Chapter 47 Love Deeply

Sierra hung up Roger's phone call, and he angrily pounded the car body.
Sierra!
Was this still the Sierra he knew?
Roger was in a bad mood. He didn't want to admit that he was affected by Sierra.
--She's just a woman who got away!
Instead of going to the hospital to bandage his wounds, Roger drove to a club where he often socialized. This club was high-end, and everyone who could play inside had some status.
Roger opened a private room and drank alone in broad daylight.
After accompanying him for several drinks, the manager came over and asked kindly: "Mr. Harris is upset with his girlfriend? Drinking early in the morning to drown your sorrows! It shouldn't be like this. I heard that Linda from The Howard family has deep feelings for you!"
Roger leaned back on the leather sofa with slightly drooping black eyes: "Deep feelings?"
The manager smiled and poured him another drink: "If a woman loves deeply, she will listen."
Roger silently drank half a glass of wine.
After a while, he smiled faintly: "If one day she doesn't listen anymore, does it mean she doesn't love me anymore?"
"How can that be! I believe in Mr. Harris' ability." The manager flattered him.
He saw that Roger was troubled by women so cleverly called over a girl.
She was very young-looking and innocent-looking.
"Keep Mr. Harris company and chat with him." The manager said tactfully
At first, Roger wanted to refuse but when he looked up at her face which resembled Sierra about sixty percent especially from her profile view; He stared blankly at her face for a while before pulling her towards himself calling out “Sierra?”
The Manager left discreetly leaving them alone together in an extravagant private room.
The girl knew how to make a man happy, and she took the initiative to hug Roger's neck and kiss him. When they felt each other’s passion, Roger pushed her onto the sofa...
After it was over.
Roger casually asked: "What's your name?"
"??." The girl helped him dress obediently.
Roger smiled playfully: "That's a good name."
The young girl blushed slightly as she hugged his waist softly asking “When will Mr. Harris come see me again?”
Roger lit a cigarette and took a few slow puffs before replying, "Let's talk about that later!"
The girl was disappointed; She wanted to test whether Mr. Harris would support her or not since he had been so enthusiastic earlier while calling out 'Sierra'.
It didn't matter who 'Sierra' was; what mattered was that she could catch a big fish.
Roger wasn't in the mood to linger with her for too long and soon left the club.
He looked at his watch after getting into his car; It was exactly 11 o'clock noon which is when he usually went to The Howard family for lunch but Eric hadn’t returned yet.
Linda came down from upstairs holding her phone, coquettishly saying to The Howard family elders: "Brother doesn't know what he's busy with. He said he'd be back for lunch but now says it'll be three in the afternoon."
Roger clenched his fist.
He knew exactly what Eric was busy with.
But on the surface, he remained calm and played chess with Huo Zhendong.
Linda sat next to him and said softly: "Don't be angry. Brother didn't mean it."
Roger smiled faintly: "How could I?"
Huo Zhendong quite liked this prospective son-in-law of his daughter Linda’s; glancing at his precious daughter, he said: “Do you think Roger likes making trouble like you do? If everyone did business like you, how would it be done?”
Roger gently hugged his fiancée: "Linda is very understanding."
Linda felt sweet in her heart. She was about to speak when she suddenly leaned over and sniffed Roger's shoulder: "Roger, why do you smell like perfume?"

Sorry Mr. Howard
