she hasn't embraced her other side. All you know is how to be a God damn dog..." Selena said rolling her eyes but I chose to ignore her uknown vendetta against me.
"I have never done a spell before you are right about that Tim"I said with a frown "my tutor was murdered before we could even get to that stage"
Tim smiled "well no worries you are going to like this!"
