Chapter 96: Nightmare of the powerful

I saw my grandmother leaving the camp. I decided to see where will she go using a mirror. I look around and choose this part of the vast grassland.
"Let me see what grandmother do and where did she go."-I said. The mirror starts to show me. She is choking king Daniel. I gulp, I can see grandmother"s wrath. She wanted to show how mad she is after they betray her and how that king made my mother's life miserable. I raise my hand and wave it down, the mirror disappear. I knew grandmother will never kill them at this moment. That will give us a bigger problem if she will. I sense her presence.
"I thought I was the only who that notice master's leaves the camp. Even you either."-Farrah.
"Farrah, can you tell me more about grandmother"s life story? I wanted to hear more about her."-I ask. She sat down and so do I. She look above the sky, a moment later on, dawn will come. She started to tell me about the times she shared with grandmother.
"Good morning, everyone."-I said and yawn.
"What's wrong son? You didn't sleep well?"-father.
"I did, Farrah and I had a long night."-I said. They gave us that weird glances as if they wanted to pry.
"It's not like that. I knew Farrah is not ready yet. I am not into that anyway."-I said and yawn again.
"Don't tell me you find my apprentice ugly, grandson. This old woman will be sad if you do."
"Huh? I didn't say that grandmother Cendrea."
"Farrah is a beautiful woman, grandson."
"Even you, grandmother Miriam? Come on guys, I am not really into that, yet. Mostly, I didn't say that she is ugly. Don"t put me in a hot seat!"-I said.
"Then she must not be sexy enough?"-uncle Yael. That made me sigh. How can they do this to me? Farrah is also staring at me. Her eyes is also asking. I pulled her beside me and place her in front of me.
"She's beautiful inside and out. She is also sexy, she smells nice and she is warm. She is not ugly at all, what I mean is that...how can I think of doing it when the houses here is just a few inch away?! I can use magic to make the room soundproof but I want to do it in our wedding night, is that fair now?"
They nodded all at once and raise their thumb.
"Good point, let them decide when they'll do it."
"Thank you, grandfather Alfred."-I said.
"Then lets settle the wedding tonight!"-mother.
"Ehh?!"-we both said. Father sigh and look on us.
"Are you ready for it, you two? Just tell me honestly."
"How about you, Farrah?"-I ask. She faced me.
"You decide it. I'm okay with anything you said."
GABRIELLE HUMPHRIES P.O.V
I can't stand this anymore. I will go to that place and I'll bring my husband back! I will escape tonight before dawn breaks. My parents never showed interest in taking George back. They"re cowardly afraid of attacking Skyfall first. I heard that they also kidnap Ashley. But I don"t care about her!
"Daughter of that damn witch. The one who killed my daughter, you must die."-a cold voice rings in my ear. I look back, I can"t see anyone.
"Who is that? Show yourself, you bitch!"-I shouted.
"You will never get what you wanted. Your life will be lifeless and you'll die alone until your last breath. That"s your curse...ahahaha!"-she said in horrified tone. I can"t move my body, what is going on? Am I dreaming! No, this is not happening. No! A pair of pink eyes appeared in the dark. But its not my half sister! Who is she? 'Don't tell me she is the late queen"s spirit?! No! No! No! Wake up Gabrielle!'
Everything went black as if it wasn't a dream at all.
"Good morning, crown princess."-Vera. She look unwell. I give her another peek and she look scared.
"What's wrong, Vera?"-I ask. She just shook her head. My parents also join me in the table. But like us, they look horrible. My father speak first.
"My head is still spinning. I feel like what happened last night are all true."-he said.
"Its been two decades, all of a sudden Cendrea appear in my dream, that witch!"-mother
"Cendrea? What kind of dream did you had mother, father?"-I ask. They look at me. They both tell me what happened. Its the same as me.
"I even dream a woman with pink eyes last night. She told me that I have a curse after I killed her daughter. Could that be her?!"-I said,
"Your majesties, I also have a dream last night. A pair of pink eyes looking at me straightly and tell me that I mean to die ear...ly?"-Vera. Everyone of us had the same dream last night. But why?
"Hi there, little princess."-Estella. Where did she?
"Where did you, never mind. Why are you here?"
"I am just here to bring my present to you before leaving the capital for the meantime."-she said. She smiled sweetly. Who is this woman.
"By the way, you look tired and stressed. What happened?"-she ask. I don"t know why but I told her the story and she just smirk.
"You must have deal a monster yourself, your highness. Don't worry, you"re a daughter of a strange woman. Anyway, I have to go. I"ll see you again, next time."-she said. What did she mean by that? Daughter of a strange woman? But why?
