Route 1: The Story of the Emperor 3.0

"Why haven't you informed us that you left the house, Lady Mila?!" - Aesir said but she put emphasis on every word she said. Well, I just got home and yes, I did not told them where I went or where I was. Technically, I blocked them from contacting me telepathically and of course they cannot appear where I am although they can do that. It is because I strictly said that they cannot suddenly appear right in front of me, without my orders.

And since I am unreachable and they cannot do what they could, I guess they became worried that something might have happened to me. Well, that's actually quite a stupid thought because why would I be danger anyway? Well, I will be in danger if and only if there is a circumstance that I am going to encounter my biological family or the esteemed emperor.

"I just went outside last night to chill out" - I said as I threw myself on the sofa. Well, what I said is actually the truth. I went outside with the goal of chilling out and I just accidentally bumped into Cain and he invited me to meet his old friend which is the guild master Azekien. Then, I found out that the guild master Azekien is from the Kaldrof family which is loyal to the previous emperor who is the grandfather of Cain.

So technically, Azekien is somewhat Cain's right hand, other than being a childhood friend. And the guild master Azekien asked his friend, the hero Cain for two favors. And in that two favors, I am of course, participating. Well, although Cain can already handle the first favor that escorts Annisa Kaldrof, Azekien's sister to a safe place because he did it alone in the plot of the game.

I was just planning to just join Cain's task to save the hybrids from the slave auction that is about to happen. But damn I ended up joining him as well as he escort Annisa Kaldrof to a safe place.

"Seriously, you could have just told us where you went. Did you know how worried we are" - Alarick said and just like how Aesir talked, he too emphasized every word that came out of his mouth.

"I can perfectly handle myself you know that, but anyway, alright I'll do that next time because the two of you can make the whole town go upside down if you want to just to look for me" - I just said and the two let out a sigh, as if they are quite satisfied with what I just said. Well, I am not really going to promise anything that I will always tell them where I will go but I will try to. Like damn, if they are going to continue to be worry wraths there could be a possibility that they will indeed turn the whole town upside down just to know where I am.

And that's damn f-cking dangerous.

"So, are you now going to tell us where exactly you went?" - Aesir asked as she placed a cup of tea right in front of me. The smell of the tea immediately invaded my nostrils and I can't help but to instantly grab the teacup and took a sip of it.

Why? Because the tea is rose tea and it is one of my favorites. It actually helps me calm my nerves down and it helps me in being able to think straight especially if I am bombarded with a lot of things.

"Well, I just went to an inn to grab a drink. And I bumped into Cain and so he invited me to have a chitchat with his old childhood friend" - I simply said as I place back the teacup to the saucer and my gaze went to the two and I immediately noticed how their foreheads frowned. Why do these two have to look so shocked whenever I say the hero's name? And more importantly every single time they f-cking found out that we are together. There is no big deal in that because Cain and I are more like of business partners so it is quite natural for us to meet in certain occasions.

I immediately snapped my fingers and that instantly transferred the memories I had from last night to theirs. It is easy because we three are connected but if I am going to do that with someone else, I initially need to have a physical contact with them and I need to enter their consciousness.

Anyway, I transferred them the memories so that I will not waste my saliva in explaining to them every single detail, it also saves time. After a few minutes the two immediately looked at me as if they are quite hyped up and I already know what got them hyped up

"Yes, of course, I will bring you two to save the hybrids" - I said and the the two immediately grinned at me as if they just won a lottery. As guardians, they too are in charge of keeping the hybrids at check and of course, the hybrids are being so slippery these years and so they are quite struggling in being able to actually contact the leader or the chieftain, whatever the hybrids call it.

"But before anything else, we have to first escort the girl to somewhere safe. I bet there are going to be quite a lot of Imperial knights around not to mention that we are going to move when the clock strikes eight" - I said as I took a sip of the rose tea that Aesir prepared for me.

Well, escorting Annisa Kaldrof is easy, however I cannot deny the fact that we may encounter imperial knights and even monsters on our way to that place the guild master is talking about. There is a forty chance possibility that the troop of my biological father will be the one scouting around because why not? He is a loyal dog to the emperor, of course, he would follow every order it bestowed to him. Even if it means abandoning his own blood.

And that forty percent possibility is already a threat to me because first he is definitely going to recognize me. He will feel that connection just like any father would when he saw his long lost child. And not to mention those monsters that may come out. Of course, Cain will focus on protecting the young lady, and I will end up defending the two of them.

Tsk honestly, in the game he was able to get pass by those monsters and those knights patrolling around the route we are about to take. Of course, he has a few wounds because of the swarm of monsters that suddenly appeared but heck he was still able to escort the young lady successfully. Anyway, I cannot do anything about it since the two important pieces of my game decided that I should join the quest.

Tsk anyway, this is going to be favorable for me since Annisa Kaldrof has a rare ability which she inherited from their mother. What is it? When that power awakens she can immediately identify who is the right person to the throne.

Maybe the female lead is the one who is considered to be the Saint of this world for being able to wield light magic and have the a guardian familiar, however she lacks one power. And that is to immediately know who the successor to the throne is. In Azekien's route, if I remember correctly, the female lead knew of Annisa's power and she 'accidentally' spilled it to the emperor.

And of course, being the Saint, she pleaded to let Annisa be free because she can assure that the young lady is not of a threat because the emperor's son will surely be the heir and no one else. The emperor said 'yes' however being the wicked ruler he is.

He sent someone to follow the female lead's tracks and that's when the emperor was able to get his hands with Annisa and that's when Azekien lost his sister. Although he wants to blame the female lead he can't because he did not know that she accidentally spilled the beans about Annisa and her powers.

Stupid right? Damn why do men need to be so damn f-cking stupid when they fell in love. It is such a huge turn off for me. Like damn, I am not regretting not being able to triple check each routes' plot because if I did then I am going to make the female lead die, but of course I know that is impossible because people doe not like tragedies, they prefer f-cking romance happy ending stories.

Anyway, I am not letting the female lead get her way. Now that I am here she is no longer the Saint but just a damn annoying pest and I am really going to make sure that she is going to suffer because damn I am the villainess and that is technically my damn f-cking job. Well, that's what that annoying system wanted from the start right? That I should act like a villainess? Now, I am going to act like one so I hope where ever that system is he should be happy that I am going to fulfill my role without hesitations and with outmost effort.
