CHAPTER 54: THE MOVE

Time flew by fast and Krystal was done sorting everything out. The mansion she had bought was renovated and it was ready for her to move in.

Annie like promised conducted the farewell dinner for her which was very emotional but everyone has to move on. During the time she was preparing she also held a meeting with her employees at Pixyfly.

She will be sending the stock as much as she can as long as Olivia puts in the order. As for the villa she was currently dealing with it as she had to leave Dielas the next day.

Krystal looked at the woman who couldn’t stop crying. Aunt Grace had been at it for a while now ever since she told her to sign the title deed form. She had strongly rejected but K managed to coax her until she agreed.

Now instead of going to file for a change, she was busy comforting her as she cried.

“I am sorry, I just got carried away. You don’t need to do this,” Aunt Grace started it again which made her frown.

“This place means a great deal to me which is why I want to give it to the person who made all this possible. Just take it as my gratitude gift to you for all the hard work you did.”

“But…”

“Let’s go now, I have things to do later,” K cut her before she continued again.

The two took a taxi to the community council where she filed the transfer which was a success. After changing the villa ownership deed, she felt better.

“Give your children a better life. You can work and save the money for something else and leave the accommodation trouble. If I ever hear that you don’t live here, I will be very sad,” K spoke seriously as she looked at the older woman.

She knew this gift was a bit too much but to her this was just a place where one lives and sleeps. There was no big deal with it.

Grace seeing that K was set on doing it quickly accepted it. She was also fond of the villa and having her children live in a place like this was just one hell of a miracle.

“Thank you very much. I will always remember this.”

“Just live happily. Oh, another thing, you must go to Pixyfly tomorrow and you will be given a job there. The salary will depend on the post that you get but if you don’t like working there then you can do whatever you want,” K said as she sat on the sofa inside the villa.

“This…”

“You can’t be a housekeeper forever. Work there for a while and save some money. Then open a shop or something.”

After hearing that Grace knew that K meant well. Ever since she began to work for her, she had saved a lot of money even after paying her expenses but with the rental costs gone, it means that a huge chunk of expenses had been cut.

She would use that money to buy her kids some necessities and save the rest to open her restaurant. It has always been her dream to open one even if it is small. She can still expand it in the future.

“I will go and report tomorrow.”

“That’s good, you can move in any day. I will go and tell the management about the change so that you will be registered as a resident.”

“Thank you very much, for everything,” Grace said with all her heart. It was the first time someone was gracing her like this.

“We are all family.”

After finalizing things with Grace, K left for the management office where she brought up the changes. After changing everything and saying her farewells, she returned to the villa where she packed her books and packed them into her space.

She didn’t want to travel with a lot of things when she had a space cheat. She put everything inside and left just a bag with her tablet, a book she was currently reading, and face towels.

That night Grace cooked a delicious meal which she ate happily. Since she was leaving, she decided to leave some food from her system mall for Grace.

When Grace saw the food, she was very grateful, she knew that the food that Krystal produced was quite good and very different from the rest. She used to have insomnia but after eating her food she was completely cured. The same was true for her kids.

“I left some seeds for you, the vegetables won’t be the same as the ones that I have but they will be similar,” K said as she gave the bag of seeds to Grace who took them as if she was holding some treasure.

K smiled at the woman and had her breakfast. K was going to take the morning flight so she left after that. She had planned on taking a taxi but she met Flora waiting for her outside the complex.

The two girls hugged before getting into the car. The driver took them to the airport where Flora just wouldn’t let go. She had to coax her once more so that the girl may let go.

“We can still do video calls and talk through IONIQ. If you fail however don’t even think about it,” K joked with Flo again which made the belle pout.

“Just wait and see.”

K spoke with Flora for a couple more minutes before hugging her goodbye. K boarded her plane and took her seat in the first-class where there was much space and quietness.

The flight wasn’t long and after two hours K was in another taxi to the real estate agent who had her keys. When she met the agent, they spoke happily and the keys were surrendered to her.

K made her way to the mansion she had not seen in months. She had seen videos and pictures but it was different from seeing it in person. After paying the driver, K unlocked the front door and walked in. She was amazed by what she saw. This place looked very extravagant; it was really worth all the millions she spent on the renovations.

It took more than an hour for her to check every room in the mansion. The last room she checked was her room which happen to be the master bedroom. She fell in love with it immediately.

Looking at the custom-made four-post bed, she jumped on it and enjoyed the softness of the king-sized mattress that the designers chose for her room.

After checking out the bed, K made her way to the open closet which was huge like the bedroom. The closet was empty and huge enough to fit clothes for three people but this was her room. The boys had their own which is why she was going to fill all this up with her clothes, bags, shoes, and jewelry.

The rest of the day was spent hanging clothes in the closet, setting up her study, and filling the kitchen pantry with food from the system grocery store. She spent quite a lot of money as she bought food in large quantities.

This whole place was quite huge and she won’t be able to manage it by herself as she will be busy with her studies, company, and missions that had not popped up for a while.

K decided to find a reliable butler which made her think of one person, her butler in her previous life. She decided on looking for him and if he wasn’t available, let him introduce someone to her.

Because she was tired, she cooked a simple meal for herself and the white tiger before retiring to bed for some well-needed rest.
