Chapter 92: Hopes from the past

ULYSSES ALEXANDERS P.O.V
I look at her, what did she mean by that? I give her a puzzled look. She sat up and look at me.
"During my investigation about what happened to your village years ago. I learn that your parents body is missing. There is a chance that your parents is alive. I am thinking of two possible reasons. It's either my mother saves them or the slaying council hides them for a reason. That maybe to use them to control you. I am afraid that if they re the one who posses them, you'll make decisions that might affect our plans. I am afraid for that, Ulysses."
"Don't tell me you have no faith and trust on me, Cynthia? I know what I need to do, Cynthia."
"I have faith in you. But I saw how furious you were when the day that you learn who is the slayer who leads the annihilation of your village. I don't want to see that side of you again. More than anything else, I am more afraid of losing anyone. Not you the most."-she said. I sigh and grab her closer.
"Trust me this time, my beautiful mate. I won't do that again. I saw how much pain I inflict in your heart. I hate it when I cause you any kinds of pain. I promise that I will take care of you better after you came back with our son."-I said. She sigh.
"I feel like the pressure in our shoulder weighs heavier than we thought it could be. But I promise that I will find the truth. Can you trust me this matter for now?"-she ask. I nod.
"Okay. I will. After all, you never fail to fulfill your promise to me. I will concentrate with my duties and just call me if you need me, deal?"
"Yes, boss. Thank you."-she said with smile. I kiss her. I pulled the quilt and made love with her. When morning comes, I ask the others in my office even Yael's presence. They look at me.
"Cynthia told me that there is a chance that mother and father are alive."-I started. They look surprise.
"What? Why is her proof that they are?"-Pricilla.
"It's because of her investigation. She learned that among the villagers that died and being burn at hat time, my parents body are missing."
"If that's the case, they've survive?"-Marko.
"Where are they? Did she tell you?"-Vincent.
"There are two reasons that she said. It's either her mother save them or the slaying council had them. She is afraid that they might be one of those beings they've use for their experiment."-I said.
"I hope its the first one. Wherever they are or what Cendrea do to them, I am sure they safer than the second one."-Pricilla. I sigh.
"I hope so. If that's the case then I am more happy to see them again. I don't want to be there enemy if they became moonacres."-I mumbled.
"If that's what happened to them, we better save them from those bastard's hands. After all, we will be the one who will handle the moonacres, remember?"-Yael. They smiled and look at me.
"Yes. WE will save uncle and auntie. Every moonacres as possible as we can. We can do that, I'm sure of that."-Chenqian. I smiled.
"Thank you everyone."-I said.
"Father...! Oh, I'm sorry. I will come back later."
"It' okay, son. Do you need anything?"-I ask.
"Yes. I need your blood and aunt Pricilla's."
"Huh? Why do you need our blood?"-Pricilla.
"I don't know why, but in this book, it suddenly appears. It is a gold page and the ingredient is your blood and aunt Pricilla's."-he said.
"Maybe because its an special page that my mother made for them."-Cynthia said. She is standing on the ceiling and read the book as well.
"Mother, stop that. You will scare humans."-Eugene.
"There is no human here. Look at them, they're just frowning. Son, don't be like that. They're scary. Smile always like I always said."-she said.
"We frown because of your weird actions!"-they said. Eugene laugh. Cynthia creates two knives and gives that to me and Pricilla.
"I think we better do this in the backyard? What if this spell will make explosion like the others?"
"That might be true. It will be a hassle to clean things up."-she said. I sigh.
"You always snap your finger and a tornado will make things back to normal, remember?"
"Ohh, that's true."-she said and cross her arms and feet while floating. We all shook our head. When we reach the backyard, Pricilla and I cut our palm. The blood starts to come out and Eugene place them on the gold page of the grimoire.
"This is strange, the spell ruins is not complete yet. It stops on its 2/3. This is strange...agh!"
Eugene suddenly cut his finger when she touches the edge of the paper. His blood drops on the papers. The ruins starts to be completed.
"Why did it needed our bloods?"-Pricilla.
"What is going on here?"-I ask.
"Maybe that book needed three bloodline of Alexanders."-Cynthia. The book suddenly floats.
"The book is glowing, mother, father."-Eugene.
"Wait, that is not something that would eat us, right?"-Chenqian. Cynthia laughs.
"No. I...guess?"-she said and creates a barrier.
