CHAPTER 57: DALERY

When the VISA came out, K quickly took a flight to Country Leye for her mission. She took a bus to Dalery which was her final destination. K booked a presidential suite in one of the village’s hotels.

Dalery was not like any other villages where people are impoverished but it was on par with a third-tier city or a first-tier town, which is why the village had a number of good hotels and restaurants of high caliber.

K took a shower first before visiting the hotel’s restaurant for some dinner. She had her first Dalery specialty and the experience was exhilarating. After her dinner, she took a walk getting a firsthand experience of the village.

The hotel on its own was one of its kind filled with a lot of tourists. K could tell that the hotel was a hotspot and expensive. K walked for an hour before returning to her suite.

K checked upon Lil White in her cultivation space and watched with awe as the tiger cultivated. This beast was surely very dedicated and it was a good thing that she kept her spirit stones away from it otherwise she will be doomed.

After envying the beast, K sat down on the mat and sat in a lotus position before she began to cultivate and put her mind on it. K was on it until dawn the next day when she cleaned herself up, ate some breakfast, and left for her mission. According to the treasure map the seal was somewhere in the mountain.

Back when she didn’t start cultivating, she had to trek the mountains by foot but now she was able to fly if she wants to or move so fast as if some wind was passing by.

In order not to attract some unwanted attention from other tourists, K wore her hiking gear and behaved just like any other hiker. After using her perception to check the surroundings she immediately vanished rushing towards the spot.

The mountain was huge so it took a while before she arrived at the spot but there was absolutely no sign of what she was looking for. K began to look further which was quite frustrating.

After wandering around like some lost soul she finally realized that the place was sealed. There was some sort of folded dimension which was quite difficult to find. She had little knowledge about the topic which is the reason why she struggled till this point but luckily for her she has her system.

K entered her system mall and went straight to the pagoda where she began to stroll through the floors time, she found the books on dimensions. After paying huge amounts of crystals, she took her books and headed to the cultivation pace since the time flow there is very slow.

She sighed as she looked at the books and began reading them one by one. She managed to finish all the books after a week in the space. She massaged her temples and took a deep breath.

Even though she had read and understood about the different types of dimensions, she just discovered that she needed to understand some arrays too to unseal the dimension.

K returned to the pagoda where she bought books on array formations which she read for two weeks this time as she was busy practicing what she learnt. By the time she got outside the sun was about to set. She ate some food despite being an immortal cultivator as she loves eating more than taking some fasting pills.

Eating to her can be considered to be not a priority but she was someone who wanted to live her life to the fullest and eating good food was part of it.

After filling her stomach, she began to perform some complicated seals over and over again until she saw an opening. She smiled as she realized that, her hard work had surely paid off.

K managed to enter the folded dimension and was amazed by what she was seeing. The place was surely beautiful; she searched for traps but didn’t find any which calmed herself down.

After walking for a while, she reached a flower garden and picked one flower which turned into powder in her hands. The powder had this calming fact that made her feel at ease.

Since this dimension didn’t belong to anyone, K began to harvest the whole garden of flowers placing the flowers in her warehouse. After that, she began to take every little thing she can find inside which were antiques, jewelry, jade, and spirit slabs.

After clearing everything she walked towards a pool of translucent water where she lives in and swam into the deep. She could see the blinding light at the bottom and she followed it, covering herself as she didn’t want to die in an unknown place. It will be quite an embarrassment for her.

After swimming for a while, she finally reached the golden chest that had been blinding her for hours. She fished the chest out and placed it in her warehouse before swimming upwards.

When she got out of the pool, she began to see the changes and they freaked her out. She knew what has to be done and that was for her to leave the hell out of the place before the whole thing collapses.

It took her thirty minutes to tear out of the dimension and when she was taking her breath, she watched with her own eyes as the pocket dimension disappeared and the place where the gate was located, a small tree appeared.

She looked at the tree and smiled. The tree was beneficial so she plucked it out and decided to plant it at her mansion. When she got out, the sun had already set and the stars were shining brightly in the sky.

After checking her watch, she noticed that it was already in the morning so she flew down the mountain, and soon she was back in her suite where she cleaned up and retired for the night.

Because she was very tired after a long day, she didn’t open her chest but simply went to bed.

The next day she woke up in the morning and washed herself up. She went to the restaurant where she had a heavy breakfast before returning to her suite.

When she returned, she went into the system mall and took out the chest from the warehouse. She sat down and unlocked the chest with her spiritual power which drained quite a lot, leaving her a bit powerless.

She needed to meditate later to replenish the energy she had just lost. When K opened the chest, she felt her heart thumping so loud it felt like jumping out. She was so excited she didn’t know how to react.

Inside the chest lay a beautiful white jade lotus seal, its carvings were so exquisite and unique. K immediately fell in love with it, it seemed like taking this mission was good after all. This seal was even better than any signature seal. Using this will show her mighty and prowess. Things were moving for the better now.
