Chapter 25 You should try to get used to it too

Mireya's smile made me feel uneasy.
"Between vampires and humans, it is impossible to bond. There were vampires who did that, thinking they were different, but the end result was that the human was devoured by the little life in her womb when she became pregnant."
Mireya said, tilting her head back and laughing.
I dropped to the floor, unable to believe what she was saying.
"I know you're in love with Klopp, but you're just a human pet he bought back, and even if you like him, you and he are not destined to work out."
Mireya said to me again.
I stared at her blankly, not knowing how to answer her words.
Mireya left after those words and I just sat on the floor and my mind went blank.
"Jenny, what are you doing here?"
Anna appeared beside me at some point and helped me up.
"It's nothing, I just got lost in thought."
I explained to Anna, but panicked, I was afraid that she would see the difference.
Back in the hall, Mireya has not returned yet, only Klopp and Duke Taz, and the other nobles are chatting.
But Duke Taz did not mention Klopp's marriage to Mireya.
Between the start of the banquet, all guests will be assigned rooms to rest until the dinner officially begins.
Klopp led me back, and I was so focused on what Mireya had said that I didn't notice when Klopp stopped walking.
"You seem to have something on your mind?"
When I looked back, Klopp looked at me and asked.
"No, I was just too nervous."
I didn't dare to look Klopp in the eye for fear that he would see that I was lying.
"Don't be nervous, no one will hurt you in my estate."
Klopp rubbed my head soothingly.
I forced a smile and followed Klopp back to the room.
Just as I was about to head for my room, Klopp suddenly took my hand.
My body was violently light, and my whole body was picked up by him and brought to his room.
With Mireya's words in my head again, I glanced at Klopp.
He has a perfect face, noble temperament, even just a glance, are enough to make people fall.
"You have to remember what you promised me."
Klopp gently whispered in my ear and then lay down next to me.
I rolled over and turned my back on him, my heart hard and more than a little sad.
I don't know when it started, but I did like Klopp.
Maybe it's because he saved me from Wills, maybe it's because he never chained me up, or maybe it's because he was always so gentle with me.
Klopp lay beside me and didn't say anything, just put the thin blanket over me.
I was irritated, closed my eyes and forced myself to sleep, and fell asleep so I wouldn't have to think about those unpleasant things.
In the haze, I saw Klopp lying next to me, shirtless and with his firm muscles clearly visible.
"Jenny."
His voice and gaze were so gentle as he called out to me and reached out to wrap his arms around my waist.
"Mr...."
My heart began to beat wildly, the straps of my gown slipped off, and Klopp slowly approached.
"You like me, don't you?"
Klopp asked in a more ambiguous tone, making me even more nervous.
"Yes."
I looked at him and nodded seriously.
He seemed satisfied with my answer, lowered his head and kissed me, and untied the straps of his gown.
......
My eyes snapped open and I realized that what had just happened was all in my dreams. This is a good part
But, Klopp did lie beside me.
Only unlike in the dream, Klopp was lying on his side next to me, his shirt unbuttoned a few buttons, and his pecs and abs were clearly visible.
And my hand, passing through where the button was unbuttoned, was holding his waist.
"Sir... sorry... me..."
I don't know how to explain it, before going to bed, I obviously turned my back to him, but when I wake up, I always do something strange, it's really annoying.
"It's okay, I'll try to get used to it."
Klopp showed a lot of generosity, but it made me even more embarrassed.
I tried to retract my hand, but Klopp took it.
"Sir, I..."
I wanted to explain, but the more I did, the more I couldn't say anything.
"You should try to get used to it, too."
Klopp smiled and leaned over to give me a soft kiss on the forehead.
Once again I was lost in thought, he carried a magic that kept me drawn to him, like a vortex that kept pulling me in.
Glancing sideways out the window, it was already evening, and in a short while, the dinner was due to begin.
I retracted my hand, got out of bed and ran to my room to fix my gown and hair, the ties of my gown staying tied.
Thinking back on the dream made me feel very ashamed that I would dream about having that kind of thing with Klopp.
I walked out of the room and Klopp was standing in the doorway, startling me.
"Let's go, the party is about to start."
Klopp said to me.
The place where the banquet was held occupied nearly half of the manor, but it was also divided into several areas.
Those in the main hall are vampire nobles and some rich and powerful, and those in the side halls on both sides are some lower status vampires, and the lowest vampires can only be outside in the square.
But to be able to come to a place like this is already a lucky thing for them, and it doesn't matter where they stay.
The party begins.
Mireya walks up to Klopp in a dark red dress.
"Klopp, it's your birthday and I was hoping to play a piece with you, is that okay?"
Mireya asks with a smile.
"It was a pleasure."
Klopp responded with a smile, and behind him, a piano was set up.
The maid beside Mireya brought her a violin, and Mireya reached out to take it.
I stood in the next corner, and Mireya glanced at me and walked over to Klopp with her violin.
The melody floated out from the violin, making people feel like they were in a beautiful sea of flowers, embracing the blue sky and sunshine.
Klopp's long and slender fingers tapped on the keys, and even without the music, he still possessed the professionalism of a master in the human world, and he also incorporated his own feelings into his playing.
With the fusion of piano and violin sounds, it takes one from the vast ocean to the vast Milky Way, magnificent and stunningly beautiful. There are speech problems
I've never seen Klopp play the piano, but I've seen the side of his face, and that's probably the best way he looks to me.
Mireya at his side at this time, like a prince and princess in a fairy tale.
I, on the other hand, was always just a pet.
It wasn't until the piano stopped, the cheers from everyone, and the loudest applause pulled my thoughts back.
Mireya walked up to Klopp and hugged him.
Klopp did not refuse, just for a few seconds, but my heartbeat, it seemed, stopped at that moment.
