Chapter 73: True identity

BRENDA HUMPHRIES POV
I gritted my teeth as I saw how Estella became stubborn for the past weeks. She learns how to disrespect me. She must have fallen to that wolf. I didn't let myself get pregnant by a lowly witch for nothing. This is all because of you, Cendrea!
"What did you just said?"-he said.
"You heard me. I only need you to make me pregnant, more than anything else, your nothing."
"Why would I even to that?"-he said.
"Because you are just a slave of my family and you have no choice but to do it. I can kill you and your household in just a snap."-I said firmly. His face turn pale and that made me smirk.
"I dare not to offend you, Lady Brenda."
"Good."-I smiled. The next few months, I let a slave to have sex with me until what I have waiting for had come. In order to keep this, I erase his memories and he stayed as a lowly slave of my family. Until I gave birth to a healthy baby girl.
"I will name you Estella. You will fulfill my plan for revenge against that damn witch."
Several years had passed, I trained her to be strong and not a crybaby. Until the day I decided to let her survive on her own in mythical mountains. It took here years before she came back.
"Mother."-she said. She is now a young lady.
"Well done, Estella. Now, you should do what you need to do."-I mumbled. For next two years, she trained even harder until she agreed to be left alone in an orphanage as a part of our plan.
"Make sure that you will follow my orders if you want to be with me again."-I said. She just nod glancing at me with her cold eyes. She went straight to the orphanage. I smiled. Be ready, Cendrea!
I put on my earrings and stop reminiscing of that past. The door opens it was my husband.
"What's wrong? Your pulling a long face."
"Those three cowards. No matter how many decades had passed, they will never give up."
"It looks like Cendrea's influence on them is something that we should be wary for."-I said.
"It is, if they won't agree on me. They leave me no choice but to use the royal army's to control them."
"Then do it."-I said. I went on his back and massage his shoulder. Humans will easy to be controlled without using any kinds of spell. Especially men, they will always bow down to women's beauty.
"If you need to kill them all, then do it."
"I will. That will set as an example to those who wants to traitor me."-he said. I smiled devilishly.
ASHLEY BRIDGE POV
Everyone had the same answer. That the queen is just a lowly orphan who suffers a lot and survive on its own. She became a part of this orphanage after the woman who keep her suddenly turn to a crazy woman. It was said that I can find her in this cave.
"I hope she can tell me something interesting."
"Don't come here! This is my house! Leave me alone you idiot!"-she shouted. I catches the stone she thrown at me. She is indeed insane but I can tell that she can still be save. I took out the bread and milk that I bought on the market. She look at me.
"Is that for me?"-she ask. I nodded.
"Uhm. I bought it for you because I know that no one cares about you. You can eat if you answers my questions, will that be okay?"-I ask gently.
"O-okay...don't kill me like those soldiers. They always wanted to kill me."-she said. My eyes widened. They wanted to kill her? For what reason?
"Why? I mean you didn't do anything bad right? Then why did they do that to you?"-I ask.
"It's because of...sshh, don't tell them I told you okay?"-she said and look around. I nodded.
"Uhm. It's our secret."-I said and even place my finger on my lips. She eats and smile on me.
"It's because of the woman that I foster years ago. She is a witch. A real witch! I saw it my eyes, she is talking someone in the mirror. A little girl. They are..."
She look around once more and move a little to me.
"She said that she will make queen Cendrea's life miserable and take the throne. Sshh, don't tell anyone about it okay? Or else she will kill you too. Like what she did to my father. Sshh...keep it as a secret okay? Sshh."-she said. She keep on reminding me to keep myself quiet. It looks like I found the person that I needed. I already have the papers of assessment that the orphanage had done to the queen. I better take her and let Cynthia to be the judge of this woman's words.
"Do you want to come with me? I will give you more food."-I said. She smiled.
"Really? Those soldier also said the same thing but they all lied. They just wanted to kill me."
"No, I am not lying."-I said. She nodded and I held her hand and help her to stood up. I help her in getting up on the horse back when we saw torches.
"That old hag is said to be in this mountain's cave. We better find her and killed her for good."
"T-that's them! They'll kill me."
"Sshh. We will leave this place just be quiet."
She nod, I took two stone and rub them. The talisman burns and teleported us to Skyfall's village.
CYNTHIA MAXIMILLIAN POV
I felt Ashley's presence in this kingdom. But why she didn't teleport herself here? I hope she's not in any type of danger. Damn, maybe I should've ask her that kind of favor. I hope she is okay!
