Chapter 14

"What did you do to him?" She shouted.

"I froze him. Why? Do you want him to die? "

"BITCH!"

She instantly threw me a water ball, but I dodged it. She's continuously throwing it, and I'm just avoiding it. When she suddenly released an ice flakes in her hands.

"Oh? Cool. You took that magic? " I said impressed.

She smirked. "Yes! Why ?Are you afraid? "

I grin. "Why? Is that strong? "

Her eyes were squinting as she looked at me. I chuckled. She made both ice balls and water balls in her hands and instantly threw them to me. She's like a stupid mage, throwing and screaming at me while throwing those.

"Die, you girl!"

That's what she kept shouting. I snorted. I was avoiding her magic, and she's all about throwing it without realizing it can drain her magic. She made ice balls, water beams, ice shuriken, and a water whip all at once while smirking at me.She released it until it stopped. She looked at me breathlessly.

"It seems that someone has already reached her limit."

"You witch!"

I laughed.

"You took someone else's magic.. life! They trusted all of you, but you betrayed them. How shameless!" I gritted my teeth.

She laughed. "This is how we lived. We need more magic! "

"To put leverage on others?! To suppress them? " I said angrily.

She shrugged. "If that's what you think," then she laughed hard.

"You have no right to live!" I said furiously.

 

"Frozen Ice!"

 

Little by little, the ice covered her. From her head to toe. She even used her ice power, but it didn't work. Is she thinking? It just spreads more. She screamed until she became full of ice.

I can make them into tourist spots.

I glanced at others. Their mouths were agape; they had just finished. When I looked at their opposing people, my eyes widened. They were worse than me. Vandel's counterparts were both burned in various ways; the man's legs were burned to the stomach, and the woman's shoulders and face were burned. , a man with the same power as her, was on top of the tree as if it was nailed, and there were branches surrounding him, probably from Relm. The Princess and Elara's opponent are in the room with a large water ball that I think is drowning because it is still moving. While Copelan's body is full of wounds, his leg is almost broken.

So this was their level? No wonder.

"What is that?"" I exclaimed as I pointed out their opponents.

"Why is someone on fire? Drowning? Hanging? Almost a broken leg? " I shouted loudly.

Sandra hit me. "Wow! Meliora, it looks like you didn't turn your opponent into an ice statue!"

I scratched my head.

"Where are their captives?" Vandel asked me.

"We said to them to run. One more thing, Miss Violet was one of them. " I answered.

"Hey! Where is she? I almost went around the whole Bora and then she's here! " Relm grumbled.

Sandra hit him. "We too!"

"Nyenye" is his only answer.

I laughed .

"You know, Meliora, the leader, almost burned the man earlier." Sandra said loudly.

"Huh? "Why?" I asked.

"Because the man mentioned that he likes you.Then the leader got angry and almost set him on fire! "She said while laughing loudly.

I looked at Vandel, confused. But he just looked away and didn't even look at us.

"How did you get here?" Elara asked gently.

"We got fooled by a kid!" I answered her with a frown.

"Aha! You were talking to that child. He's not a child anymore. That's his power. " Relm said.

I just shrugged. Well, at least we're done now. I looked at the dilapidated cabins here. They are almost unusable; just a little twitch and they will crumble. I think we should wipe these out.

"What are we going to do with them?" I asked while pointing at the people who were lying down.

"Are they all dead?" the princess asked.

"For us, it didn't just lose consciousness." Sandra answered.

"Same as mine." Copelan seconded.

"I don't know, but I think they're alive." Vandel answered with a wince.

"Well, ours just passed out," Elara said.

They all looked at me. I scratched my head. "I can melt that. They're fine. "

"But before that, Vandel... wipe this cabin."

He nodded at me. We just watched him while he slowly burned the houses. I really wonder how come these people know how to take others' magic. Did someone teach them? book? person?

Luckily, they are not that strong and lack practice. What if there are some people who can master not one, but two magics?

Well, I know someone.

"I think we should take them to Tamora." As Princess suggested.

"But why? They are not from there. What if they are from another land? " Sandra said softly.

"Tamora is the center and largest of all lands.We can't leave them here. Let the headmistress handle them. Maybe she has a solution for them, or maybe they will be locked up. This is a crime after all. " Elara answered.

