CHAPTER 20

IS SHE SWEETER THAN ME?
After Luna Cynthia walked away, Alpha Kane decided to stay so that he could talk to Ava about disrespecting her. Alpha knows that there is a tiff going on between the two of them but Ava should remember that Luna Cynthia is the Luna of the pack and she deserves to be respected no matter what.

Also, he has to ask Ava to beg Luna Cynthia for forgiveness or else she was going to throw her in jail. Luna Cynthia did not pardon the people who failed to respect her. Look at what happened to Beta Ian. He is rotting in jail because of disrespecting her.

"Ava, I know that you have your personal problems with Luna Cynthia but I am begging you to apologize to her. You humiliated her for goodness sake," Alpha Kane said.

"It is all your fault Alpha Kane. How many times have I told you to stop looking for me, huh. I have made it clear that I do not want anything to do with you but you don't want to hear any of it. You caused this all and you should be the one apologizing. ," Ava said as she folded her hands in front of her.

She was tired of this shit. They should all do her a favour and leave her alone.

"Stop telling me that you do not want me. You know that I love you. I need you Ava. All that I am asking is for you to give me some time and I will choose you as Luna. " Alpha Kane begged.

"I don't want to be with you. Let that sink. I want to be with someone else. I want to be fucked by someone else. I want someone else to be inside of me. I want to move on so badly," Ava announced but her words hurt Alpha Kane.

Alpha Kane could not believe that Ava just said those horrible words to him. His legs started turning to form fur then claws. He was so angered by the fact that Ava wanted someone else other than him. He however took a deep breath and managed to calm himself down before he completed shifting to his wolf.

Alpha Kane stormed off angrily. He promised himself that he was not going to chase after Ava anymore. He was going to use that energy to make things better with Luna Cynthia because she is the woman who will help him make the revenge a success and that is the most important thing.

As Alpha Kane left, Ava rolled her eyes and shut the door. She did not go to bed immediately. She leaned right behind the closed door as she thought about what she had just seen.

Alpha Kane was so jealous and angry when she mentioned being with someone else. This made her feel very confident that no matter how often he sleeps with Luna Cynthia, of course she could feel her scent on his body, his heart still belonged to her. She was definitely going to use this factor in her revenge. So far so good, everything was going on as she had planned. They were surely going to pay for hurting her and humiliating her.

Luna Cynthia cried as she walked back to their house. Her heart felt heavy. Her chest was so tight as if it was going to burst any minute. She could no longer control the ferocious tears from falling down from her eyes.

She was so broken inside especially when Alpha Kane chose to be with Ava instead of following her to try and make things right.

Once she got into their room, Luna Cynthia went to her knees and sobbed. She could feel her insides feeling raw and hurting like hell. She wanted all this pain to go away. This level of pain is not what she signed up for when she said yes to the Alpha.

Alpha Kane rushed upstairs. He could hear her crying and this made him feel so guilty. He was the cause of this all as Ava had mentioned. If it were not for him leaving the house then none of this would have happened.

Anyway, he can't fully blame himself because all his actions are acts of love. It is crystal clear that what he feels for Ava is stronger than what he had imagined it to be. Ava could be the end of him. She is literally his weakness.

Anyway, he had to focus on fixing his relationship with Luna Cynthia. He still needs her. He cannot toss her away right now. He will surely do that after they ensure that witch Jezebel pays for what she did to the pack but now, he needs her in his corner.

"Baby, stop crying. I am here now. Please let me in," Alpha Kane begged as he knocked on the door when he found out that Luna Cynthia had locked herself in.

"Go away," Luna Cynthia cried. She felt betrayed by his actions. He should have chosen her over Ava, not the other way round.

"Baby come on. I made a mistake. I am sorry for hurting you. Trust me, I want to do better," Alpha Kane begged as he continued knocking on the door gently.

"Just go away Alpha. You have broken me and I don't think that you can fix what I am going through," Luna Cynthia was honest with him.

Alpha Kane continued feeling horrible when he kept hearing Luna Cynthia sobbing and it was all because of him. He decided to leave so as to also calm himself down because he was feeling awful. He went to his office but Luna Cynthia's sobs were still loud enough thanks to her werewolf powers.

Therefore, he decided to deal with the situation at hand in the best way he knew how. Running away from his problems was not going to help him in this situation. He needs to fix this. If he doesn't, Luna Cynthia might walk away from the plan to revenge and from being Luna of the pack. Her departure will make the pack turn against him. No, he cannot allow that to happen.

Alpha Kane walked back to his room and used his massive energy to break the door. He walked in and found Luna Cynthia sobbing. He didn't say anything. He pulled her up from the floor and hugged her tightly. Luna Cynthia tried to fight the hug from happening but Alpha Kane overpowered her.

The moment she felt his tight embrace and Inhaled the scent of his cologne, she cried even more as she tried to let out the anger and the resentment that she had been feeling.

Alpha Kane did not break from the hug. He became her shoulder to lean on. He only allowed the hug to be broken when Luna Cynthia calmed down.

"I am really sorry, from the bottom of my heart . You do not deserve how I treated you earlier. I regret my actions and I promise you that I will never do such a thing again. I swear to you my love, I am done talking to Ava. I don't like her. I like you. I want to be with you. You are the only one who matters to me. I want to be better for you my love. Please do not say no to me," Alpha Kane begged.

Luna Cynthia had decided not to forgive him but after hearing him saying that he was going to do better, she decided to give him a second chance.

After all, we all deserve a second chance. Don't we?

"So what do you say?" Alpha Kane asked after Luna Cynthia was silent for a couple of minutes.

"I forgive you. " Luna Cynthia said while smiling a little.

Alpha Kane could not believe that he had been given a second chance. He was so excited. He hugged her once again as he ran his fingers over her hair.

" I promise you baby, I will never betray your trust," Alpha Kane swore and Luna loved the place that they were in at that time.

As they were pulling away from the hug, Luna Cynthia captured his lips to a kiss. Alpha Kane was not expecting the kiss but he had to kiss back.

They kissed briefly and then Luna Cynthia started running her hands over his groin. Alpha Kane knew that he needed to make love to her. That was the only way to prove that he still loved her at this point in time.

Alpha Kane took control and carried her to bed. They both undressed each other before Alpha Kane slid into her pot of flowers.

"Do I taste better than she does?" Luna Cynthia asked as Alpha Kane pumped in and out of her in their second round.

"Of course baby. You are ten times better than her. Damn, you are so sweet, honey," Alpha Kane groaned. He was lying to her at the same time he was lying to himself.

No one can be compared to Ava. She is exceptional in all aspects Including sex.

When Luna Cynthia achieved her second orgasm this very night, she promised herself that she was going to deal with Ava. She was never going to allow her to take Alpha Kane away.

She might be special, something that she is not aware of and this means that Luna Cynthia was going to use this to her advantage before she gets to know of the truth.