CYNTHIA MAXIMILLIAN P.O.V
He kiss me and our son in our forehead and step back. He look at me intently.
"Don't try to go anywhere else and make trouble, queen of wolves. I am giving you a warning."
"Understood, your majesty."-I said. He laugh.
"Eugene, I am counting on you. We have to go, Marko! Stop being a clingy husband, let's go!"
"Shut up!"-Marko said. The boys seems to leave all by themselves and I knew they"re hiding something."
"Kings of three kingdoms, listen to me. Don't try to hide anything or I'll kick your asses. Remember that I will always be watching."-I warn them.
"We hear you."-they said and disappear.
"They're lying."-Pricilla utters. I sigh and look above.
"They're planning to soar high all by themselves."
"Don't worry about them, they"re not meant to die."
"Mother?"-I mumbled. She smiled and put her hand in our head. I just can't hide my emotions.
"I know that he is eager to protect me more than I did. I am afraid that he'll hurt himself along the way."
"Don't worry, I just saw your husband's future. He will take care of his family generations for centuries as well as everyone. Relax and trust them, let them protect you as they wish to do."-she said.
"Cendrea, have you...forget it."-mother Miriam.
"We will win, Miriam. I"m sure of that."-mother.
"Stop being negative, everyone. We should focus and train the hell out of us."-father.
"By what means?"-mother. He snap his finger and pointed the training ground that father created.
"Maybe this better for now."-Yasmin.
For the past days, we all enjoyed each others company and hang out every night. But I saw that mother is a little bit distress. I knew something is bothering her. I sat beside her as she gaze at the grasses that is dancing because of the wind.
"Are you okay, mother?"-I ask even if I knew the answer. She just smile and heave a sigh.
"I just feel bad because I saw how miserable the life of Dawn"s citizen. I knew this will happen but it is a pain in my heart to see them personally.
"Mother, I knew that you love that kingdom as you hope that it will be place for those who wanted to have a new start. But I promise that I will take that back and give the citizens the life that they deserve."
"I know. Now that I came back from two decade sleep, I will help them little by little until we have it back. Before I forgot, how"s your relationship with Ulysses? I mean how did it start? I knew that he came for you for another reason."-she ask. I smile.
"He want me dead, actually but..."-I pause.
CENDREA MAXIMILLIAN P.O.V
I saw how my daughter eyes shines when we are talking about Ulysses. I knew she is happy.
"But? Is it because of this Estella girl?"
"Yes, he is the king of the wolves and the prophecy made him choose me over Estella. He had no choice, but deep inside him he started to see that I am weak but can stand on my own when I want to protect them. He also see how much their home changes when we arrive. That made the love potion gets weaker and I start noticing it."
"When the person that drink a potion never take a step to weaken that, it is hard for them to get away of it and sometimes they"ll die believing that their love were pure and true. Somehow its a happy ending for them but not for the one who new the truth. By the way, I hope that everything is okay."
"Mother, what is your plan?"-she ask.
"I am thinking if you wanted to rule Dawn. Your father and I will reside in Southwest region."
"Actually mother..."-she mumbled. She told me what happened when she visits Southwest region. Tears fall in my cheeks.
"But why did they forgive me after what happened? I wanted to live there to help them and beg for forgiveness."-I said. She smiled.
"Because they knew the truth mother. Don"t worry about Dawn, if you didn't want to rule it, maybe I'll talk to Ulysses if I can."-she said. I smiled.
"If that's the case, I"ll think about ruling Dawn again. After all, your father is with me. We will be fine."
We had a heart to heart talk and I told her about things that I love about her father. When I get inside our tent, he is busy in reading some books.
"You must be happy that you finally saw what kind of woman she can be."-he said. I nod.
"Yes, I knew she will be a great woman but now that I saw it myself, I feel so much grateful because I had you beside me even if..."-he place his finger in my lips and drag me in his lap. He kiss me.
"I don't care if you love someone else before. Now that your back, I will own you for myself. I"ll be selfish this time,"-he said. I caress his cheeks.
"I"m sorry for everything, Wallace. Its because of me Glaiza tries to kill you and I even..."
"Its not your fault that you can't advice everyone. Its not you who can"t accept the truth. Just promise that this time, you'll cope up with everything, okay?"
"Uhm, I promise. Then, will you marry me?"
"I will always choose you, silly."-he said.
"Just in case, are you willing to be the next king of Dawn, Wallace?"-I ask. He just stare at my face.
