Chapter 102: Ildrich’s true power

I give him a death glare and showed him how mad I am. I look at Rita. I know that she's ready to sacrifice herself for Wendy's sake. When I sense that my mate is in danger, I quickly find her.
"I'm here, are you okay, Rita?"-I ask.
"Yes, I manage to save Wendy."-she said. I held her up and carry her. She grab my hair as soon as she sat down my shoulder. Marquis Wiles laugh.
"Lovebirds? Maybe they'll see who is the real powerful here if both of you dies."-he said. He turns to wolf and ran towards us after he torn my vines and freed himself. I snap my finger.
"I said how dare you...targeting my woman."-I said. My eyes turns yellow and vines strangle his feet and his mobility slowed. His blood drops and it turns to roses and its glowing either. He stops and he must have smell the scent of his blood coming from the roses. When I raise my hand, the petals flew up the air and surrounded him creating a ball of petals. I snap my finger many times and the leaves turns to blades that keeps on cutting him.
"Aghhh!"-he shouted in pain. The blades starts cut him deeper and when it collected enough blood, it became a giant rose and devours him.
"No one can hurt my woman."-I mumbled arrogantly. I walk away and headed to the castle.
"Your power...are you hiding that to everyone?"
"Yes, I only use that when my opponent is quiet skilled or when I'm mad."-I said. She place her face in my head and I can sense that she's happy.
"Are you happy even if you almost die there?"
"Uhm. Because I saw how cool you can be when your serious in fighting. You look awesome and handsome."-she said. That made me smile.
"You better keep yourself safe and alive. We still have a wedding to prepare to, soon-to-be Mrs. Edros."-I said. She cress my cheeks.
"Uhm! I heard you. Can you promise me that you won't overdo either? Especially that the war is approaching soon."-she said. I nod.
"Of course, I haven't enjoyed being your husband. I need eternity for it."-I said. She kiss my cheek.
"Thank you. I love you, Ildrich."-she said.
"Tss, I love you more, silly."-I said. When we reach the castle, Wendy run towards her and hug her.
"I am happy your okay, aunt Rita."-she said.
"Thank you for saving Wendy."-Wendell. She smile.
"Of course, this furry niece of mine had a lot of things to do in the future."-she said. After that, we all go back in our room to continue our sleep.
ULYSSES ALEXANDERS P.O.V
I knew what happened last night. I smiled while watching Ildrich and Rita who are busy in planting some pumpkin in the garden bed. Yael stood beside me and he must have notice what happened also.
"He really love Rita. He never use that technique when he's not mad or if its his last resort to win."
"Yes, I sense what happened and I let him win because I know that he's much powerful than marquis Wiles. I didn't notice that he enters the region after they fled."-I said.
"Good thing that he died and he showed that he really traitors us. Ildrich has the potential to create his own pack."-he said. I also agree to what he said.
"That's true, after all he's a reliable wolf himself. One day he will create his own pack along with his children and children-in-law."
"Speaking off, I think Farrah and Eugene are getting used to each other. I can smell a grandkid one of these days."-he said. I chuckled.
"That means we're old, Yael."-I added. He laugh.
"Well, we are a cool and handsome grandfather's."
"And you? How's your honeymoon stage with Yasmin?"-I ask. He smiled and whispers something.
"Its sweetly ba***s, my friend. I really enjoyed being a husband. Speaking of husband, when are you going to held a wedding ceremony for her highness?"-he ask and gave me that expression.
"I am thinking by the next full moon? That is five days from now."-I answered. He smiled.
"That's a good idea. Let's give her a grand wedding."
"Maybe Ildrich and Rita can join us or any of the couples here who wanted to have a wedding ceremony. It's romantic when wedding is held under the white full moon."-I said. He look at me.
"Are you sure you want a multiple wedding like what we had?"-he said. I chuckled.
"Why not? It's not because its my wedding it doesn't mean that it can be us only. I will talk to Eugene if he wanted to give Farrah a wedding ceremony. Talk to Rita and Ildrich for me."
"Okay, no problem, your majesty."-he wink.
"Shut up. It's weird when everyone called me your majesty. Just call me by my name."-I said.
"No problem, I like calling you Ulysses anyway."-he said. We help them from planting more vegetable in our little farm in the backyard. When we all finish it, Miranda creates a rain cloud to water the plants.
"Fresh vegetables and fruits coming right up!"
I know they uses a potion to make the plants grown and bear their fruits after they taste the rain water. We all smile when we saw them growing quickly.