"At last, the party had ended. This is exhausting!"
"You're right, Marko. It is indeed exhausting."-Yael.
They all sat down and loosen the buttons of their clothes. I have to fetch Ashley on that village.
"Ulysses, can you send me home?"-Estella.
"No! I know what you are doing, Estella. Go home and let him take a rest."-Pricilla.
"Yes! Good idea. Your majesty, send her home. I don't mind. I am tired looking at her smirk and arrogant glances."-I said. They look at me.
"You should know how to guard your territory!"
They even shout at me at all once. What should I do...I have to meet Ashley now!
"Is there a problem, Cynthia?"-Rachel.
"Nothing! Yes, nothing! Don't go home. Just stay here for tonight. Yes, that's better. It's already late and I know your tired."-I said.
"Huh?! What kind of play do wish to do, Cynthia? Don't act like you care for me."-she said.
"That's better. I wanted to hit the bed. It's more tiring to held a banquet than sitting all day reading and signing papers."-he said.
"I agree."-I said and nodded.
"Alright, everyone go to your rooms and the guests? Just pick any rooms that you like."-Pricilla.
"Good night, everyone."-I said. I disappeared first. I lock my room first using a spell and went off to Ashley's whereabouts. I look around and I saw them eating in a noddle shop. She smiled when she saw me walking towards them.
"I knew you will learn that I am here."
"Yes. Is she your companion?"-I ask. This old woman faces so many problems. I can tell it by looking at her. She is also suffering from insanity.
"Hi. Ahh!"-she said and point her finger on me.
"You—you are queen Cendrea. Y-your highness, come closer, I have to tell you something!"
"What is she talking about, Ashley?"
"Just do it. You will learn it yourself."
"Okay."-I said. I sat down beside her and she whispers in my ears as if she's afraid that someone will hear us. I created a noise barrier because wolves have an extraordinary hearings.
"Your highness, that evil queen Brenda, she wanted to kill you. You have to hide, she also have an accomplice, they will kill you. Runaway. She I a witch an evil witch!"-she said. She put her finger in her lips.
"Sshh, don't tell anyone that I warn you. This is a secret okay? Sshh."-she said. My eyes widened after I heard what she said. I look at Ashley. She nod.
"It looks like this is not just any normal case, Cynthia. From the start, the queen came to destroy your mother's name."-she said. I gritted my teeth.
"It looks like Brenda is what I am looking for."
"What did you mean by that?"-she ask.
"I will tell you about it on the right time."
"Okay. Can I ask if you can keep her in Skyfall castle? She lose her insanity because of that damn witch."
"No problem. I will ask aunt Clara and aunt Miranda to heal her so that she can go back in her foot."
"I'm happy to hear that. She is just torn between Brenda's selfishness and greediness."
"Let's go home in the castle for now. I can send you back tomorrow in the borderlands."
"Much better. I feel tired already."-she said. After they eat, we went back in the castle.
"Can you help her to take a bath first? Then here's some clothes for her. I'll check the others. We just finish hosting a banquet today to warn the officials in the court. I will make sure everyone is sleeping."
"No problem. Leave her to me."-she said. I smiled.
I am walking around the hallway checking them using this glasses who can see through spaces like rooms and other circumstances. But I notice that the rooms are empty. What is going on here?
"I don't want to leave!"-Estella. I went to Ulysses room and I saw everyone there. Ulysses is tied and he sweating. Pricilla is holding Estella's clothes and her feet is above the floor. I look at them.
"What is happening here?"-I ask.
"Just like what I suspected. She is trying to make trouble again. She out something on my cousin's wine. You evil woman, your testing my patience!"
She threw her and it crack the wall. I look at Ulysses. Aunt Clara took a bottle from the floor.
"This is a strong aphrodisiac. If the one who drinks this won't mate to opposite sex it will crush their heart and other internal organs in just ten minutes! This is a banned aphrodisiac in every region, how come that you have this?!"-aunt Clara.
"How many minutes had pass?!"-Pricilla shouted.
"Five minutes already."-she said and look at the hour glass on the mini table.
"Ulysses...? Ulysses?!"-Yael. I went to him and look at him. His lips is bleeding. He look at me.
"I am okay."-he said. But I can tell that he's not.
"Why did you do this, Estella?"-I ask.
"He is mine. Mine alone!"-she shouted.
"If you love him why are trying to kill him?!"
