CHAPTER 56: MISSION

K hide the fact that she was in Valletta from her men as she wanted to surprise them later when everything was sorted. She just never expected that on the third day she arrived in Valletta, a familiar notification sound was heard. It had been ages since she heard it.

K disappeared into the system and went to the mission hall where she read the new mission that was on the board.

MISSION: SEARCH FOR THE LOTUS SHAPED SEAL

Reward: Makeshift Mountain with a hot spring

SUB-MISSION 1: CREATE A FACTION
Reward: storage rings

SUB-MISSION 2: FIND A LOYAL PERSON
Reward: car modification

K smiled happily as she read through the missions. These missions were truly tailored for her current needs. She wanted to look for her previous butler who was always loyal to her and if she finds him then it means that she will have completed the sub-mission.

As for a faction she can be considered to have already done that. Her two men were part of her faction, all she needed to do now was to name it and inform them about her decision.

It would be good to have more people following her, they will protect her family if she is not around, and they will be loyal to her as she will be their savior. This mission was pretty good; she will have to find others.

K suddenly had a realization; she still has her gang and it will be good to teach them some tricks after all they have proved their loyalty to her these past few months.

The only problem lay with the main mission; she didn’t know where she will get that seal but she owns a treasure map that may be of great use.

She took out the map and tried to search for it but she couldn’t find out. After trying all methods for thirty minutes she had an idea. K went to the treasury hall where she paid a lot of crystals to upgrade her treasure map to two more levels.

She had noticed that the map had not reached the level of searching for what she wanted and the best thing was to upgrade. After upgrading the map, she smiled instantly as the position of the seal showed up on the map.

K returned to her study and opened her laptop to begin a search for the location that the treasure map had shown her.

After a number of clicks, the location showed up on the map and K looked dazzled. The seal was currently abroad in another continent, the country was very small and a place full of tourist attractions.

The seal was in Country Leye, in a small village called Dalery. K searched for more information on the small village and she found out that the village was well known for its mountains and rivers.

Many tourists go there to have that feeling, to be surrounded by nature. The village was very attractive and a bit more upgraded than the others.

K needed a visa to go there which meant that all she had to do was to go and apply for a tourist visa for a week and then go there. She was going to delay her surprise as she had somewhere to go first.

The following day K visited the Leye embassy where she applied for her visa, the whole process took the whole day but it was worth it. She was told to come back in three days for collection which made her happy.

After leaving the embassy, K met up with the gang at the office that they had opened. K looked at the place and nodded her head. The gang decided to open a nightclub that can allow them to gather a lot of information that can be essential to her. She appraised them for such great thinking and gave them a huge bonus.

“I am not here to see the business but to speak about something very serious,” K said as she gauged their faces. When she saw that they were concentrating she began to explain why she was there.

“I am planning on forming a faction or organization whatever you may call it…” K spent an hour explaining her thoughts to the gang who showed an excited expression on their faces.

K didn’t know the gang had been waiting for ages to have her teach them something and do something more meaningful than what they were doing.

“So, what do you say?” K looked at them with expectant eyes, she truly needed them to agree for her in order to achieve the power that she needed as well as her car modifications. She just couldn’t wait to see what the modifications will be.

“We have been waiting for this for a long time.”

“Thank you for the opportunity.”

“We will do it.”

“We will lay down our lives for you.”

K smiled as she listened to the gang accepting her proposal, this was truly fantastic.

“Good, very good. Tomorrow comes to this address and we will start with some basics. You have to know that there are two elders above you and you will meet with them when you are qualified enough. There is also one thing you need to know; I will not tolerate any betrayal from anyone. I will personally end you and erase you so that no one will ever remember your existence.”

Hearing her speak like that made their hair rise, they had seen how crazy she was and they didn’t want to experience something like that ever again. So, they quickly pledged their loyalty which satisfied her.

After dealing with the gang, K left the club in her red car and drove to the mall where she bought a small suitcase for her journey. It would look very suspicious to travel without any luggage when going abroad.

The next day K was busy playing with the cat when the gang of five arrived. K took them to the back of the mansion where she gave them a tutorial first before giving them the water pills.

As per her instructions, she had them bring extra clothes since the clothes were going to get dirty after the purification process.

Ian, Aaron, Bowen, Jim, and Sam felt so powerless as the excruciating pain pierced through their bodies. This painful process took two hours to come to an end and when it was done, they were all sticky and dirty.

The stuff that had come out of their bodies was stinky and they just couldn’t stand it. K had them go and clean themselves in the guest house where they changed their clothes after that.

“This feels good.”

“I feel lighter and great.”

The gang kept on saying many praiseworthy words as this truly opened their eyes. Their admiration and respect for K even soared high. The red-haired leader Ian turned to look at his colleagues and brothers and gave them a warning.

“We have all seen what boss is capable of, let us remember this favor and never betray her in this life. Do you understand?”

“Yes, we do!”

K smiled as she listened to the gang’s conversation, her hearing had heightened so much that no one could speak behind her back without her knowledge.

That morning she cooked breakfast for six people and one tiger. They enjoyed their meal first before she parted them with cultivation scrolls for the basic foundation.

Seeing them holding the scrolls like treasures, she smiled brightly.

“When you are done reading it, the scroll will disappear but the knowledge will be stored in your head. You are not allowed to tell anyone about us or teach anyone. You can spar on your own and depending on your contributions, I will give you the resources that you need such as pills but for now, you just do without.”

They didn’t care about the pills; they will work hard without their aid so that they prove to her that they are not just lay but hardworking human beings.

After explaining a number of things to them, the gang finally left and K felt better. The mission wasn’t yet done as the faction didn’t have a name yet. She was planning on taking her time to choose the name as this name will last forever.

While waiting for her visa to come out, K spent her time playing with her tiger, cultivating and studying her books. Time was very precious and every second counts and shouldn’t be wasted.