"Who wants a vegetable for today's dinner?"
"Us!"-we said. After eating dinner, everyone is still in the garden enjoying the cold breeze of autumn.
"In a week, winter is coming finally."-mother.
"I am happy that I can finally feel the warmth and coldness of the weather after we almost die decades ago."-father. I smiled and sip my tea. Jillian and her husband appear. Rojun stood up and greet his parents. Bambi on the other side suddenly steps back and I can sense that he will panic anytime soon.
"Maybe I should"ve shut my mouth at that time."
"I also agree. Look at Bambi, she is just a normal panda a few months ago and now she became a half-human and learn that she'll become a wife of a witch. That"s really too much."-I said. She pouted.
"Are you consoling me or what?"-she ask. I laugh and kiss her instead. Jillian went to her and held her hand. She look at me again and say something.
"Should I erase their memories about it and let them write their own love story?"-she ask.
"Nope. It's too late, I think Rojun himself will do his best to show his love to his disciple. Let them be. They're already grown-up, remember?"
"Ohh...yes. I forgot about their age in interspace."
"My daughter-in-law is still shy as ever."-Jillian.
"Don't give the kid a hard time, Jillian."-mother Cendrea. At last they came home now after a week of leaving. I heard they evacuated everyone that's why he wasn't there when Cynthia saves me.
"Hi, mother and grandmother. How's everything?"
"It's already settled and that island can only be visible to visitors that I will let it in. A week before the blue moon came, I will teleport that island in interspace."-mother. They sat down and the tea cups move to them and they start moving on their own. I heard them sighing and yawning.
"Did you guys forgot to sleep?"-Cynthia.
"Yes, we're too immerse with building with their houses and making sure that everyone is okay. Dawn, Dusk, Twinmoon, Magus and even Skyfall. My body is aching and we want to have some sleep."
"I think you should, grandmother and mother Cendrea. Your room upstairs are ready and...? They just fall asleep."-I said. They both sleeping on the chair. We end up laughing and Eugene carried his great grandmother and father Wallace carries mother Cendrea. 'Hmm, why not? They can also had a wedding ceremony along with us. It"' not a bad idea at all. I will talk to father Wallace later on.'
"It looks like we have to go to bed already, everyone."-I said. They all stood up as well.
"We agree."-they said.
CYNTHIA MAXIMILLIAN P.O.V
When he's sound asleep, I went down the bed decided to visit Magus. I look around and most of the houses that have lights are maybe Glaiza's minions. I look at the ancestral house of Maximillian. I entered and sense the warmth from my ancestors.
"One day this house will be given to its rightful owners."-I mumbled. I suddenly feel a presence. I look around and saw a silhouette. I ran upstairs and followed it. When I enter this strange room, the door closes and disappear. Mirrors suddenly appear in the wall and images starts to flash on the glass.
"What are these? Memories...?"-I mumbled. Is that grandmother Laura? He is the first witch to be born. I think this room is telling me the history of one of the two families who became witches.
"What is this? Is that uncle and...Brenda? Wait, what is the meaning of this?"-I mumbled. They had a child? Who? Then it suddenly flashes where that kid is. My eyes widened in surprise.
"Yael? Yael is my uncle? Oh my goodness!"
Brenda threatened my grandfather that he will never see his child if my mother won't destroy Southwest region. That place who...bullied Brenda for being a stupid witch? What the f**k! Uncle had no choice but to create a puppet parents for my mother that will teach her to destroy that region? But I saw in these memories how my grandfather save the citizens and how he repent his own actions. But how come that Yael became a werewolf? Later on my question is answered, it was grandfather's fault. Before he died and sacrifice himself, he erase uncle Yael's memories and turn him into a werewolf.
"Grandfather and mother had lost their chance to be parents because of the same person. Because of Nathan's great-great uncle, grandmother lose her chance to be a mother."-I mumbled. I am happy that I can be able to raise Eugene myself but Ulysses lost his chance to see him grown and be strong.
"But why your letting me see this?"-I ask the house. The mirror suddenly changes the scenes, I put my hands on my mouth and my tears will fall down my cheeks. No! Yael, Evan and Pricilla will die in that blue moon war? My knees suddenly feel weak.
"Why...? No! There must be something I can do!"
It suddenly shows my face. My right hands is above my left and their is a pocket watch floating. My eyes suddenly shows the hand of the clock. I don't understand it. What is it? What do I need to do?
"What should I do? Mirror answer me!"-I screamed.
