Gautam's POV



So finally we were engaged... I went home and kept thinking about her. I was mesmerized to see her... It was a heavenly feeling to have her in my arms. It seemed that she was melting into me. I can't wait to get married to her now. I kept thinking about her till sleep engulfed me.

Everyone had left already by the end of two days. Even her parents and relatives had gone. I was looking forward to getting her alone as she had promised to pay her dues.

I knew it was a silly thing and I was behaving like a child but I was really excited for her giving me kisses.

She was so shy and sweet, I couldn't even imagine her initiating the kiss but she had promised to give me 15.

Oh my God !!! I might die of happiness if she would. But how would I control myself ??

I saw her coming to her home and after ten minutes, I went to her place. She smiled to see me and I went inside.

" So how was your day? " I asked her.

" It was good but very tiring. This internship is tiring. How was your day? "

" It was good. Did you have lunch? "

" Yes, but I am still hungry. Had lunch a bit earlier today. Was planning to make something for me, will you also have? "

" Let's go out, you are already tired," I said and she just nodded.

" Great !! So let's go and have good food and then you will pay your dues. " I said again.

" What??? No... "

" This is not fair, Maurvi. " I was getting annoyed now.

" Ok fine !!! But will give you once we are back. " She said and I nodded happily.

We went to her favourite restaurant and had food. It was really good but I was waiting for it to get over. I ate at a super-fast speed. She was amazed to see my speed.

" It seems you were really hungry. But don't eat so fast you might chock. " She smiled.

" I am fine... Have you had your food?"

" Yeah, I am done. " She said and I just called the waiter for the check. Paid it as soon as he came. I caught her hand and we came back to my car. I drove back towards home. She asked me to stop the car near the market.

" I have to get something from here, I will be back in just 5 minutes." She went away saying that and asked me to wait in the car.

What does she want now??? I swear, I would have driven her here back. But didn't want to wait now. She was going to kiss me. I mean... It is always me, who kisses her.

She came back in five minutes. She had a beautiful paper bag in her hand. I was curious to know what it was. So, I asked her.

" What is that?? "

" Well, you will get to know very soon." She said with a naughty smile. What was she up to????

" Now, I am really curious... Tell me.. what is that? ".

" Wait till we reach home Mr Satan."

" Satan ??? You think I am satan???" I asked her with fake anger, she nodded with a cute smile.

" Ok, I will show you what satan is," I said and she laughed.

We reached her place and we got out of the car and she took out the keys to open the door.

Oh god !! Is she deliberately taking so long to open that damn door??? I took the keys from her and opened the door quickly and I held her hand and pulled her inside.

" Hey... What is wrong with you? "

" Nothing, I am sorry. I have been waiting to have you in my arms. " I pulled her in my arms. She started blushing and was looking downwards. I placed my hand under her chin and tilted her face upwards to make her look at me.

" I am waiting sweetheart... "

" For what?? " She asked with a smile.

" You know very well. But if you want to hear me saying it, I am waiting for you to pay your dues. I am waiting for you to give me 15 kisses."

" Ok!! "

" Ok?? Wow !!! Oh my God !! In case my heart stops. Call Vikram... " I was looking at her with anticipation when she gave me that bag which she got on our way home.

" What is this? " I was looking at her with confusion.

" I was in your debt and so here is the due payment which you asked for... "

" What?? What nonsense is this? I don't want any gift as dues. I wanted you to give me a kiss. "

" Open the bag, Mr Fiance... "

" No !! I want kisses. "

" Open the bag, I will give you kisses." I smiled and opened the bag but my smile dropped as soon as I saw what it was...

" This is not done. I don't want them."

" But you said you wanted kisses. "

" I wanted kisses from you. Real kisses, not these Hershey's chocolate named as Kes. "

" But you said you want me to give you kisses... "

" I wanted your kiss not, Hershey's. "

" Hey, now I bought this pack so it is mine. So I am giving you my kisses. "

" Ha ha ha... very funny!! Awesome joke. It is hilarious... " I said sarcastically.

" Thanks. So, your dues are settled ?" She asked with a smile but I just could not.

" It was not funny. Any Anyways... have a good day. " I turned and came out of her home.



Maurvi's POV



Oh God!!! What was that?? Did he get annoyed??

He just said that it was not funny and then he turned and left.. I was stunned.

Was he angry with me?? I Didn't know that he would go away like this. I mean, that though, I like it when he kissed me but still, I was feeling shy. I thought that he was teasing me so I got the chocolate for him.

I thought he would just laugh about it. I was feeling bad that may be I annoyed him.

I wanted to say sorry to him. I tried calling him on his phone but it was switched off. I became very restless and was pacing in my home continuously.

I tried his phone again, buy it was switched off. I went to his place, aunty opened the door.

She was happy to see me and hugged me.

" Oh, it is nice that you are here. I had to go out as I got a call from my brother. He needs me to go to his place. Please make something for Gautam for dinner as well. Your dad and I will be back after the dinner. "

" Ok aun... Mom. Where is he? "

" Oh, he must be in his room, he said he had a long day and he is tired. May be he is sleeping. Go and see. Bye beta." I smiled at her and went to see him.

He was lying on his bed with his eyes closed. I went near him to see if he was really sleeping or just trying to sleep or avoiding me.

" Gautam !! Gautam ? " I called his name in a slow voice.

" Hmmm... What is it? "

" So, you are not sleeping? "

" No. I am sleeping. Talking to you while sleeping just like you. " He said in his annoyed mood and turned his back to me...

" Are you angry with me? "

" No.. "

" Angry? "

" No... "

" Then why are you behaving like this?"

" Like what?? "

" As if you are angry. I am sorry. "

" For what?? "

" For that pack of chocolates. "

" Means?? "

" I was too shy to give you the kisses, so I thought that... those chocolates are called... kisses, so... "

" I don't want to talk about it. Can I please sleep now? "

" No... You can't, you need to talk to me. You need to assure me that you are not annoyed. "

" I am not doing any such thing, I need to sleep. " He said with his back towards me.

" You can't sleep like this. "

" I don't know any other way of sleeping. " He said without even looking at me.

" Please Gautam... "

" Please what?? " He said

" I am sorry for that... " I caught his arm and pulled him to make him turn towards me, but he didn't even move an inch.

Oh god, he is so stubborn....