"I think they're right. We should bring this land back to its peaceful life. It used to be peaceful and happy." I said.

 

"Do you know what happened here, on this land?" I asked them.

They're forehead furrowed.

"No, why? What happened? " Vandel asked.

"What's going on? Even I was wondering about the people outside," said Relm.

"It's like this—"

Then Sandra told them everything that Miss Violet had told us. In its previous life, until the disappearance of the girls, and now I glanced at their reactions. Their foreheads furrowed. Relm couldn't believe it because he kept hitting Copelan like he was the one telling the story. I silently laughed.

"They're cruel!" "Princess said after hearing the story."

"They should be punished!" Copelan stated.

"Yes, It's terrible! They were able to do that?!" Relm reacted. While Vandel was silent

"Yes, but it's really great that we saw Miss Violet here!" Sandra said.

"We should thank the kid!" Relm said and laughed.

Sandra just hit his arm. But he's right. It's a good thing they thought of us as their victims. Unfortunately, they failed.

"Let's go," Vandel said to us.

"How about these people?" Relm asked while pointing them out.

"Float, Copelan." I answered.

He looked at me. "Okay," he answered seriously.

"Yay! Problem solved. Let's go! " Relm exclaimed loudly.

"So gay!"

"Who's gay, Sandra? Call me once again, and I'll kiss you right here!" he shouted.

"You're horrible at what you say! Did I say a name? You're self-proclaiming. " Sandra answered while laughing.

And then they got into a fight again. I was just staring at them. They're too noisy. Elara and the Princess are even better. Yes they were. They were just quietly walking ahead while following Copelan. W-wait? Where is Vandel?

"Looking for me?"

I was shocked when someone started talking from behind. I glared at him, but he just chuckled.

"Are you okay there, Meliora?" Sandra shouted.

"Yes,"

"Are you okay?" Vandel asked.

"Don't do that!" I answered, irritatingly.

He just ruffled my hair, which he always does.

"Didn't they do anything to you?" he suddenly asked.

I smirked. "Nothing, but I did something to them." I brag.

He just chuckled. "Of course, it's you,"  he said.

"Pardon?

"Nothing! Just be careful next time,"he only says.

I saluted. "Yes, boss."

He just smiled, and I smiled in return.

"Hey lovebirds, we're here!" Sandra said loudly.

I hit her. Whatever, she said.

We entered the inn where we were staying. When we opened our room door, Miss Violet was already waiting for us, sitting on the sofa and carefully looking out the window.

When I followed it, my eyes instantly widened. It was a moon. How beautiful. A lot of new things are happening in this land today.

When she saw us, she stood up and smiled.

"Thank you to all of you very much for your help,"  she said while looking at Sandra and me.

My answer was just a smile, but the answer of Sandra was the opposite. "It's nothing. As long as you need anything else, I'm here!" she assured.

Relm hit her. "Hey, you might be forgetting we're still here!"

"It hurts!"

"Your power really suits you!" Relm said to her.

"You guys are more suitable." I suddenly told them, and suddenly they became silent, which made me laugh.

Miss Violet just smiled. "I am Violet Stone, a sorcerer." She introduced herself.

"Sandra, air mage."

"Relm Earth mage at your service!" Relm introduces himself in an exaggerated way.

"Copelan, Air Mage."

"Elara, Water Mage."

"Princess Kara, Light Mage."

Miss Violet seemed surprised. " Y-you are the princess?"

"Why?" we asked in unison.

"Nothing. Sorry, I didn't pay respect right away. " She said, and bowed a little.

"It's okay. I'm fine without it, "answered the princess.

"Vandel, Fire Mage."

"Meliora, Ice Mage." I smile to introduce myself.

"It's so nice to meet you all. Thank you again for what you did in the land of Bora." Miss Violet said.

"It's nothing!" Elara answered.

"We should take our rest. "We will go home tomorrow," Vandel announced, which made them very happy.

"And you will come with us, Miss Violet," he added.

"Don't worry, Meliora already told me," she said softly.

We didn't bother to fix ourselves. Due to excessive fatigue, they all lay down on the bed. Miss Violet, on the other hand, chooses to stay on the couch. We insisted, but she said she'd be okay.

I smiled. We will go home tomorrow.
