It was only the next day Alexia knew the deed had been done, she woke up on his chest, both still staked naked under the duvet.
When her eyes opened, she first looked up at his face and he's still asleep. She got up and quickly clothed herself, before going inside the bathroom for a bath before he can wake up.
Last night was so blissful even though it was unexpected. Her mate had mated with her in the most sweetest way ever in such a way she felt loved. Today will be awkward between them, there will be some tension, she can feel it already.
When the Alpha woke up, the thoughts that came into his head weren't soothing until he heard the running of the shower, that was when he calmed down, assured nothing had happened over the night and she had ran away.
Getting into one of his clothing, he wanted to get out of the room and come back later since her bath is taking long but he waited, and sat himself on her bed.
He's not leaving without seeing her face.
Wrapped in a towel, Alexia came out of the bathroom thinking the Alpha must have left but she came face to face with him soon as she closed the door behind her.
"Good morning." She smiled shyly.
Her dripping body tells him she didn't clean her body with the towel before coming out, making her look so yummy for his eyes.
"Did you sleep well? How was your night? I hope I didn't hurt you?" The amount of questions he poured on her was so overwhelming she can't believe she actually laughed.
He rose up and said, "I mean it." And she became serious. "Yes I did sleep well, and my night was fine." Skipping the last part thinking he wouldn't notice, she crossed over the room towards her closet.
As she looked for something to wear she can feel him hovering behind her, and almost turned around but remembered the promise she made to herself not to make the situation awkward.
"You didn't hurt me, no you didn't. Alright?" Thinking that will get him off her neck, she answered.
"Okay." He simply said.
As she looked through her closet and laid her hands on something she turned around expecting him to leave but he stood there, watching her.
"What?" She asked, trying her best not to laugh. He's acting clinging or she's getting it wrong?
"Nothing. Dress up." He effortlessly ushered and shifted back, not knowing that wasn't the privacy she needed.
"Can you stand outside for a bit, I…" seeing as his face literally changed before she can even finish she face palmed herself and coughed out before continuing.
"Don't get it all wrong, okay? I don't mean I can't dress up before you depending on what had taken place last night but I think I won't even be able to because I'd feel so shy and it will make thing awkward for the day and who knows the rest of the week and I…"
"It's fine." He hushed her ramble. "It's totally fine you need some privacy so you don't need to apologize about that. I will take my leave."
She nodded, thankfully.
He was at the door, opened it but still looked behind at her.
"Alexia." He called and she looked over.
"I'll be in my room, if you need me. With anything." He said and not expecting that, there was a thirty seconds space- yes, she'd nervously counted that- before she nodded gleefully, her face with a bright smile.
That being exactly what he wanted to see, he nodded and left, clicking the door shut silently against his departure.
After he'd left, she clothed herself and did something… jump in the air. She looked at the door he's just exited again and jumped up in the air with so much happiness this time around.
Why does he look like he's so attached to her when what they did last night was just a mating? She didn't seduce him or anything but let things take it places and now it's as though she's charmed him.
Today will be a good day, she can feel it already.
When she got to the dinning table, it was void of the Alpha but only the Luna at the table which ought to include Ava but eyes still in the cell. On that, she might have to speak to speak with the Alpha… she'd feel guilty if Ava is mate to spend so long in there.
She was about to sit at the table while acting unaware of the Luna's evil stares when Kade appeared.
"Ma'am, good morning. The Alpha asked for you to be brought to the garden." He bowed slightly and raised his neck.
Already glad to be out of the Luna's sight, she didn't argue with him and followed, a hiss from the Luna heard as she left with the Beta.
"What for?" She then looked up at him after they areout of the Luna's sight and approaching the garden. Why is everyone almost taller than her though? Well, by the everyone it's just the Alpha and Beta Kade.
Perhaps she needs to eat more.
"Breakfast." He smiled back at her and she grinned internally not wanting to be a lost cause to the man beside her.
"We are here." That was all she heard Kade say before he went back in and left her alone there.
She was almost panicking when she heard a whistle and looked the direction to see her mate waving her over, and what she first noticed as she took her seat on the table opposite him was his handsome face.
He's all decked up. "What's the event?" She asked.
When his eyes directed hers to the content of the table she looked at there are different types of meal, served in different dishes, all of it looking mouthwatering.
"We are having a special yet simple breakfast together today to celebrate our first meeting!" He annouced.
