Chapter 55

Gautam's POV

We both enjoyed the food and I enjoyed looking at her as well. I just wanted to take her in my arms and get lost somewhere, where no one would disturb us.

Her bold and beautiful avtar was driving me crazy. I mean she looked like my shy tomato whenever I said something and then her hot maxican chilli look would come to mind... I wanted to have a taste of my spicy salsa sauce...

Oh god!! my thoughts were getting naughty... She would have killed me if she knew what I was thinking. I have to hold my horses or the way she slapped Aakash, I might get one as well...

She didn't eat much in her breakfast and was not eating properly even now so I asked,

" Maurvi, why are you not eating properly? Shall we order something else if you don't like it? "

" Oh no, I have had enough... I usually eat this much only... I am full. "

" But, what about something sweet? Come on... we can't go without eating something sweet. It's our first real date, sweetheart. " I said with a wink.

" Ok anything... " She said and I ordered some fruit cake..

The waiter came with two slices of the cake. It was garnished with some fresh fruits.

She was about to start eating it when I stopped her, " Stop!!!! "

" What?? Why?? "

" How can you eat that?? " I asked her...

" Why not?? It looks so good and tempting. "

" So do you... but I am resisting. Right?"

She looked at me with her mouth open and within a few second she looked down wards and blushed.

" But why can't I eat that? " she looked confused.

" There are two reasons for that.."

" Tell me atleast one.... "

" First of all, how can you eat it? It has apple slices on it. "

" So what?"

" So what??? Maurvi, it has apple slices on it. Apple.... "

" So?? I am not allergic to it. "

" No... apples are banned for you? "

" What ?? Why?? I mean I don't like them much... But why are they banned? "

" Because this doctor is handsome... "

" What??? Now what does that mean??"

" Hey, you said that you believe in that if the doctor is handsome... Keep the apple away. " I said and she gave me such a nice shy smile.

I would have given anything just to have her in my arms and kiss her senseless. But it was sad that we were at a public place.

She smiled again and removed the apple and was about to eat again when I held her hand and took the spoon from her hand and fed her. She looked at me with surprise.

" We must eat like this. Come on now it's your chance." She did that. We both fed each other till we finished it. I ate all the apple slices.. I couldn't take a chance after all.

We went home as Noopur was going the next day and She wanted to spend some time with her.

She got out of the car and said thanks to me. I caught her hand and pulled her in my arms.

" What are you doing?? Noopur Or Siddharth may come out and see us."

" I don't care... I wanted to have you in my arms since I saw you in the hospital. I have been resisting myself since then. "

" Gautam please... "

" No... You did not tell me anything.. and I was angry with you so.... you have to make me happy. " I faked an angry face.

" And how may I do that?? "

" Try kissing me... " I said with a smile.

" What ?? No... " Tomato replied.

" Then keep standing here like this. I just don't mind... " I said with a wink. She pushed on my shoulder but I tightened my arms around her. It felt so good to have her soft body pressed to my hard one.

" Hey!!! Come on Jiju... leave her now... I want to spend some time with her too. Moreover I don't want any nephews and nieces right now. " Noopur said and I burst out laughing. She was so funny.

" Just shut up Noopur!! " She shouted and glared at her and pushed me with might and got out of my arms and ran inside.

Maurvi's POV


I rushed into the washroom and washed my face with cold water. What was happening to me? My whole body was shuddering in a very pleasant way. It felt as if it was humming a happy tune. My face was absolutely red with just being in his arms and with him saying that he wanted me to kiss him. I think I was going mad. My heart beat was very fast.

Why did he have to hold me in his arms? Why did he have to talk about me kissing him ? Why did Noopur make that comment? I washed my face again. And came out. Noopur was standing in my room with a teasing expression.

" What was going on there? "

" Nothing was going on and why did you say that?"

" Oh !! you wanted me to say that I wanted nephews and nieces... I didn't know that you wanted them just now. Sorry, if I interrupted anything. " She said and I ran towards her and she ran out of my room.

All of a sudden I collided with someone with force and we both landed on the floor with me on top. My lips brushed the strong coloumn of someone's neck. I opened my eyes to see Gautam grinning like anything. He was looking at me with so much love.

" Oh sweetheart, I am loving it. This is much better than a simple kiss, I was asking for... "

This man... He never leaves one chance to flirt with me and make me blush...

" Oh god !! You both started again... I will have to tell my parents before it is too late. " Noopur said as she was standing there teasing me.

" Late?? For what? " Gautam asked.

" I have to tell them that their elder daughter and her boyfriend can't stay away from each other and... that they should become Your in-laws before becoming grandparents. " Here she says that again.

Gautam grinned devilishly at me and said, " I don't mind... "

" Shut up both of you and let me get up please . " I said.

" Then get up.... you are lying on me.. who is stopping you, sweetheart. " Gautam winked at me and said.

" Remove your arms from my waist.. I can't get up.. " I said as he was holding me.

" Can't or won't??? It's ok I don't mind if you don't want to get up. I know you are enjoying, as much as I am. " Gautam was smirking..

Someone please tell him to shut up....

" I think you both have gone mad ... " I said and pushed on the floor to get up and managed to do so.

He laughed and got up from the floor. He came near me and said, " Get ready to get introduced to my parents. "

" Have you gone crazy... I know them for so long. "

" Introduced as my girlfriend..." He said and my face became pale.

" Oh God!!! No !! What would they say... let's not tell them right now... I am getting tense..."

" Hey!! Either you both tell or I might tell it to both sets of parents.... as otherwise Kshitij would go kill me or will go and tell our parents. "

" No need to panic. They love you a lot. It's mom's birthday, day after tomorrow and I intend to tell her then. You will have a meal with us as my girlfriend. "

Oh god!!! how would they react??

" But that is, day after tomorrow..."

" Yes, too late, right ?? Tomorrow then? " Gautam said with a teasing smile.

" No !! What, no it is too early.. What would they say? What would I say to them?" I said and he came very close me and looked into my eyes and said,

" Just say that you are crazy about me and want to marry me as soon as possible. They will be too happy. " he bent a bit and kissed me near my lips.

" Bye dear... Will see you tomorrow. "

" But... Gautam.. " he got out of our home and went to his own. I was so tense about it... I could not even think straight.

I spent the rest of the day with Noopur. I told her everything that happened that day and we spent some good quality time.
