Chapter 56: The powerful Bella Hahn!
In Miami, Johnny was in the casino of the main hotel that belonged to the Hahn family and that he took over when he made his petty maneuver to seize power. However, he was not alone because while he was sitting in the chair where Anthony and Benjamin had once sat, right below him, there was a casino employee madly sucking her boss's erect member while he enjoyed himself. It was then that one of Johnny's subordinates, along with Taylor, his right-hand man, entered the office.
"But what is this, a break-in? I hope you it is something important because I'm busy."
"Jimena Hahn managed to escape from the nightclub."
"What? How did this happen?" Johnny makes a sudden movement forward, which caused the woman crouched in front of him to involuntarily bite his member. "Fuck, bitch, don't bite me."
"Sorry, but you were the one who made a sudden movement."
"Let's take a break, okay? Just pour me a drink." The woman gets up and goes to prepare the drink that Johnny ordered while he continues arguing: "I'm waiting for you to tell me what happened."
“I don’t know for sure. Two men came there and simply took her, then we tried to track them, but we didn’t get anything useful because the security cameras were turned off, the car was abandoned in a vacant lot and burned.”
“And two men? How could they have gotten past the security guards and the cameras?” Taylor chimed in.
“It’s obvious they’re professionals,” Johnny replied thoughtfully.
“But who sent them to free them?”
“Maybe DK at Mrs. Bella Hahn’s request.”
Johnny looked up at Taylor in a way that made his loyal subordinate understand that he wasn’t happy at all, and he showed it with his words: “Are you telling me that my beautiful wife is using her lover against me?”
“I don’t know, sir. It was just a suggestion.”
Johnny slammed his fist on the table, “Taylor, where are the two men you sent to New York after Bella?”
“We still haven’t heard from them. Sorry, sir.”
At that moment, the employee returns with the drink to serve to her boss. Johnny looks at her and tells Taylor and Aidan to leave, "And only come back when you have news from my wife." "Here's your drink, just the way you like it." The woman uses a seductive voice and Johnny smiles malicious. "Take off that dress and come here, I'll give you what you want, Bitch."
In New York, Bella was getting ready to meet her new team of pilots and co-pilots. Susan was by her side as always, as well as Simon, the driver/bodyguard. As the car drove through the streets, Bella noticed that autumn had arrived, the shades of yellow, red and orange were in the spotlight and the cold was beginning to prevail. Arriving at the agreed location, a restaurant owned by the beautiful brunette, the two new employees were already waiting. "Mrs. Hahn, it's a pleasure to meet you and it will be an honor to serve you." The pilot is friendly and Bella extends her hand to shake his.
"Thank you!" Bella finally looks at the two of them, becoming thoughtful when she looks at the co-pilot, having the feeling that she has somehow seen him before.
“Could you please introduce yourselves.”
“Of course. My name is Ruben Zelly and I will be your pilot.”
“Liam Collins, your co-pilot. Nice to meet you!”
“Why do I have the feeling that I already know you, Mr. Collins?”
The man smiles and replies: “With all due respect ma’am, I don’t think so. I spent some time in the hospital and when I left I lived in Canada for a while, and it was there that I took the small plane pilot course, joined an airline and was transferred to the United States, that's how I started working with Rúben, at least until the company went bankrupt last year, and now we're here working for Bella Hahn.”
“So you really know me.” Bella stared at him, observing the man’s body language.
“Yes. You carry a name of fame and great respect, didn’t you know?”
“Yes, I know. Let’s sit down and enjoy it, this is one of the best pasta restaurants and has the best wines in the world.” Bella smiles, exuding her charm and friendliness.
After lunch, everyone says goodbye and in the comfort of his small apartment, the Co-pilot makes a revealing phone call:
“What do you want? I told you not to keep calling me.”
“Sorry, but I thought you wanted to hear how our plan is going.”
“Argh! Okay, but tell me right away because I don't have time. Oliver will be here soon, summon. We're going to New York to negotiate a hotel, I think.”
“I understand. The first part is over. At first, she was suspicious, but then she relaxed, and I think she fell for my conversation without resistance.”
“Excellent Dean. I knew I wouldn't regret saving you that day after DK discovered your betrayal.”
“What a jerk, he should have killed me.”
“Shut up! This is the man I love you're talking about, and don't forget the time you spent in the hospital recovering. If it weren't for me, you would in fact be dead right now.”
“I know. You don't have to rub it in my face.”
“I need to go now. And don't call me unless it's really important. And pay attention if she really didn't recognize you.”
“No, she didn't recognize me. Don't worry. Bye, Rebecca!”
In the meantime, on the way back home, Bella was thoughtful and intrigued. Susan noticed and asked her:
“Why is there a little worry line on your forehead? Didn’t you like the new employees?”
“That’s not quite it. I’m sure I’ve seen the co-pilot somewhere.”
“Isn’t it just your imagination?”
“If in doubt, I want you to investigate. He gave more information than I asked for and that seems suspicious to me.”
“Okay, I’ll investigate.”
“Anything else on my agenda today?”
“No ma’am. But tomorrow I have a meeting with the owner of the hotel who is negotiating.”
“Great! I’m going to spend the rest of the day with Théo watching a movie under the covers since it’s getting cold.”
And so Bella did. She watched the movie with Théo after he did the schoolwork that the private tutor had sent her. And the next day, early in the morning, she went out to resolve the situation with the hotel she wanted to buy. What she didn’t expect was to run into her almost unfair competitor. At the same hotel in Manhattan, Dylan arrives alongside Oliver and Rebecca. The three are greeted by the hotel owner's secretary.
“Welcome! Mr. Galaretto is waiting. Please come with me.”
In the hotel garden, a short, slightly overweight, white-haired man, but very well-dressed in an expensive linen suit, was sitting at a garden table drinking coffee.
“You're early, Mr. Kicher. What does that mean you're desperate?” The man looks at DK.
“I'm not desperate, I just came straight from the airport.”
“I see. Sit down, let's wait for my other buyer to hear her proposal too.”
The elegant man had barely finished speaking when Bella appeared wearing a red dress that was knee-length, a little tight-fitting, her red shoes matching the dress and an elegant coat over it. Her beautiful face wore light makeup and her lips wore red lipstick, perfectly matching her powerful woman's posture.
“Good morning, gentlemen!”
