Chapter 50: Deanne's Tragic End. Goodbye, dear!

Oliver arrives, interrupting the discussion between Dylan and Bella, with some Bombastic news:

“It was Deanne who pushed Théo and I can prove it.”

“VWhat madness are you saying?”

“I would never do that to the son of the man who took me in and promised he would take care of me until the end.” Deanne tries to argue while remaining calm.

“Shut up, Bitch. If you have something to show, do it now.” Bella looks anxious.

Oliver pulls the table where the meals are placed, pressing play on the video that was already on the screen. The video starts showing Deanne standing at the office door for more than 10 minutes, and then smiling and celebrating.

“How is that possible? Who recorded that?” Deanne is surprised.

“Are you going to lie and say it’s not you? I know, you’re going to say you have a twin sister.” Bella scoffs.

“Do you want to know what she’s talking about?” Oliver looks at his boss who nods and the subordinate plays the audio:

“The old man is sick and might die? This news couldn’t be better. I’m going to become the queen of the Mafia sooner than I thought.”

Dylan looks at Deanne with an angry expression, “This was always your plan, wasn’t it? I can’t believe I was such an idiot, you betrayed me, Deanne. And you even mocked and celebrated my father’s illness.”

“Dylan, that was a spur of the moment thing. I’m not that cruel and of course I don’t want your father to…”

“Argh! Enough lying. Everyone here has already figured out your dirty little game.”

“Wait. Miss Bella, there’s more.”

Oliver continues the video showing Deanne going after Théo trying to take the boy's cell phone at all costs and she only didn't really hurt the boy at that moment because Bella appeared, the subordinate speeds up the video a little until the time of the stairs where Deanne said she was just going up the stairs, but zooming in on the image it was possible to see that DK's girlfriend not only subtly threw her at Théo making him lose his balance as he was going down the stairs in a hurry, but also put her foot in front of the boy who fell and hit his head. Deanne tries to sneak out, but Nona, seeing the woman's attitude, positioned herself in front of the door preventing her from leaving and Bella, who until that moment had been keeping calm, finally let out the anger she felt:

"So you bitch, it really was you who tried to kill my son. I warned you that if you laid a finger on Théo I would kill you."

"Ah! I don't owe you anything and.."

Deane is interrupted with a strong slap in the face that makes her lose her balance, then Bella throws her to the ground continuing the beating while Dylan, Nona and Oliver just watched in silence.

"Love, please help me. Get this crazy woman off of me." Deane now appeals to DK who approaches her

"Sorry, you messed with the wrong son. Besides, you betrayed me." DK turns his back letting Bella continue and she makes Deanne faint.

"Oliver, could you help me? This slut will never pretend to be a saint again."

"Sure. What do you need?"

"Tidy up me a chair, ropes, gasoline, a lighter and take me to a place.”

“Okay.” Oliver closes his laptop and goes towards Deane, who is passed out on the floor, intending to pick her up and take her to the car.

“What are you doing? Leave her where she is, just show me the way to your car.”

“Bella, don’t you want my help?” Dylan approaches, trying to make himself present.

“Do you want to help me, Dylan? Stay away from me.”

“Could Nona keep an eye on Theo for me while I finish this bitch off?”

“Yes, I can.”

Bella then lets Oliver show her the way, grabs Deanne by the hair and starts dragging her through the hospital to the parking lot. Everywhere she went, people watched, some with scared expressions making comments to each other, others just looked without saying anything, but the fact is that in the end no one cared, only a mother who was sitting next to her little son who covered the boy's eyes while Bella dragged Deanne all hurt. When they get to the car, DK's subordinate helps Bella throw the fake woman in the trunk, giving he the coordinates of where they were going. Moments later, Deanne wakes up.

"Where am I?" she looks around.

"Can't you see it's an abandoned warehouse?" Bella replied, finishing spreading the gallon of gasoline around her rival while Oliver spread it in other strategic places and Deanne finally realizing what was happening, trying to free herself from the chair that Bella tied her to, starts screaming:

"Help! Someone help me, please!" Deanne cries in despair

“No one will help you, we are a little far from civilization and enough talking.” Bella pours a gallon of gasoline on Deanne’s head who screams like a madwoman making Bella slap her face.

“Shut up and die quietly, your voice irritates me.”

“Oliver, are you just going to watch? Get me out of here.”

Oliver is amused by the scene by answering, “No” and Bella grabs the lighter, lighting it and looking straight into Deanne’s face:

“Goodbye, darling.”

The brunette throws the lighter on the floor near Deanne who screams as the fire reaches her body, while Bella and Oliver leave the warehouse majestically.

“You are very cruel, I want to die as your friend.”

“Do you want to be my friend Oliver? Work for me.”

“No. I am loyal to the Kicher family and especially to DK.”

“I understand. But thank you for today.” Bella smiles and shakes the hand of the tall, muscular man who returns the gesture.

Back at the hospital, the night stood out when Bella returns to her son's room hoping to see him awake, but that's not what happens, only the housekeeper was with Théo.

“That's great, you're here and I can leave.”

“Did the doctor come by?”

“Yes. He examined the boy and told Bambino that his son is fine and that he should wake up soon.”

“Did the doctor tell Dylan that?” Bella asked, looking around the room as if she was looking for someone.

“Mr. Dylan went to see his father.”

“I didn't ask anything.”

“Honestly, there was no need. You should take a shower and throw those clothes away, they smell like gasoline.”

“I’m going now, but I didn’t want to leave Théo alone after what happened.”

“I’ll stay here until you’re done or until Mr. Dylan comes back.”

“Thank you, Mrs. Grasso.”

A little while later, Bella was in the shower when she heard someone knocking on the door. She thought it might be Nona and quickly wrapped herself in a towel. When she opened the door, she was surprised by Dylan, who grabbed her body and kissed her. Bella pushed him away abruptly, letting the towel fall.

“What do you think you’re doing?”

“Giving you another chance.”

“Do you think I need this? You humiliated me, disregarded my feelings, and now you want to pretend nothing happened?” Bella couldn’t hold back her tears.

“I know I was man wrong, but can’t you forgive me?”

“Forgive you, Dylan Kicher? I can’t.”

“What are you telling me, Bella?”

“That you and I, never again.”
