CHAPTER 74: COLLEGE ENTRANCE EXAM

Days turned into weeks and soon months flew by very fast. All high school senior students were in a frenzy as the moment they have been preparing for had finally arrived.

In order to do well in exams, parents hired private tutors for their students, sent them to cram schools and the teachers were even more serious as they tried their best to pass the knowledge to their students.

The greater pass percentage of the students represented the honor of the school and this can serve as free promotion for new students to enroll at their schools.
On this particular day, a lot of students all held their stationery kits and student identity cards that they will use when they enter the examination halls.

Back in Dielas City Flora was excited as she had worked so hard like a maniac. Her ticket to Valletta to see her idol depended on these examinations she was about to take.

Krystal had refused to let her visit before she passed her exams. She knew that she was doing it for her good and she appreciated it. At least whenever she had some trouble with hard questions, K helped her through video calls.

It really pained her though to hear those male voices in the background and yet she couldn’t see them. So, in order to see these brothers-in-law of hers she had to work hard.

In Valletta Krystal smiled as she stood next to Casey who had joined her sect, she didn’t disappoint her at all. Casey came to her the next day a waste; she could tell that something had happened to her but she didn’t ask. Everyone has some secrets to keep after all.

In just a span of two months Casey’s progress was great which was a huge relief as a result, Casey now belonged to the inner circle of her sect along with others that were recruited.

“Do well in exams,” K cheered the other up before going to the hall she had been assigned.

The two of them were not in the same hall so they went to their different halls. K showed her credentials and made her way to her seat and soon the examination papers were passed over.

The college entrance exams were going to take a week, every day writing two exams; one in the morning and the other in the afternoon.

Krystal who has a great memory and perception didn’t take long before she began to fill in the blanks on her paper which shocked the hell out of the invigilators. The invigilators in charge shook their heads with disappointment as they thought that she was someone who was just writing for the sake of writing.

An exam that was supposed to last two hours was finished quickly in less than one hour and Krystal submitted her paper and went.

When the invigilators reviewed her paper, they were surprised and were reminded to not judge the book by its cover. This same action was repeated for the course of the week and Krystal ended up spending around twenty to thirty minutes in the hall before leaving.

On the day of the final exam, Krystal did her thing and when she was about to go to her car she was stopped by an enthusiastic older man. Since he looked friendly, she stopped and smiled politely at him.

“How are you?”

“I am a good child. I am Dr. Thomas from XXXX University and I hope that you don’t mind me stopping you like this,” the older man said and she smiled at him.

“I don’t mind at all. How may I help you?”

“How about we go somewhere and talk?”

K didn’t find anything wrong with that so she followed the professor to a café where she ordered some cake and orange juice.

“It’s like this, on behalf of my school I would like to scout you,” Dr. Thomas spoke and looked at her with anticipation.

Krystal knew about this university and it was one of the best she didn’t mind thinking about it.

“I will think about it but there is something that you need to think about before you become eager,” K said with a smile.

“What is it?”

Krystal simply narrated her story and her criminal record was dubious especially after Emerald and Mary admitted to it. She also told the man that she was married to two men. The shock on his face was just so fascinating but she didn’t mind what other people think of her as long as she was happy.

“This…”

“That’s why I said that you should think about it or look into it. Going to college is just a dream of mine but I can do without going too as it will be just wasting time. I have already achieved almost everything without going there. So, think about it and get in touch with me whether you still want me or not,” K said as she stood up and left a card on the table.

Dr. Thomas watched as the young girl left, he was shocked that she was in that kind of marriage but what was even more shocking was the pressure that kept on spilling from her. He sensed that she was a grandmaster and childlike that even if she is a criminal, he didn’t mind risking his job to lure her in.

He quickly left the café in order to meet the committee and discuss the issue of Krystal as he was aware that other Universities will be eyeing her and even willing to pick any garbage of hers as long as they managed to steal the genius.

And the person in question was already at the mansion, welcomed by Lil White who no longer looked like a kitten but a normal cat size. She had let the tiger show its colors, it wasn’t a cat after all.

When the husbands returned, they found Krystal in her study busy looking at her laptop. She let them kiss her before she joined them on the couch where she sat in the middle.

The house had a rule, everyone should be home for dinner and if there are issues one should announce in advance. Since they are a family, why should they not eat together?

“How did you do?” J asked as he massaged her feet.

“I did pretty well. I was invited to XXXX University by Dr. Thomas today,” she reported with a smile.

B.B who heard the name couldn’t help but raised his eyebrows in surprise.

“What answer did you give him?”

Krystal narrated exactly what happened back then and her men burst out laughing.

“You are just something else,” J couldn’t stop laughing.

“I don’t want to hide it; it’s not like I am embarrassed by any of it. I don’t want to be accused of hiding something so huge in the future so it is better if they know about it sooner than later,” K defended herself while pouting at J who pinched her cheek.

“You did good, let’s wait and hear from him. If that one doesn’t work then we can try where I am schooling,” B.B suggested but she shook her head.

“Let’s just play it by the ear, I will see when the time comes whether to go or not. I am already a billionaire; why should I go there?”

Hearing their wife spouting nonsense only made them laugh as this showed that she was in a good mood.

The trio cleaned up and had dinner together like always. They cultivated in the space for a while before retiring to bed where they tumbled in the sheets and ate more as compensation.

During the week when K was writing they avoided getting intimate with her as they didn’t want to tire her out but since she was done the two that couldn’t get tired of their wife ate her thoroughly and left her very exhausted that she woke up the next day in the afternoon.
