“Creation Magic, Smokescreen” – He whispered and as if on cue purple smoke started to appear from every power of the hall. The people are starting to panic because of the sudden event and when the smokescreen reached where I was sitting a while ago, I instantly felt the three-presence of the persons I am with are already gone, which only means that they are already on it.

I can perfectly hear the panicking voice of the men that are no far from our position and I also felt the presence of the host getting near us. I guess she is trying to make sure that I am not going anywhere with the dark elf and of course with the gold bars I just dropped on the ground.

Well, I am not that evil to run-away with the money I just paid to get such an exquisite item. And also, its their payment for doing a job well done in being able to present such a refined dark elf to the public which also caught my interest. Its their talent-fee in short.

“I am already half way done, Mila” – Alarick said which instantly made me grin but also, I am quite surprised on how fast Alarick was able to do his part of the mission, because usually he is the last one to get his job done. As I have said, Alarick is quite the lazy guardian despite wanting to have something to do.

“I am also almost there and I think Cain is also almost done” – Aesir stated on our mind link. I am about to reply to them when I suddenly felt the host getting near our position so I snapped my fingers and I created an invisible barrier around me and Kenzo, the dark elf. It is to prevent the host from touching us or to know where are we exactly.

What happens when reach the barrier? Well, she will just past through it like we are just air. In in just a few seconds, I could clearly see her figure passing through and I cannot help but to let out a soft chuckle because I am able to see how stupid she looks right now.

“How are you able to do that?” – Kenzo, the dark elf asked which instantly made me turn my attention back to him.

“I can do anything” – I simply said and he looked at me like I am actually joking. I raise an eyebrow, and I totally forgot that I am wearing a full mask so he is not really able to see my reaction. So, I just heave a deep sigh and I turned my reaction into words “I am not joking, I am actually omnipotent if I am going to use my full potential”

He was about to say something but I made him stop because I felt something different, so I looked around and I can’t help but to frown my forehead when I saw the woman who is the host of this event has a clear magic circle formed on both of her hands which is a sign that she was about to cast a light magic spell, to either remove the smokescreen or whatever she wants to do.

The f-ck, there are two persons I knew in this game who can use light magic; the first one is Cain, however it is a fact that he is not usually using that magic, unless there is something that is needed to be purified and he is also using it discretely so that no one can know that he can wield such magic. The other one is none other than the female lead of this game, it is described in the plot that she was the only one who can wield light magic, and has high affinity for it that’s why she was able to have a guardian as her familiar in the game. And not to mention that the emperor is trying he best to make her his ally because she is a great asset in his bloodline’s continuity of being the rulers of the empire.

And because the female lead can wield light magic, she is considered by the citizens as someone who would save them from the monsters because technically light magic can purify lands, cleanse miasma and of course to instantly kill monsters by making them burn.

The f-ck and if this host could use light magic, then it is possible that she is the female lead—no, she is indeed the female lead. I am f-cking sure of it because no one could ever use such magic.

But the question is, why the heck is she looking at me angrily a while ago? Why does she have such great intent in killing me? Does she know the plot of this game? Does she know that we are all in a game? Because if she doesn’t then she shouldn’t look at me that way, she shouldn’t have the intent in killing me just because I am with Cain.

F-ck there is indeed a huge possibility that she knows because she is acting like she does know that Cain is going to be here in this auction. Damn. I need to clear my thoughts. I should not let this woman bother me; I need to focus on the mission on saving the hybrids. I could always investigate later; I have already memorized her scent and her aura so it is going to be easy for me to find her.

“F-ck how annoying. I am not expecting to see you here” – I whispered and I snapped my fingers again and as if on cue the magic circle that she created on her hand instantly breaks into pieces. “Nullify” – I said and right now she is no longer able to use any magic. Not until I reverse the spell. I don’t care if she can use light magic, I can also use it and not to mention I can nullify anything because of my advanced dark magic skills.

“Mila, we finally got the last one to safety, we are about to return. “– Aesir said in our mind link. Finally, they are done.

“Hold your magic for a bit longer, they are almost back” – I said to Kenzo and he suddenly frowned.

“But the smokescreen is poisonous, as a dark elf, each magic spell we cast contains poison so if these human beings are exposed a little while longer, they are surely going to die” – He said which made me click my tongue. F-ck he could have told me sooner that that’s the case, then I could have filtered the smokescreen to make it less dangerous for the people here in this hall, however it is also not a f-cking bad idea to let all of these people die at least the garbage in this world will be lessened. F-ck, I should just filter the smokescreen because surely, if I let all these annoying nobles die, first Cain will freak out and also the fun and excitement that I am about to experience will be lessened and I don’t want that to happen.

And also, death is an easy way out for these bastards, they deserve to f-cking suffer, a torture or they should just turn into monsters as well and I am going to be the one to hunt them down and make their bodies burn, I will create a fire that will make them feel that they are being burned in the deepest parts of hell and that will make them reminisce all the things they have done when they are still human beings, both good and bad. Of course, the bad things weigh more than the good ones and that fire will make them regret doing all the bad shits they have done when they are still human beings.

As monsters who have totally lost their rationality to think on their own and their emotions, the fire that I am planning to create and will swallow them whole will surely make them remember what they have lost and regret everything in the most terrible way possible.

“You could have just told me earlier tsk” – I said and I extended my hands to the smoke that is surrounding us and I slowly absorbed the poison that he is talking about that is innate to magic casted by every elf that is turned into evil.

“What are you doing?” – He asked

“Absorbing the poison, duh?” – I answered his question sarcastically, because it is already obvious that I am doing it because violet like things is slowly entering my body, and these violet things are the poison from the smokescreen that he just summoned.

“We’re back, Mila” – Alarick and Aesir synchronously said in our mind link and I immediately stop absorbing the poison from the smokescreen. I’ll just purify all of the nobles later; I can always do an area purification without anyone noticing.

“You can stop now, Kenzo” – I said and he looked at me if I am actually serious and I just nod my head and I as he slowly makes his creation magic disappear, I also went back to the same position I am a while ago and I snapped my fingers to remove the barrier I made to make us invisible.

After a few minutes the smokescreen finally disappeared and the people can see clearly again. I can see in my peripheral vision how the host which is obviously the female lead looked at our position. I can feel that she is shocked to see that I am right on the spot where I was awhile ago, when in fact when she walked on our position the two of us are nowhere to be found,

Well, she should think hard on how did it happen, she should not disappoint me because I expect her to know the answer to how the heck did it happen. Because if she doesn’t then she’s such a f-cking damn waste and I will not use half of my potential to make her beg for mercy.
