Chapter 093 I Don't Want You to Take Responsibility

"Don't go!"

Just as Eric turned around to leave, a pair of jade hands wrapped around him from behind.

"Don't leave, I'm feeling so uncomfortable, help me!"

An hour and a half later, after a fierce battle, the two of them fell into a deep sleep.

This was Eric's first taste of a woman, and it must be said that it felt strange.

Three hours later, accompanied by screams, Eric woke up in shock.

He immediately sat up on his bed, and the scream naturally came from Tina. At that moment, Tina was covering herself with the blanket, glaring at Eric as if she could eat him alive.

"You bastard! What did you do to me?" Tina exclaimed in distress.

"Tina, you were screaming like crazy before. Don't tell me you forgot everything that just happened," Eric said helplessly.

Despite the overwhelming effects of the drug, the memories of that moment were still intact.

"You jerk!" Tina raised her fist and kept punching Eric's shoulder.

"Why am I the jerk? I wanted to leave at that time, but it was you who held onto me and wouldn't let me go," Eric said, helpless.

After a pause, Eric continued, "Besides, the bottle of alcohol we drank was clearly drugged, and it was undoubtedly your father who drugged it. It's useless to blame me. I'm also a victim!"

"I don't want to listen! You're just a jerk! Jerk! Jerk!" Tina cried out, tears streaming down her face.

Eric uncovered the blanket and glanced at the bedsheet stained with a red patch, proving that it was Tina's first time too.

"Tina, no matter the reason, since it has come to this point, I can only say that I will take responsibility for you!" Eric suddenly showed a serious expression.

Even though Eric knew that both of them were under the influence of the drug when they had intercourse, now that it had happened, Eric was determined to take responsibility for Tina.

After finishing his sentence, Eric took the initiative to approach Tina and embrace her.

"Get lost! Who wants your responsibility?" Tina pushed Eric away all of a sudden, not allowing him to hold her.

"You...you don't want me to take responsibility?" Eric looked at Tina in surprise.

"Nonsense! I don't care about your responsibility!" Tina shouted loudly with red eyes, looking pitiable.

"Get dressed! Let's go!" Tina pointed to the door, commanding him.

"Alright."

Eric stood up and quickly put on his clothes while Tina kept her eyes shut, refusing to look.

"I'm dressed now, you can open your eyes," Eric said bitterly.

Eric couldn't help but think about how they were just wild together moments ago.

"Get out!" Tina opened her eyes and pointed outside with her finger, her tone firm.

"Tina, you really don't want me to take responsibility for you? I feel like I can't just ignore it," Eric said seriously.

Although Eric didn't have strong feelings for Tina before this, since they had given their first times to each other, Eric didn't want to be an irresponsible man.

"You can't handle the responsibility! Get out! Get out! Get out!" Tina screamed in frustration.

Eric wanted to take responsibility, but if someone didn't want him to, what else could Eric do?

After glancing back for a moment, Eric turned around and walked out of the room, leaving behind the sound of Tina's sobbing.

After Eric went downstairs, George was sitting on the sofa.

"Mr. Phillips? Where is my daughter?" George saw Eric coming downstairs and quickly stood up with a smile on his face to approach him.

"She is still upstairs," Eric replied offhandedly.

Then, Eric looked at George, squinted his eyes, and said coldly, "George, you are truly heartless. This is your daughter we are talking about, and yet you dare to betray her? I can't believe you actually did it."

George chuckled.

For George, if it were any other person, perhaps it wouldn't be worth it for him to do such a thing. But this is Sean's own grandson, and based on that relationship, he believed it was worth it.

George quickly said, "Mr. Phillips, my daughter is a good girl. This was definitely her first time. You must take responsibility for her!"

"George, I was actually planning on taking responsibility for your daughter, but she didn't want me to," Eric shrugged.

"Oh?" George was shocked.

After a moment of contemplation, Eric continued, "George, although I had a physical interaction with Tina because of your manipulation, I am not an irresponsible man. You should persuade your daughter. As long as she is willing, I will take responsibility for her."

"Alright, alright! I will definitely persuade her!" George said repeatedly.

George breathed a sigh of relief when he saw that Eric was willing to take responsibility. As long as Eric was willing, everything could be resolved.

"I'm leaving."

After Eric finished speaking, he walked towards the mansion.

George hurriedly followed, seeing Eric off from the villa.

About ten minutes passed after Eric left.

Tina walked down from upstairs, her eyes red and clearly distressed.

"Hey! You're up," George hurriedly approached with a smile.

Tina looked up, staring at George with resentment in her eyes.

"Dad, you bastard! How could you treat me like this? You... you are just an animal!"

An enraged Tina punched George in the chest.

"I'm doing this for your own good. Eric is undoubtedly a good man, marrying him is the right choice! You should let him take responsibility for you," George said.

"I won't listen! I don't want to see you!" Tina stomped her feet and ran back upstairs.

"Forget it... let her calm down for now," George murmured.

In George's opinion, after a few days of cooling off, Tina should eventually agree.

When Eric returned home, it was already past 10 PM.

Eric lay in bed, but images of his intense fight with Tina and her tearful request for him to leave kept replaying in his mind.

With these thoughts, Eric tossed and turned, feeling incredibly uneasy.

Although Tina repeatedly insisted that he didn't need to take responsibility, Eric couldn't shake off the guilt in his heart.

No matter what, Eric decided to go find Tina tomorrow.

Thus, amidst heavy thoughts, Eric spent a restless night.

The next day, after school in the morning.

At the entrance of the classroom, Eric stood there. Students in the classroom were streaming out in groups.

"Isn't he the rich guy who drives a Lamborghini?"

"What is he doing in our classroom? Is he here to find Tina?"

"Yeah, very likely! Too bad Tina didn't come to class today!"

Many students who came out of the classroom immediately recognized Eric, and they whispered among themselves.

When Eric heard that Tina didn't come to class, his brows furrowed.

"Excuse me," Eric approached a student.

"Is there... anything going on?" The rich second-generation student who was stopped by Eric appeared somewhat nervous.

"May I ask if Tina didn't come to class today?" Eric remained polite.

"Well, I heard she took a week off," The student said.

"A week?" Eric furrowed his brows.

Meanwhile, Eric had a bad feeling. Did Tina not come to class because of what happened yesterday? Could something be wrong with her emotionally? Could she do something foolish?

As Eric's worries grew, he thought about how Tina had given herself to him for the first time. If something happened to Tina because of this, how could he live with himself?

Eric immediately called Tina, but she didn't answer after several tries, so he called George instead.

George assured Eric that Tina was safe, but her emotions weren't great, so he helped her take a week off to put Eric's mind at ease.

Eric wanted to go and see her, but George said to wait for a day or two until Tina's emotions stabilized.

Eric could only accept it.

Just as he hung up the phone, the Lamborghini dealership called again, informing Eric that the car was severely damaged and would require significant time and expense for repairs. It would take a few months to fix.

Eric immediately agreed to have it repaired first and decided to buy another car for himself. He instructed the manager to arrange everything and transferred the money directly to them.
