Only One Day Left

BEN'S POV:

After I finished washing the ceiling, I was actually surprised, it came as white as a ghost and it looks good, so I started washing the walls. After finishing the one side of the walls, the rag that I'm using is filthy. I called Rin quickly, hoping that he's still out, thankfully he was, so I had him pick up a few wash rags, the larger ones. I couldn't do much more right now, so as I wait for him to get back, my mind races, the thought of only one day left until Star works nights, I'm getting nervous that we won't finish this room.

Rin should be here shortly and since I cannot do anyhting to this room I become more frustated than I already am. I want this to look at it's best for Star and now I'm not sure it will be finished by the time I want it to be done. I should have started this a while ago, when I first thought of my plan for us to become closer! Shaking those thought out of my head, trying not to get mad at myself, Rin finally got back.

As soon as I saw him open the front door, I yelled out, "Let's go, we have so much work to get done!"

Rin carried in the tools that we need, the large wash cloths first. He set them down on the hallway floor and went back out to grab the flooring. I picked up a wash cloth and went back to washing the walls. When Rin got back with the flooring, I told him to set it in the hallway and to come help me wash these dirty walls. He grabbed a wash cloth and started on the other wall.

We both mumbled under our breath how dirty these walls are. There is some type of yellowish film coming off also. But we had to get this done quickly, if we wanted to do this or not. It took us nearly an hour to get the walls sparkling white, but we just finished and they came out nice. Rin wanted to take a break, but I looked at him and told him that there is no time for a break, we must get the floor done tonigh! He just grinned and shrugged his shoulders at me.

I know this is a lot to do, but I'm doing all this for the woman I love. He must understand this. I know if he was doing this for his girl, he would be the same way as I'm being towards him. Now we start on the floor. This is gonna be the toughest part to finish then the room will be ready, at least for now.

Since there is no furniture in here, it actually shouldn't be that hard, now that I think of it. I'm finally calming down! I told Rin we will start at the farthest corner and work our way to the door. The flooring is a white stone design made of vinal, it snaps together. I thougt to myself, "This shouldn't take long at all since it snaps together, we will just have to cut when we get to the edges near the walls."

We work our asses of on this floor for mearly two hours and the floor is finished! We still have to do the edges, so I had Rin cut the floor to the size I need to make it fit between the floor and the walls. I had him cut it out in the hallway so dust does not get in the room. He cut the floor to size and I laid it down. Of course this part didn't take long at all, we got this finished a half hour later.

I'm so relieved! At first I didn't think this would ever get done, but it's done. Rin and I stand at the door and look at the room. I look at Rin and say, "THis looks great! Thank you for your help." He looks at me and says, "No problem. Can I go now?" He asked. I smiled and chuckled a bit and told him to go.

The only part that's left to finish is bringing in some furniture. I can do that myself. The bed isn't going to be a queen or king size bed, just big enuogh for the two of us. I'll bring in a medium size dresser in case Star wants to change here before and after work. That should be it for the furniture. I may put a mirror on the wall facing our bed, but I'll think about that a little later.

I'm just so glad we got this finished! My plan is working out hte way that I want it too!

Next, I'm going in for the kill. I'm going to make Star my girl and no one will stop me! I'm so stuck on her, ever since I hired her to work at the hospital. I'm going to sweet talk her and give her things. Things that Conri cannot give her! When I do this, she will realize that I'm her man!

Tomorrow is the day! The day Star, my beautiful, sexy girl starts working night turn. I have all day to prepare! I'm not sure whether I should come in tomorrow night, or wait one or two nights. I don't want to seem too pushy at first. I'll decide what I want to do tomorrow,. I am going to go to the flower shop and pick up a dozen red roses for her, I'm going to sprinkle them all ove the bed, I'm also going to light a few candles to make the room sensual. I want everything to look beautiful for her when she looks at our room!

I know for a fact that she will be so surprised about what I did for her! I also know that she will love the looks of the room. Conri could never do this for her! Only I can, I have all the resources and money to do whatever I want. Conri has nothing but a small, tiny, house on a field.

Before I leave here, all I could do is to grin and shake my head up and down. Once I get Star, my pack will take care of Conri and his pack. In fact, maybe I will have Rin spy on Conri tonight.