CYNTHIA MAXIMILLIAN P.O.V
All of a sudden there two bubbles that appears. There are two wolves on each bubbles. They"re hugging their knees. I saw Pricilla and Ulysses" reaction. My barriers disappears and they ran closer to the those two bubbles. They touch it and the two bodies slowly lay down the ground.
"Uncle...auntie?!"-Pricilla said and starts to cry. Then I realize who they are. I smiled as tears fall in my cheeks. Eugen look at me, the others are also confuse. The two wolves open their eyes and cough.
"They're Ulysses" parents."-I said. Everyone smile.
"Mother...father."-he said. They look at him.
"Is...that you, Ulysses?"-her mother.
"What is happening here? You're already a full-grown adult? Your mother just...just...Pricilla?"
"Uncle, it's been 34 years."-she said. They both agape their mouth and look around.
"34 years? Where is this place?"-he ask.
"It's the castle of the kingdom of werewolves."
"Skyfall?"-he said. He nodded.
"A witch suddenly appear before I lost consciousness and then...everything went blank."
"Yes, I also remember that, honey. She is wearing a purple cape and then she...she...what did she do to us?"-his father. The book went back in Eugene's hands and there are words that starts to appear. It's my mother's handwritten.
"When the day comes and three bloodline of Alexanders are gathered. They'll come back to life and start anew. May their child meet them again and live happily. Sincerely, Cendrea..."-Eugene.
"Cendrea? Is that the name of that witch that saves us? Son, tell me, did she help[ you to live as well?"
"Yes, mother. She ask the king of Skyfall to foster me and then when he died years ago, I became the next king of Skyfall."-he said. They hug them.
"Cynthia, we saw that there is a light that comes from here...? Who are they?"-Ashley. They went to the market to buy the castles needs.
"They're Ulysses" parents."-I said. They nod their heads. I suddenly feel that ears are burning. I snap my finger and disappear. Then I saw Glaiza trying to kill a whole villagers using a fire that starts to get closer and closer to them. I snap my finger and the fire stops. She smirk when she saw me.
"There you are, daughter of that bitch!"-she said.
"What the hell is this, Glaiza?!"-I shouted.
"I will kill them. I just wanted to vent my anger because you brainwash my daughter."-she said. I created a barrier for the villagers. They hug their families and shivering in fear. She laugh devilishly.
"My...My...you came in your death trap!"-she said. Then arrows and thunders starts to strike me. My eyes turns pink and all her attacks stop before they even touch me. I snap my finger and they vanished.
"I don't have time with your games and don't try to blame anyone for your own karma. Accept the fact that Gladys is a good woman and not an evil witch like you!"-I said and attack her as well. I used snow to froze her but she uses a barrier to protect herself. In the end she can't withstand it. She became like an living snowman. Then fire lit from the snow. She shouted and surrounded herself a ball of water. I saw how mad she is when she look at me while water is dripping all over her body. I grin.
"No matter what you do Glaiza, remember that when your doing evil you will never win. I may not be the person that will defeat you, someone will. I'm sure of that. Leave this village...alone!"-I said and a strong wind pushes her away from this place and I send her back to Magus.
"T-thank you. Miss Witch!"-they said. I smiled. I snap my finger and every damages that she created here are being fixed. I decided to make a strong barrier here. Wait, where am I?
"What region is this?"-I ask. A kid answer.
"You are standing on a small village of Southwest region."-she said. What? But I remember that this place is...I flew up and saw the changes that drastically happens in this region. There are few parts that is still dark but most of this place had trees and villages again. How did this happen? I tried to know if this is an illusion but it isn't! I am not dreaming as well. What is happening here? I went down and saw an old man that seems to be their leader. He smiled on me.
"It's been a while when a Maximillian visits this region. If I am not mistaken its been 21 years to be exact."-he said. I can sense danger when I am in a certain places and they are harmless.
"What is happening here? I thought this place has been inhabitant because of what happened centuries ago."-I said. He smiled.
"We are being saved before its too late. Benedict Maximillian had foreseen that his niece will be use to destroy Southwest region. Decades had gone by, Cendrea Maximillian tried to rebuild Southwest region by the spells she created. Then we came back and start our new life again. You must be her daughter. You look exactly like her."-he said. I smiled and feel happy that I learn this truth.
"We will help you to deal with moonacres."
"Huh? Did you guys know how to deal them?"
