Chapter 94: Wake up, sleeping witch

CYNTHIA MAXIMILLIAN P.O.V
My father teleports us in a forest where trees are million years and they're very tall. I look around and smell the cold and scented air. It feels so calming.
"Hi!"-Gladys said and wave on us. I smiled and ran to her. I held her hand and saw how happy she is.
"You're blooming, Gladys. You look better this way. You became much prettier."-I said.
"I know. It's very calming here and I've got to do the things I really like here."-she said.
"Commander, we already finish cooking the food that you wish. Everyone is eager to meet your daughter."-uncle Amaro. I smiled.
"Let's go on the banquet plaza. I told them that we will celebrate because my family is here."-father.
"Let's go! My stomach is growling because I can smell all the delicious food from here. It will be a feast!"-I said and raise my hands. I even ran first and find the banquet plaza myself. Then I saw how beautiful they decorate this whole place! But I love what I can smell the most. I do.
"This is what they called party!"-I said. My father's men look at me and they're all confused. They suddenly grab their swords from the ground.
"Oh, I'm sorry. I'm Cynthia Maximillian. I'm your commanders daughter."-I said. They all look at my back and saw everyone. I wave my hand.
"Commander, is she your daughter that your talking about?"-one of the soldier.
"Yes, meet my child, Cynthia."-father.
"Nice meeting you, princess!"-they all said and bow down. That made me uncomfortable.
"You may all arise. Let's all eat the food!"-I said. They a growl from my stomach fills the crowd. I laugh because it was embarrassing, they end up laughing as well. I suddenly notice that the bigger moon tonight. It's beautiful, it's the same size when the night that I was first reborn. I smiled.
"But before we start, I need to tell you the reason why I invited everyone here. Everyone, step back from the center aisle."-father.
They all walk on each sides. All of a sudden the center aisle split into half. I can hear a sound as if something is being lift underneath.
"Father, what kind of secret are you talking about?"
"Wait for it, Cynthia."-aunt Jillian. Then a moment later, there is a big chunk of pink crystal that appear from the ground. My eyes widened, everyone of us. What the hell is going on? There is a woman inside the crystal. My knee suddenly feels weak as tears fall down my cheek. That woman inside the crystal is...
"M-mother...MOTHER!"-I said. I walk slowly and when I feel like I'll fall down, a warm hands wrap around my waist. He carried me and he walks us closer to the crystal. We started to float and I look at my mother's face. It was indeed her.
"Father, what is happening here? My mother died on the left tower in Dawn castle."-I said.
"I saved her that night and the effect of the curse didn't killed her. I made an illusion in Daniel's eyes that Cendrea slowly turn into ashes and died. But I have to put her in this crystal. I need your help to lift the curse of your mother."-he said.
"I can't believe I'll be able to see her again."-Ulysses.
"Its her. The one who saves us."-my mother-in-law.
"I can't believe that she is alive."-Vincent.
"Father, just tell me what I need to do. I want to touch my mother!"-I said. He nodded. He touch the crystal and it turns to dust. He catches my mother and cover her with a blanket. We face each other. My mother is suffering from the backlash of her spell. This is one of the curse spell that she created that intended to inflict pain and slowly kill that being. I place my hand in her face. I saw the tattoo in her collarbone. I cut my palm and my blood drops on it. It started to react and we saw that she is in pain. Her body is shrouded with purple aura.
"Hum-dal-im, nal-im-sum, tal-um-dal!"
"Agghhh!"-she said. I feel bad as my mother is trying to fight the pain. When I saw that the purple aura that surrounded her as if she is being put in fire. When it faded, she slowly open her eyes.
"Uhnnn..."-she mumbled. She look at father first and she notice us. Her three apprentices move closer and tears is falling down their cheeks.
"What...is going on?"-she said. Her voice, it's the same as what I have in my dreams. I cried loudly.
"Mother! Mother!"-I said while sobbing like a baby.
"Farrah, Clara, Miranda...? W-Wallace...?"
"Good evening, Cendrea. It been a while."-father.
"You're alive."-she said. My father's eyes went lonely.
"I am. I'm sorry if I erase your memories from 21 years ago. I'm sorry for taking so long. I'm sorry, my love."-father said. His tears fall as well.
"Cynthia..."-she said and reach her hand to me. I held her hand and look at her.
"You've grown into a woman. You're much beautiful than I am. I'm happy to see you again."
"Me too, mother. You are no longer just a dream. You're so warm, mother."-I said. She smiled.
"He must be the wolf that I envisioned that will be your husband."-she said. I nodded.
"We already had a son, Eugene?"-I said.
"Yes mother?"-he said. He look at him and smile.
"He is handsome. You two had made a beautiful man. Wallace, I have no clothes, am I?"
"K-kind of."-father stuttered. He is also blushing. I chuckled. I can't believe I'll see this side of my father.
"Father, look at your face. I can't believe you can be flustered like this."-I said. My mother's eyes look at him and then to me. Oh, I forgot.
"F-father? Why are you calling him like that, Cynthia? Did he tell you that?"-she ask. Father kiss her and it was weird. I look away and cough.
"This is awkward, Ulysses."-I said.
"Now you know what I have felt that time, mother, father."-Eugene. We both chuckle.
"We do."-we said in chorus. When father stops kissing her, mom's eyes turns pink. She pouted.
"Now I know why I feel like I forgot something!"
"I'm sorry. I am not ready yet to face Glaiza. My men is not yet ready for a war that might happen. I decided to make Glaiza pay for what she did. Threw her off the throne for being Magus leader."
"So it means...Cynthia is our child. I love that thought. I feel relieve that she is not a daughter of the man who slayed the village of my daughter's man. Thank you for always saving me, Wallace."
"I promise you everything, remember?"
"But first, I need to wear a clothes. I can also smell delicious food underneath us. My stomach is growling. Let me have a good meal."-mother said. My father chuckled. Everyone is happy to meet mother again. The banquet is filled with laughter's and happy faces from each and everyone.
"The night is already deep. We better go to bed and tomorrow will be another day."-father.
"Can I sleep with mother, tonight?"-I ask.
"Let your father sleep with his woman first."
I pouted and show disappoint. Everyone laugh because my childish reaction. Mother caress my hair.
"Mother will sleep with you tomorrow. I need to talk to this man first."-she said and twist my father's ear. I chuckled. I am happy to see them both.
"Okay. I know. Let's go to bed then. I also wanted to sleep."-I said and yawn. In our room, I look at him.
"Ulysses, I still can't believe it."-I said.
"I know. Just like how it surprises me when my parents is alive."-he said. We both smile.
"But most importantly, we are happy to see them again. Our family is now bigger that we thought."
"Yes. That's why we will be stronger than before."
