Cold Blooded

BEN'S POV:

Justice and Star better be at work today! If Justice doesn't show up, she's fired, but if Star doesn't show up, I'm keeping her. I'm so into her and I'm going to keep her around. She's so gorgeous to me, everything about her. Her sexy, curvy body, the way her long wavy hair flows past her shoulders, the way she walks. I must make her mine! I don't care if I have to make her love me, I'm going to have her one way or another.

I'm going to decieve her into loving me! I know she's with that no good Conri but I don't care. I am so much better than him and I'm going to make her realize this if its the last thing I do! She's so much better than him, she needs me in her life, I have it all and I will give her everything! I just gotta make her love me like the way that she loves Conri.

Star and Justice have one hour until their shift starts, I'm going to keep my eyes on the clock watching for them to be here on time. If I can't get Star to love me, then I'm going after Conri. I just don't get why she loves him so much when I am better for her! I'm going to make her realize this if I have to go to extremes, I don't care what it takes, I'm going to make her mine!

I'm going to call her into my office today and have a nice talk with her. I'm going to offer her a raise and more hours. I'm going to offer her all daytime hours, that way she can be with me in the daytime. Well, maybe I will talk to her about working all nighttime hours and I will be here at nights instead of days, that way I could keep her away from Conri at night, she can be with me throughout the night!

I must think of a way to persuade her into this!

As I'm engrossed in my thoughts of how to get her to work nights, I look up at the clock and they have a half hour before their shift starts, so I must rush through my thoughts.

"How can I get her to work nights? Should I offer her $2.00 more an hour and a weeks paid vacation?" I decided to offer a raise and a weeks paid vacation! Who wouldn't take this up. I know she will because I've heard her talking to Justice about needing more money. It's fifteen minutes before they get here, so I'm going to go to the floor where she is scheduled to work and make it known to my head nurse that as soon as Star arrives here she is to come to my office.

I had to hurry and get back to my office so I'm ready for Star. I combed my hair, put on some sexy smelling cologne and unbuttoned my top button on my shirt. I must look sexy for her, maybe this will turn her on! Nearly five minutes later, I hear a knock on my door. I know it's Star so I scrambled to sit at my desk since I was looking at myself in the morror. I had to collect my thoughts before she's in here. I sat down at my desk and said, "Come in."

When she walks inside my office, the thoughts run through my head, she looks so damn sexy in her pink scrubs. Then I had to get out of that frame of mind, I didn't want her to notice anything that would make her run off. I pointed my finger to the chair on the opposite side of me and said, "Good Morning. Have a seat." She sat down, she crossed her legs and said, "What do you want to talk to me about?" Looking into her eyes I asked her if Justice is here, and she said that she is. Her eyes are so captivating that I lost my train of thought, so she asked again, "What do you want to talk to me about?" I Started talking in a sensually whispering voice.

"Star, you're doing such a great job here at the hospital, I want to offer you something that I think you will like. Everyone just raves about you and your kindness, and how well you do your job. I want to offer you a raise!"

When I told her about the raise her eyes bulged as if she's going to take me up on it.

"Oh, thank you. How much of a raise?" She asked.
"How does $2.00 sound?" I replied.
"Oh, wow! That's great," She said.
"With this raise, I will need you to work all night shifts! Will this be an issue with you?" I replied.

She sits here with a small grin on her face and her hand on her cheek. I know she's thinking about it so I'll give her a few moments to respond.

"Well, what do you think? I think this is a good deal, one that I would take if I was in your position. Oh, and I forgot to mention, I will also give you a weeks paid vacation," I said.

That caught her attention.

"What? Are you really serious?" She said.
"Yes. I am. When my employees do a great job, I try to repay them back,' I replied with a wink.
"OMG. This sounds great to me!" She said.

I was just about to put this on the books, then she suddenly said, "Can I talk to Conri about this first? I'm sure he won't have an issue with it, but I want to discuss it with him before I make my decision."

That was not what I wanted to hear, but I told her that I need an answer by the end of the day tomorrow. Right after I had said that, she looks at me and says, "I definitely will give you an answer tomorrow!" Then she leaves my office.

I watched her walk out of my office and I couldn't help but to stare at her, the way she walks is so sexy. Sitting at my desk thinking, "Why does she have to ask for his approval, why does she always have to talk to him first." I'm getting so angry because he's in my way of getting to her.

"He's no good for her, I am. I'm going to get him out of the picture. I'm the one for her! This is going to be the battle of a lifetime and I'm going to win. My pack and I will make sure of it."
