I told her I loved her and then ran out like a schoolboy. *Grow up, Jo* I walked past Jay and told him not to leave that door for any reason. If he needed to be excused to tell me in the comm by pointing to my ear. These other men didn't need to know we had them. He nodded. I walked down the hallway and asked Zeus where he and Henry were. They were in Ark's office waiting for me to be done helping Sandra get to sleep. I walked into the small closet office and sat down. "Ark, Your office needs a serious upgrade." He looked up in anger but he masked it quickly. I pretended not to notice. "Well, could you excuse us?" He looked up at me like I couldn't be talking to him. "That means to leave." Zeus was a bit more harsh with him. He nodded and almost stomped out of the office like a toddler throwing a tantrum. I closed the door behind him and laughed. "Definitely something up with him. Have we heard anything from Luca?" Henry nodded saying we were to meet him tomorrow at his father's restaurant. It sat on the border of territories. It was always supposed to be neutral ground. "What did you tell him? I say Italian sounds good." I shrugged. They both laughed. "We told him you were busy in a meeting and would get with him after," Zeus replied. "How is she doing?" Henry asked. I told him that she seemed much better after her toast and medications. He grinned. I picked up my phone calling Luca. "Hello Mr. Smoke, What are you feeling about our meeting?" Luca always sounded so smooth. "Hello Luca, I will be there. What time would you like to meet?" He told me to give him a few mins and the line went quiet. "Four o'clock." He said as more of an order. This agitated me but I agreed and hung up. "That was pleasant," Zeus said half smirking at me. "Bite me Z, I don't need more problems right now. We need to take my Sunshine to the country house and let her heal as soon as possible." He nodded, he couldn't argue with that. "What about the detective boss? What are we doing about him?" Henry spoke up now. I tensed, "If he dies in the trunk he dies."

I could see his anger rising. "That's too good for that bastard boss, he should suffer for what he did to her. " I walked over closer to him and put my hand on his shoulder. "Henry, I agree with you. Right now we deal with Luca, then we will deal with Ryan." He looked down but shook his head in agreement. I looked and Zeus also looked frustrated. I opened the door and walked out to Ark who was standing nearby waiting for his office back. I almost laughed at him looking like a jealous child. *That's both of us acting like a school kid today, Jo* I shook my head. "Ark come back into the office please." He proceeded to follow me. When the door closed I asked where they would interrogate their enemies or traitors. "We have a storm cellar out back boss. I can have it warmed for you." I shook my head no and asked for a hose. I watched as both Henry and Zeus smiled almost simultaneously. They needed this to feel like they too are doing something for her. I told them to go get something out of the car and meet me in the cellar. I went back to my room. I walked into the bedroom and immediately smiled. She was sleeping peacefully, she was so beautiful. I was so lucky someone like her was willing to be mine. She had no idea that I was at her mercy. That it was I who belonged to her. I kissed her forehead, grabbed my jacket, and headed to the cellar. When I walked in I could hear Henry screaming at him. "You stupid piece of shit, I would slit your throat right now was that not too good for you." I walked in and told Henry to calm down. I pulled out my gun and pointed it at him. He flinched. "Not today detective." I laughed coldly and put the gun in my holster. I saw Zeus dragging the hose down the stairs and I told Henry to strip him. He smiled following my directions. Ryan couldn't talk, we put the socks he shoved in my Sunshine mouth in his mouth, only we duct taped it around his head. I ripped it off, I wanted to hear him scream. He did as I thought and held it in. His face was bruised and beaten much like Sandras. "You are a tough man arent you detective?" He glared at me. "What have you done with my Sandy?" I smacked him hard in the mouth. "She is mine you stupid prick." he cursed under his breath. "She kissed me, Smoke, She liked it" he smirked at me. "Is that so? I guess her survival skills are great, aren't they? Did she moan softly when you kissed her bruises? " I punched him in the stomach as hard as I could knocking the wind out of him. I told Zeus to spray him and stood back. He was shivering hard and I laughed at him. "Okay Z, hold up." He turned off the hose. "You look cold." I laughed, while he struggled to stop shaking. I pointed at Henry and Zeus handed him the hose. "Your turn." I motioned for Henry to spray him too. He turned the hose on and walked close to him, spraying his face from about 12 inches away. "Don't kill him, not yet." He couldn't breathe I could tell he was choking on the water. "Stop," I yelled at Henry and he shut the water off immediately.

I had them dress him again so we could shove him back in the trunk. "Thanks for the drink." He winked at Henry. I had to put my hand on his chest to stop him. I turned around and walked closely to his face. "No one buys this tough act, Ryan, I know you are terrified to die." He shook his head no. "I am not afraid of you Smoke, I am not afraid of anything." He was lying, I learned recently everyone is afraid of something. I told him that one day I would end his suffering but not until I knew my Sunshine was done with hers. "She will never forget me." He said through his teeth. "No your right, she probably won't. She will remember you as the trash she married before she came back to me." That sparked his interest but I knew better than to give him more detail. I knew he couldn't tell anyone, but I wasn't willing to take that chance. He laughed. "It's going to take me longer to wash your brotherhood stank off of my beautiful sheath next time, I can't wait to slam deep inside of her again and remind her she is mine. " Now he was trying to get under my skin so I smiled at him instead. "About two hours ago I erased your 24 hours from her memory. I kissed it away and licked it away, and then I buried my length completely inside of her, and she moaned my name. She begged me for it. She was in ecstasy with me. I know she fought you, I know you tried to force yourself on her. Is that how you gain power you worthless waste of a life? You make these women submit with violence and fear because you know deep down there is nothing about you they would want were it not forced. Your pathetic Ryan, Your words don't bother me, because I know you are going to die. I will pull this trigger one day," I patted the gun on my pants, " and you will be nothing but a distant nightmare that everyone eventually forgets especially MY sunshine." I emphasized my. We started to walk him back to the trunk. We let him use a tree to relieve himself and gave him some water to drink. I couldn't have him dying before I wanted him to. He didn't need food yet. I didn't have time for that it was almost time for me to meet Luca.

"She loves me Smoke, you will see, she won't let you kill me." I stood back looking at him in amazement, he's delusional. I heard a faint beep in my ear, then her voice. "Can you guys hear me?" she could hear us, I forgot about the comms. I slammed the trunk shut with Ryan locked back in the same place. "Yes, Sunshine we can hear you," I said as we walked back towards the house. "He's wrong Smoke, It's you that I love, I love you so much." My heart almost exploded hearing her say she loved me, I was so distracted that I almost didn't hear what she said next, "I want to be the one to kill him."
