CHAPTER 32: B.B

“You may have noticed that I am different from anyone you have ever seen. What you have seen is just a drop in the bucket,” K spoke slowly while still straddling B.B as she wasn’t ready to let go yet.

“Tell me about it. I want to know the whole of you,” B.B said as he hugged her waist for comfort.

So, K began to speak about ten percent truth and ninety percent lies. She practically told B.B that she has a master that was teaching her the path of cultivation which was the reason why she gave him a pill that could aid him in his journey for martial arts.

She also told him that she was stronger than him and that was something he could agree on. However, what she told him about her unique physique, he was taken back but he continued to listen to every word she said.

She spoke for roughly an hour before the two looked at each other after she dropped the bomb.

“Because of this, you can’t accept my feelings?”

“It’s not only that but I vowed to myself that I will not have one man and I don’t see you as someone who would love to share. This is the real reason that I rejected your confession,” since she had decided to tell him some truths she went ahead and told him her greatest desire.

In this era that they were living in, there were rare cases of women becoming bigamist but she didn’t care. As someone who was going to live for a long time, she wanted to be accompanied by two gorgeous men by her side. And if one couldn’t accept it then he might as well just scram and she will find someone.

B.B could feel the seriousness of what K just told him. He didn’t like the issue of sharing his woman with someone else. It really repulsed him, so when hearing her speak something like that, it made him feel down to the extent that he softened and K looked at him with a raised eyebrow.

“I knew that will be your answer. Since you can accept it then it is time for me to leave. I guess you have satisfied your curiosity,” after saying that, K lifted herself up and looked at the softened shaft that just came out of her.

She felt very disappointed though, she wanted to be with B.B so much since they were compatible but it wasn’t meant to be. She left him to brood over the matter and went to the bathroom where she took a shower. She brought out her clothes and put them on. As someone who was going to meet her idol, she needed to look merry and beautiful.

She looked at B.B who had worn his clothes and looked at her as if he was seeing a ghost. She simply chuckled and shook her head.

“You don’t need to send me out, I can leave myself,” she said and left the bedroom.

B.B was still in shock but there was no way he was going to let her leave alone after the three nights they spent together.

What he never expected was for K to disappear right in front of him after giving him a polite smile. He simply sat down with shock. He had listened to her speak but watching this happening, he knew that she didn’t lie to him and she meant every word she said.

He looked for her for a while but when he received a text message from her, he knew instantly that she was okay and gone. B.B returned back into the villa and headed for the shower first. Everything felt like a dream so he decided to wake himself up but when he felt his body getting cold he knew that it was not a dream.

He needed to hear other people’s inputs and views on this. And he knew the right people for the job. B.B contacted Amos for a meetup and this friend of his was very happy to hear from him after three days of going missing.

B.B met Amos at The Veil and ordered two bottles of expensive wine. He needed a strong drink while discussing the matter of the heart.

“Why do you look so down when you spent such great days with your woman?” Amos asked his friend. He was supposed to be happy and not look like a beat-down dog.

“Dude, I think I am in deep,” B.B said as he gulped down the whole glass.

“Is it that bad?” Amos couldn’t help but be worried.

He knew how it was like for people like them to have partners that they really liked. Their marriages were arranged by their families which is why they played hard before they were tied down with duties.

Ever since that night months ago his friend left with the young girl, he changed and his changes came as a shock to him and everyone around him. It was the first time that B.B looked serious about anyone and seeing him like this didn’t look good.

“Tell me about it,” Amos coaxed his friend.

As someone who loved gossip and wanted to hear more about the changes in his friend, he failed to stop himself. As someone who needed help and advice from a friend, B.B narrated the story to Amos but emitted the cultivation part.

Amos looked at his confused friend and couldn’t help but feel what B.B was feeling. No wonder why his friend looked so confused and down like this.

“What do you want to do?” Amos asked as he wanted to hear his friend’s opinion.

“To be honest, I don’t know. I just don’t know.”

“How do you feel about her? Be honest with yourself.”

B.B heard this and began to look deeper within himself and he finds the answer.

“I don’t want to lose her, the feelings that I have for her are so deep that when I heard her talk about that. All I wanted to do was just lock her up but I can’t. I want to see her happy. When I saw her leave, I wanted to grab her and tell her that it is okay but I was too late,” B.B spoke with remorse.

He could still see that smile on her face when she disappeared. How down she looked when he kept mum after she spoke. If he were to look for her, will she even look at him again?

“I think you already have the answer to your dilemma. What you need to do now is to find which other man you will be sharing with her. It will be good if the two of you can be on good terms since this will be for the long term.

Since we are people with no power to control our own marriages, you need to be strong enough to protect that relationship. So, man up my friend and look for your beloved before she looks for someone else.”

“You are okay with all of this?”

“What I want is for my friend to be happy and you are happy with her and that is what I want. I don’t really hate her because she was honest with you from the go. If she was selfish, she would have not told you about it. You would have just found out about it later when she is already with another person.”

B.B kept on listening to what Amos was saying and he found it comforting. He should at least be happy right that she told him first and she hadn’t found the next guy. Above all, he was the first man to take her chastity which brought him some relief.

“Thanks, man, I think I will contact her now,” B.B felt lighter after acknowledging his feelings.

He took out his phone and called her but after trying so many times he couldn’t get through to her.

“Is she not picking up?”

“I guess she is busy with what she came here for. I will call her later,” he sighed as he looked at his phone.

At least she didn’t blacklist him, right? He could only just wait till she was willing to pick up his calls again.

For now, he can only drink until he drops and forgets about the pain that struck deep into his heart at the moment.
